I recently had an appointment because I lost my glasses. They were able to get my in really quick even as new patient. I really liked the place, great atmosphere, and I loved the staff. Didnt have to wait long for my appointment, then my appointment didnt take that long either. Doctor Williams was super great and even though there was some medical emergencies, he made sure to give me the proper attention and care. Mel helped me pick out my glasses and he was amazing. He was great with helping me find the right fit and explained everything I needed to know and was super easy to work with. Definitely would recommend people to go here. I even will have my husband come here.

It was my first time ever going in to see an optometrist and Parkland Eye & Vision took great care of me from the moment I walked in and until checked out. I was greeted by two friendly associates. They brought me back immediately after check-in. My screening went great, the doctor came in and explained everything very clearly to me and walked me out to personally explain my needs to another associate. Very great people and extremely helpful! Needed a new eye doctor to go to after moving to the area. Book an appointment with Parkland Eye & Vision and glad I did! Location inside and outside looks beautiful! Dr. Paul and the receptionists were super friendly! After a struggle for a month and half trying to get a new set of contacts with a different company, I was able to get some that same day and for better quality and the same price! Recommended the place to my bf!

I brought my daughter in to get her first eye exam. They were extra nice and very gentle with her. She even had a great experience picking out her first frames.

Everyone in the office is caring and professional. Wait times were minimal. Ive been wearing glasses for 32 years and contacts for over 20 years now. I was introduced to a new brand of contacts because I was using an extremely outdated brand. I see an eye Dr every year and nobody has ever told me the benefits of switching brands. The Dr walked me through every step of the process and took the time to answer all my questions. I loved that I could opt to pay extra for a photo of the back of my eyes instead of getting dilated! I look forward to going back to choose my new frames.

Just had my first visit to this office yesterday 7/27/21. I thought it was a good experience. The office was clean, the technician helping me prep for the exam was nice and the doctor also was very warm and friendly. He took his time and sincerely seemed as though he wanted to help me, to meet my needs and not just go through the motions. Cant leave Mel out. He was awesome. He had me laughing. He was happy, upbeat and gave me great tips for my glasses. He even offered services to adjust my frames if needed and clean them. Not only that but they gave me a goodie bag..how sweet. So I had fun there..talking and laughing too.

I found Parkland Eye & Vision through my health insurance website. It is close to home and the reviews I read were positive. With that being said, from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The space is bright, clean and organized. After a brief check-in I was taken back to a room. The specialist who helped me was AMAZING! She was kind and very easy to talk to. She explained everything to me as we were checking out my eyes. Dr. Williams was AMAZING as well. He made me feel very comfortable and also explained my vision issues thoroughly with me. I would highly recommend this office for any vision problems you may have. I plan on using them for years to come.

Ordered my glasses and had another appt with them set up. Quick and friendly service. As a VA patient she was well versed on the Procedures and terminologies of the VA. A pleasant surprise. And Dr. Finley is a great Dr. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had such a great experience here! I was well overdo for an eye exam and the staff made it such a quick and easy visit. Brandy was so friendly and the tests seemed to go by in a flash with her. I came here for my first appointment today, I was greeted right away and they got me back very quickly. I have had trouble seeing lately and they got me a new prescription in no time that was actually correct. I could have cried being able to see clear finally!

I found the store to be nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. They tested my eyes on state of the art equipment, and gave me an understandable explanation of the results. Their selection of frames were very nice, and they accepted my insurance.

Ive been coming to Parkland Eye & Vision for 7-8 years now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I first started seeing Dr. Williams, I was having infections in my eyelid oil ducts, to the point that i had to have one lid lanced open because the infection. (Gross, I know). He was the only doctor (of 5 different appointments/practices) who correctly diagnosed my problem, explain to me why i was happening and how to prevent it. I havent had any further issues with my ducts.I have been a faithful patient ever since. The level of service is superb and I have complete confidence in the staff at Parkland Eye & Vision. I highly recommend this practice.

It was my first time there and it was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend this place. I thought it was very clean and modern, the staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They take time with you to ask you about your vision issues and concerns, and then explains everything in detail and lets you know your options! Bottom line is I felt like I was treated as more than a number or a paycheck ....I felt as though they really cared about myself and my eyes.

My first time visit with this office and I have ZERO complaints. The staff was very helpful and friendly and took every measure to keep it covid friendly. Dr. Williams and Brandy were amazing. They way they took their time explaining everything to me made me feel so comfortable. Definitely an A+ in rapport!It had been about 2 years since my last exam and my office had moved. I couldn’t be more happier with this establishment and looking forward to my next visit.

Find another vision clinic is my advice: First off, today marks exactly one month since Ive had my eye exam. Still NO glasses. Went in for a full exam and provided them with the lenses I had from last years exam that I NEVER used because they didnt help with my vision. During my exam, the doctor looked through my glasses and said that they werent for computer use. I explained to him that during my previous exam, i was given two prescriptions. One for distance (night driving/glare issue my vision is 20/20) and another prescription for computer use. The doctor confirmed my glasses from the previous visit were good for distance driving. So basically, they put the wrong prescription in the glasses which is why they never worked for computer use. It was my first time with glasses so I didnt know. When my appointment was finished a month ago, the gentleman said it wouldnt even need to go to the lab since I had the frames and it would be two weeks. I called two weeks later and the receptionist was testy when I asked what the holdup was and told them to be truthful about the wait times. She said the lab wait times are a month out right now. I was NEVER told that until I asked where my frames were. I could have taken my prescription and lenses somewhere else. I did get a call about 5 days ago that the lab should be done at the end of the week. Today is Friday so I guess that means next week? I wont return to this clinic. I was drawn to it for the nice selection of frames, and its local but thats all they have to offer. Im only giving it two stars because most of the staff were pleasant when I went in and its local with the nice selection. The rating is more than fair and generous considering this is day 30 and NO glasses.

I was fit in the same week I made my new patient appointment. I even had to reschedule once due to personal reasons and they were very understanding and got me in the next day. They greeted me right away and got me in a room and the assistant was shortly behind to start the process of dialating my eyes. The dr than came in and was very understanding and helpful he found a great match for my contact right away, which was always a struggle for other places to do. They had me try on my contact and I was having a hard time bc my eyes were dilated so I couldnt see and the assistant without hesitation had me sit down and put them in for me. After they had me go out and look at glasses and the guy was very patient and informative with me and gave me some pointers. I would highly recommend this place for anyone.

This was my first time in and every single employee I came in contact with was very informative, friendly and easy to talk to. The Dr. came in and saved me money on my contacts and the gentleman who was going to help me find new frames told me to utilize my benefits at a place that takes my exact insurance. They were very honest, helpful and accommodating. They have a lot of perks and a great family friendly vibe to their office. It was a plus that their office felt very festive and warm. Ive been visiting Parkland Eye & Vision for many years. I love the new location. Everyone is very helpful during visits. The doctors are kind and very helpful. It is easy to find what you want with the frame selection. They also have a lot of contact prescriptions in stock for trial contact lenses.

I was sent there by the VA due to out Sourcing examination for care. I was very pleased the staff was friendly and courteous Brandy my screener was awesome. My appointment was on time didn’t have to wait the office was very clean I felt safe during COVID-19.Dr. Finley was awesome he explain everything to me regarding the examination and advised me on my options. My experience and appointment went well I would go back again thank you VA for schedule with me for an appointment at that clinic.

Picked up my glasses and I have never put on a pair of glasses and had them felt so incorrect (20 years of wearing glasses, a new pair every two years, so at least ten pairs in my life). I called and told the receptionist that I need to have it fixed. She said it was because I only had a sphere measurement before, but I have an astigmatism now so it’s going to feel different with the cyl and axis measurements. I’ve had an astigmatism the entire time I’ve worn glasses. I went through and pulled out receipts and glasses prescriptions for the past two years so they can learn that people actually know what they’re talking about when it comes to their own health. It looks like she thought this because the last prescription I got from them didn’t have cyl and axis measurements, but I never got glasses from that prescription, so I’ve never had a pair of glasses like that. I was warned ahead of time by family that had gone here that you can’t let them talk you into all the stuff you don’t need, and I probably should’ve listened because I just paid $140 for a pair of glasses that I can’t wear. They had me come in to make sure they fit, which I thought was odd considering I didn’t buy frames from them, I provided frames I already had (and yes, still $140 for just the lenses). Super excited to get the “thank you for your feedback, we’ll use this to help our processes” response that the other reviewer got, doesn’t look like it’s helped any.

This is by far the NICEST eye clinic I have ever been to! My friend referred me and I was blown away as soon as I walked in. The girls at the front desk immediately greeted me and took me straight on back to a room. The office is extremely clean and the staff was very welcoming and personable.

The entire team was great from beginning to end.

We are seeing Dr. Brian Finley and he is so great with kids. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and ease with all of my children and myself. I have a child with autism and Dr. Finley is experienced with pediatrics and is amazing with my autistic child. When my youngest needed glasses for an eye condition, Dr. Finley explained everything so well and I felt prepared for the treatment plan. After six months of wearing glasses his eye is improving tremendously and I trust the knowledge and experience that Dr. Finley has. Finding a trustworthy and genuine doctor is extremely important to me as a mother. My children all feel comfortable around Dr. Finley and he makes it easy for them when they are receiving care. We travel out of town just to see Dr. Finley for our eye care and I couldn’t be more pleased.

My first visit today, the office was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Dr. Finley changed my life with multifocal contact lens🤩 no more foggy mask face. Mel hooked me up with the fastest glasses fitting ever. Thank you 🙏 for making my day.

As I travelled along C street my anxiety rose but after entering the building my anxiety went away. After checking in I was escorted to a waiting room that was clean and neat. I was pleased with my experience, explanations were to the point and the equipment worked properly.

I decided to go to Parkland Eye & Vision based on their reviews and I was definitely not disappointed! I had a mix-up with my insurance and had to call the office quite a few times to ask questions and they never got annoyed or blew me off - they genuinely cared about making sure I got the care I needed. When I got to the clinic, they took my temp and gave me a spritz of hand sanitizer, which, taking covid seriously is a big plus in my eyes.They have new technology to take a picture of the back of your eye - no need to dilate which was great since I had to go back to work. This will be my new eye clinic!
