Worst experience ever. Dr. Kandi Moller is the rudest and most condescending unprofessional person Ive ever had to deal with. Needless to say, my family and I will never return to this establishment again.
I got an eye exam, paid full in cash, was fitted with contacts, eyes re-examined and they are refusing to release the prescription to a third party (1800contacts). I have been in twice and they insist on a third visit. The optometrist was excellent (arguably one of the best) which is a shame because the ancillary staff, Sherry and her manager, Sarah, were disorganized, rude and strangely obstinate.

This place has shoddy merchandise and rude employees. Frank Curtis, the manager, is a smart aleck and hung up on me. I cannot recommend this place.
I trust them. Unlike some places, the Dr will answer your questions and is quick to give referrals and recommendations. Treat your glasses the way you should (dont clean them with your T-shirt or tissue paper for heavens sake), and respect the lenses that help you see, and you shouldnt have a problem. When the employees make an error, they are quick to own up to it and swift to correct. Ill be going back with my kids. Dr. Waterbury did something no other doctor ever did in all my daughters years. She IDd a correctable eye condition. Now shes in therapy and reading better and getting good grades.
Nice staff. The woman working there at the front desk, I believe it was Sarah, was very patient and helpful.
This was a terrible experience from the beginning. I made an appointment, but wasnt told it was a free walk in day. My examination was interrupted three times for other people who had walked in that day. They had to pull me out of the machine, take me out of the office and help me out to the waiting room because my eyes were dilated. THREE TIMES. While I waited I had to listened to the two women running the phones who did nothing but bad mouth the Dr. and the patients. When I came back to pick up my glasses I was not given any instructions, I was not allowed to talk to the Dr. (because I hadnt made an appt.) and I barely had a chance to try them on before I was shooed away. The prescription was way off, they are completely unwearable. Save your time and health and go to a real doctor.
Dr Waterberry is very thorough and the staff is helpful with finding glasses that look and fit nicely.
My script was wrong I told Janice who said it is. Within 6 months the gas were so scratched up its like looking through a cloud. Very bad glasses terrible quality very high price. I want to give a negative 6.
