Fastest service ever!! I called and got a same day appt for my son and he received his glasses that day, WOW! They didnt mention that the Ophthalmologist would be virtual but hey whatever works, she was kind and got the job done. The lab tech was kind of robotic and not very friendly but the sales staff were very friendly, of course. They didnt hardly have any of the frames that qualify for the 2 for $59.95 but all frames were BOGO free so we ended up paying $469 out the door for 2 pair. They also had a couple different payment plans available if needed and some with no interest. Definitely worth the trip :)

My husband and I went to Stanton Optical yesterday to get an eye exam. I called the day before and they gave us an appointment for the very next day (other places were offering to give us appointments two or three months from now). I was impressed. When we arrived, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They completed the eye exam. The young lady was so patient, answering all our questions. When the exam was complete, she directed us to go look at the frames and someone would help us from there. Our sales person was Eli. She was absolutely the best!! She was so professional in appearance and knowledge. She let us try on as many pairs of frames as we wanted. When it was time to make our lens purchase she worked to get us the best deal possible. My glasses unfortunately broke and i had called to make an appointment to see if they could be fixed, even though it looked as if there was no chance. I called and was given a very early appointment and they were extremely patient. Michael is the one who helped me and he was practically my saving grace. We took our 17 year old son here. Our usual eye doctor was booked months out and our son needed service quickly, as he had run out of contacts and his back-up glasses were broken. Stanton Optical was able to get us in the same day we made the appointment. The customer service was excellent. We purchased both contacts and glasses. The staff was great at answering any questions we had. We will definitely return and would highly recommend them.

Process was was quick and efficient. Took hearing impaired mother-in-law for her first eye exam in many years. We also took our daughter for her first pair of contacts. Dr. was very quick but kind and explained reasons behind the recommendations. The opticians Natasha, Elisha, and the gentleman who assisted us checking in and with the initial part or the exam were all so helpful and polite. Good selection of frames. A lot of the frames are out of the BOGO price range but we were able to find 2 pair for my daughter in that price range. My mother-in-law able to get 2 pair at a higher price than the $59.95. This being my daughters first pair of contacts she went through some practice and Ms. Kaitlyn? ( I think that was her name). She was very patient. Even though my daughter was not :D. Overall it was a great visit. Would definitely recommend over Americas Best if you dont have vision insurance.

Well the nose piece on my glasses broke, and anyone who has ever owned glasses knows how terrible that can be. I Googled eyeglass repair shops and Stanton Optical was the only one open. I called and made an appointment through the call center and the gentleman was extremely polite and guided me through the process. I arrived early and 4 customers were in front of me. I was immediately greeted by Ellie who was polite and curtious she asked that I have a seat and that she would be right with me. She seems to be running the whole show performing fittings, repairing other customers frames, and checking the customers out. After Ellie assisted the other customers she asked that I move to the repair counter and inspected my frames. She said just wait here and I will replace the broken pieces. Just a few moments later my glasses were as good as new and she told me to have a great day. I said I have to pay you something, she said no it was nothing. Well Ellie made a lifetime customer out of me with one visit and I didnt have to spend a dime. I plan on returning for an eye exam and new frames soon. Thank you Ellie for an easy and almost relaxing experience.

Had an appointment yesterday for 3pm, I didnt get out until 7pm. The machine was visibly dirty and when i asked (Kimberly) to clean it she advised me she had already cleaned it. Im not a confrontational person so I just went along with it. My eye exam ended up inaccurate because the left side was so dirty. My husband came to check on me after 3 hours and Kimberly cussed him out. We were stuck there four hours. When we finally got done and was in our car Kimberly lifted her skirt and flashed her gentiles to my husband and shot him a bird. We filed a police report for lewd and lascivious this morning.Beware!!!!

Let me tell you about Stanton Optical. It had been about 8 years since I bought a new pair of glasses. Figured the ones I had been wearing did me just fine. Never mind the fact that I couldn’t see 2 feet in front of me. Something convinced me to go get my eyes checked, it felt like it was time. I went and saw the doctor and he told me it was time to get rid of the old bad boys on my face and find a newer pair that worked for me. I couldn’t believe it. Those glasses had been there for me in some of the worst times of my life and some of the best, but who am I to challenge an optometrist? That doctor guided me out and there I met Eli. She was my knight in shining armor (or 5’3 girl that was wearing black that day). She showed me every pair of glasses in that store, told me how they were made, and even took pictures for me...until I found the one. She placed them on my face and I literally saw her jaw drop and I felt like my world had been change. The way the arm of that frame curved behind my ear. The color made my luscious skin pop. It was a match made in my heaven (Stanton Optical) and that’s all because of that sweet little baby angel Eli who guided me every step of the way. Now I don’t know what that young lady wants to do further in life, but I hope that whatever she does, she does it well because without her...I wouldn’t be able to see or look as fashionable as I do nowadays. So when you go into Stanton Optical, ask for Eli. I just know she’ll be your little angel just like she was mine.

Ive been going to Stanton for my eyeglasses since 2017, and my experience has always been good My 8-year-old daughter had to see an opthalmologist for a gaze deviance, so I called Stanton to see if they could help us. The gentleman on the phone was kind and professional, and made me feel cared for. We got an appointment for 2PM on Labor Day!Brought in the Rx, and they asked us to wait for the tech to show up. I was confused, but we went about trying on every pair of pink glasses in the place :).The tech showed up on time, but we didnt need an exam; they misunderstood--but, in a helpful way. I wasnt upset, my kiddo wasnt done yet anyway. Eventually she settled on two pairs she liked and we waited for several minutes for someone to help us, as they were all busy assisting other customers.A young woman with brown hair and a cute mask asked us to sit at the back desk and ran in the back (unbeknownst to me) to ask her manager if she could offer us the still-posted promo that ran out the day before, since she overheard me was talking to my daughter about it.Kassidy was great with my child, sweet and answered her questions. She asked the manager to double check the bifocal line she drew (he said they were perfect!). The price was so right (I was nervous about buying expensive glasses that might need changed in three months), and the whole visit was just nice. I feel good about the experience and the cost. I will ask for Kassidy by name next time, and you should, too-what a great visit!

Wonderful place to purchase your optical needs, the staff there are very welcoming and very engaged in assisting you with your needs. I made an appointment for my husband here. We spent over two hours at the Tallahassee location. After we picked out the glasses my husband chose we were then informed that they could not do his eye prescription because they did not have a doctor on-site. He did the eye exam in the office and not one time during the 2 1/2 hour wait were we told. We wasted out afternoon bc they apparently do not have an actual in house physician for the script. Very dissatisfied and aggravated that we now have to go else where to have his exam and prescription done. Would never return to this place.

After looking up countless eye doctors, I came across the Stanton optical on magnolia. I was unsure if I would be able to find stylish glasses within my budget plus an eye exam. Awesome enough Stanton optical had a great deal with a free exam and TWO glasses for $60. They were also very nice. The glasses and the staff that is 😊 the guy at check in, the eye doctor, and the manager Elisha was very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend getting your glasses here.

I was very disappointed in the quality of service received, the technician who checked me in and did my pre-exam had a rude attitude towards me and several other guests. Once my results were ready, I told them I didn’t want to purchase frames that day and asked if they could explain my prescription/ exam results and the girl up front was not helpful at all. My 83year old Mother and I drove 73 miles one way to Stantons eye center. We did not have a appointment due to my Mother is hard to get motivated. Much less to sit for the long trip there and back with comfort. They were very busy and were able to work us in. The staff is wonderful and very attentive to your needs. Despite having only one doctor on duty, these folks seemed to move patients through eye exams & contact lens fittings fairly efficiently. Unfortunately the frame selection was a bit sparse for those needing a large size, but we were able to find something suitable.
