Been going here ever since i came down here n I gotta say yall got some great service honestly

Husband and I had an appointment and was told to wear masks. We were happy to do that because were both high risk for the virus. When we got there, people w/o appointments were running around looking at frames and none had on masks! Only the staff and us were wearing them! We had to leave! We were expecting to spend 500-600 dollars but they dont need our business!

Great service and prices. At this time they dont have a Dr, but they accept valid prescriptions for glasses or contacts from pretty much anywhere. Will be back.

I had my prescription from my doctor back home and came here for the frames and lenses. Although they kept readjusting my glasses, there were unable to fit them properly (the OC height was always a bit off). Luckily they refunded my money each time but it did take several visits before I went to another vision center. The customer service was also friendly and understanding each time.

2 weeks ago had eyes examined and she wrote a prescription that was too strong for my eyes. The tech told me give it a week or two for my eyes to adjust to the new medicine LOL. Unfortunately I couldnt enjoy my new glasses I paid over $400.00 for and had to make another appointment to have eyes examined again. THANK GOD it was an older gentlemen whos been doing this for over 30years it took him 20 mins. And he said she wrote the prescription too strong so they took my new glasses back to make it right and now its been almost a month after paying over 400.00 before I hopefully will receive the right medicine. Will be going to another doctor and office in a year even if it costs more. Its true when they said the SERVICE has gotten a lot worse.

Recently the service there has become very poor. The optometrist is almost never there (and hes kinda creepy) and now they have strict rules about how they cant sell or dispense any of their items unless a specific person is there. I am always assisted by this one woman who is very incompetent. I brought in my glasses to be tightened and she BROKE them, then tried to get me to buy a new pair! I will never be using walmart vision centers again.

Walked inI wasn’t even greeted.I got head nods and bad service from some lady in the front. I couldn’t see her face because I wasn’t wearing my contacts or glasses
