I got my phone fixed here plenty of times. Store manager Franky always hooked me up. Today I called and some young dude tried to overcharge me 170 over the phone for glass repair. I told him I been there before and he would not help me when I got my phone fixed here and bought phones for my kids! I always pay 90 but now they trying to change prices sneaky and overcharge loyal customers. I got a lot of phones and I go to the cellfix on west Hillsborough all the time not no more!

Frankie got my phone fixed while on the move! He gave me a great deal and I was up and moving again in 15 minutes. I love great customer service and he represented jus that- excellent customer service!

Customer service is VERY important to me! I received excellent service! I started off at the Town n Country location to repair my cracked screen on my phone. This location was experiencing an issue and I was asked to take my phone to the Florida Ave. location, about 25 min. away but not before a call was made to ensure that they had the needed part and to confirm that the repair would be done same day. The staff at both locations were extremely helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this company for cell repairs! Very reasonable in price as as well!!! Great job CellFix!!!👍🏼⭐

Called about getting iPhone 8 Plus screen fixed and charging port replaced. Prices seem very reasonable so bring my phone in around 11 am Saturday to the location at 7610 West Hillsboro Ave. Paid $35 to have diagnostic done, to confirm that the phone need a new charging port. told me within an hour they would call me to let me know diagnosis. Hour and a half half later I called them to see what the diagnosis, they are still not sure if its my charging port. Called Three and half hours later, now waiting for a technician to confirm that its my charging port. At this time I gave them permission to fix my screen while waiting on the technician. Now the time is 4 PM I have not heard any word about my charging port so I called again. I asked speak to a manager cause she informed me that it was not my charging port they have to spend more time to figure out what issue is. 6 pm Finallyspeak to manager. He apologizing profusely, claims it was miscommunication, trying to make a right by offering me a phone case or Screen protector. Decline his service ask for my phone back. At this time I find out my phone is at a different location then where I dropped it off at. Cross town at 8601 North Florida Ave to pick up my phone. Next day, tookmy phone to Dr. phone fix (very happy with service) they opened phone in front of me and Started to point out the missing components in the inside of my phone. Missing five screws missing components to hold the battery in place and took them only five minutes to confirm that I need a new charging port. When I called cell fix on Florida where I picked up my phone. They told me that that something they would never do or The phone couldve been that way when I brought it into them. I would not suggest this place to ANYONE!!! You get WORST THAN what you pay for and I would not recommend anyone give them your money!!!!!!!

I’m so upset we bought the phone the end of February and the end of may we charged the phone before bed and woke up and the phone black and Apple logo keeping showing up . We took it to Apple and they said the phone had been refurbished twice and the phone was from Japan. I bought anonn phone at Walmart for $64.00. The speakers were weak so I returned it. I thought to myself: Ill pay for the Samsung tablet $120 next time. If I could leave it with no stars marked I would. We got my son a iphone 7plusThey told us we had a 14 day warranty from the dec 21st. Today is dec 31st, we took my sons phone in because one of the speakers wasnt working. So she said we were passed our warranty. We called her out on this 14 day warranty we were told we had. She then she had no problem to continue. she said we can fix it, we said how long will it take to fix it she said oh it will be a while. Not a couple days, not couple weeks, all we got was a while. The girl at the counter wasnt very friendly
