Mike was 1st class from start to finish. He was unbelievably patient with me-even gave me a tutorial. Prices are very reasonable. I will return to his store over and over again.

I bought new Tracfone and was apprehensive about transferring all my data from my old phone. I called Total Wireless, and Becky said to come on in! She totally took care of me. She was friendly and reassuring and very,very patient! She is very knowledgeable, and explained how I can still use my old phone. She managed to attend to other customers, too. I appreciate that she is fluently bilingual (very helpful in Tampa!). The store was easy to get to, just off Spruce on Himes. I highly recommend Total Wireless/MIA Wireless.

I went to several different stores and at the end of day I find a local total wireless store in Tampa. I have never seen such wonderful customer service like I received it. The sales guy, Mike went literally above and beyond to make sure I got plan that was best for me. I have never seen someone go out of their way like this man did. Cheap cell phone plans, many different carriers, they sell lots of unlocked phones as well. Customer service is on point. The girls really take care of you when you come in for any reason
