Very very poor Customer service, Went in to purchase a battery no Customer in store no one asked could they help me so I waited on myself they are very Prejudice in there also because I tried to get a job there for you years I even told them I worked for the company before for ten years they reply we are not hiring for two years so I said why would I want to work there, Well doing the ten years I’ve worked as a Assistant manager inventory manager inventory clerk cashier commercial and Taught classes welcoming new employees to AutoZone I know AutoZone think very highly of their customers so they teach employees how to treat customers and when the doors first opened I had a very good teacher and her name was sandy I was really blessed to have her as a boss . Just a little bitter right now forgive me.

I just want to take the time to brag about this autozone. I went in there asking so many questions and the girl named Angelica went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed. I even went back several times because there was several things wrong and each time my experience was exceptional. My car is fixed now and I’m one happy customer. Thank you for all the help!

Great experience at AutoZone today. I couldn’t explain what part I needed and the staff as well as the manager stepped in to assist me. Now my car is back on the road. Thank you staff

Had the part I needed and staff was quick to check me out. Afterwards I didnt feel like I shouldve worn a mask. The interaction was quick and germ/virus free.

I have used autozone for quite some time and will never go here again. I sent my 7 month pregnant wife there to get oil and they wouldn’t help her pour it and said it was against policy. Mind you I usually take care of this myself but was working at the time. I have seen them assisting people every time I have went and never asked for help myself. I didn’t think that my wife would get refused the same help everyone else was getting now she’s mad at me for putting her in an emberassing situation.

Terrible customer service. Older hispanic lady was so rude for no reason. I politely asked her something and it looked like she was bothered by me. Gave me an attitude every step of the way. I ended up leaving and taking my business to OReillys, they were much nicer.

I find what I need 99.9% of the time at a good price.

Everyone was very nice and the manager? I believe Angie? Was extremely helpful as I was clueless what I was doing!

I always get good service at AutoZone sometimes theyre a little full with people and may take a little while to do the registered thing and it get some help but its usually because the help is helping somebody we should when its your turn you know theyre pretty thorough about helping you find what youre looking for

Good service. New to cars. I told them my low beams blew out, and they figured out the parts from make and model. They also were honest about which light are worth buying. To top it all off, the dude taught me how to replace the lights by myself after showing one side.

We’re do I begin....It started last night 01-24-20 I went to get into my vehicle and it would not start. My father in law thought maybe it may be the starter. The next morning I woke up an received a jump an went to my FAVORITE place Auto Zone were I knew I would be greeted at the front door and receive excellent customer service. I mentioned to Angelica some of the issues I was having an she told me let me check your battery for you before you purchase something that you may not need. Sure enough it was my battery. Not only did Angelica replace my battery for me she even added an item that would help my battery last longer.Thank you again Auto Zone for making a proud customer and having great, smart and professional employees..

Following Up with a customer when their part as arrived this location gets an 0 because a part I ordered arrived that afternoon @5pm & didnt receive a courtesy call when it did!! I had to call the next morning to check the status of my part! They wasnt aware what I had to do for my vehicle once the part arrived with my mechanic on standby the same day!SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Ill rather drive to Kemah/ CleT Lake than deal we with INCOMPETENT PPL!!

The Advance down the street was perplexed by the motorcycle battery I brought in. Meanwhile came to AutoZone and the women behind the counter came right out walked up to the correct replacement battery and it was still $30 less than the incorrect battery Advance tried to push on me.

The blond hair lady that works at this AutoZone is very rude and no help at all.. I come from New Braunfels to visit family and used to get all me car needs at this AutoZone.She should be working in the back room where she doesnt have to be bothered with questions 😨 they used to have very friendly and helpful Guys...wont be coming back to this place again.. Ill go to Galveston instead...

I had truck issues.. Justin helped and answered all my questions in purchasing a new battery. My son and I installed it and drove it back to the store to get alternator and starter checked. Richard was the one that helped us. Battery was reading bad battery 3 times. He proceeded to help us exchange the new battery, he double checked new battery before installing it, he changed battery terminals, installed new battery correctly, then finally checked alternator. Richard went above and beyond his job. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

Guy at counter would did not feel like working, my husband tried to tell him that the battery from our car needed to be checked and all he keeped saying was we needed to take it to the place we bought it from ( it was there) but he didnt want to check it and he didnt care to help.
