This store is always clean, the staff is always friendly, the staff is always fast and takes care of customers in a timely manner. The ATT service is way better in the south west/east Georgia area than Verizon. Updated 5G AT&T towers are being built more and more. Great deals on phones and plans also. Make the switch today! Nick did a great job. We waited a few minutes and was still out less than an hour getting 2 phones done. No complaint here.

Setup 4 new lines. It was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and enjoyable to converse with.

Jonathan Sands was super professional and helped us with incentives that we didnt know existed. I would definitely recommend him. Add to this that we switched from Verizon to AT&T and have MUCH MUCH better reception.

AT&T is a rip off, bill constantly going up without notice and rates are ridiculous.Do not recommend.

It was very easy switching from Verizon to AT&T and the crossover from my old Samsung to my new one was almost seemless. The only downside side was having to log back in to my accounts on the apps that transferred. I was very pleased with the cost when we traded in our old phones.

Met the nicest most patient service rep could imagine. We were so fortunate to meet her and have her take of our problem. Will return!!!!

Where out of a lot of phones. Took forever to help me. And I didnt ask for insurance but guess what I was billed for. She was not interest in helping me clearly....

Excellent customer service! The manager and two associates went above and beyond not to just help me but the store full of customers they had! I asked my associates name and for the life of me I can’t remember it but he was so helpful and funny made the time we spent there go by really quickly even though we were there over an hour upgrading three phone which I have to say he made it seem effortless!

Need help really bad. I experience that every time I go. I live in Cairo and travel thirty six miles round trip and want things to be resolved. The young man helping me had a dentist appointment and had to leave. The young lady was by herself and finished helping me. She was sweet and did her best to help me, which she did. Young man said I needed to call tech support, because basically they were there to sell phones. Take money for payments, etc. Lacking people trained to thoroughly help you. Just switched from Verizon and wondering if I did the right thing by changing!!!

I have been to this store on 3 separate occasions in the past month and have been blown away by the great service every time! The customer service is beyond wonderful and even though they we very busy they still greeted me as I came in the door. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for several years and this is by far the best store I have ever been to. Knowledgeable professionals are far and few between so if you want to deal with one than this is your store!

I recently paid a visit to the store as I was in the area shopping. This was one of the best experiences Ive had at any retail store of this kind. We all know these experiences can sometimes be dreadful. Mine was the exact opposite. The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgable! This AT&T store gave me good service on a purchase of the phone I recently have, but they never seem to be available for phone calls. So if you need help, you have to spend your gas money to go see them for help, because they will never answer the phone it seems. Otherwise they are helpful, in person, not on the phone.

I have had a few different experiences with this store. My first was over a year ago and I had a horrible time with the manager, Anthony. He was rude, sexist, and over all a jerk to me. He did not help me at all and I left the store frustrated and wanting to leave AT&T. Fast forward to about a week ago and I had the pleasure of being helped by the new manager, Cory. He was helpful, educated, and treated me like a person not just another annoying customer (which is how I had been treated before). Yes, the store was busy and I had to wait, but that is not the fault of the employees. I was blown away by the helpfulness of this manager and couldnt believe how much of a change a good manager can have on a store. The whole atmosphere had changed to positive, upbeat, and friendly. I will remain a loyal AT&T customer so long as Cory is there to help me. My only frustration was that Cory did mention in our small talk that he is engaged- I would have loved to set him up with my daughter.

After reading these great reviews, I was surprised to have a completely different experience. An employee blatantly lied to make a sale and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend buying anything here if there is any chance you may need to return it, because they will not refund your money. Also, steer clear if you arent tech savvy. They take advantage of older customers and try to upsell like crazy. Stick to official AT&T stores. For being an authorized retailer, these guys arent authorized to do much of anything.

I will never for the life of me figure out why AT&T closed their regular size store on Jackson that was customer friendly and opened the closet they are calling a store on Hwy19.. they have 2 maybe 3 employees.. the wait times are astronomical because they have no staff!!!! The store in Thomasville is truly a joke!!!! Also beware there is a fast talking employee in there scamming customers to make sales.. He talks in circles until he has you so confused.. you dont know what just happened... have nothing good to say about this location!!
