Nope there is no reception at my home office. Brenda was a huge help and was very knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be for her to talk a little slower. Wearing a mask, along with having all the knowledge she has, makes it difficult for the layman to process everything she saying.

If I could give them a -10 I will please if u order online and pick up here dont do it thanks to them I have to wait for my phones and for my money my order was payed already and that dumb girl that works there decided to cancel my order and they mess up everything now I have to wait to get my money back dont shop here bad service too

I was dreading the process of switching carriers and replacing 5 cell phones. Chris was very pleasant and helpful from the very start of our visit. He was also very patient with all our questions. Half way through our visit John, the store manager, came over to assist since we had multiple phones to transfer over. Although the location could have used a second person on staff at this time, Jonathan was extremely helpful. I was delighted by his customer service even before I was being helped. He went above and beyond to help both me the gentleman before me. He even offered water and candy to the waiting parties behind me. I will return to this location for all future needs.

Worst experience buying a phone ever. Took 2 hours to finally get out of the place. We were supposed to buy one and get one free, then they told us we would have to upgrade our plan and go to auto pay, but would still pay the same amount, then they changed it again and told us we would have to add another line we didnt need, or drop one of our phone lines to qualify. In the end, I ended up paying full price for a iPhone, plus a set up fee and then they added another $80 fee for the upgrade. This after thanking me for being a verizon customer for 28 years and telling me my phone was eligible for a free upgrade! As of right now, I have no idea what all the bait and switch cost me until I see my next bill.

Whoever just answered the call at this store in Torrance was indifferent and aloof. I called to ask if he had phones in store and he asked what phone. I said iphone 11 and a few Samsungs. I just wanted to make sure you had some in stock ( given that the pandemic has caused delays in retail stores’ inventory). He said, what Samsung phones, and I said I’m not sure yet but if you have some in stock, I’ll just come by. Thank you. And the guy just abruptly hangs up the phone. I understand customer service can be rough but I wasn’t arguing or being a belligerent customer. What a clown.

Great staff and fast service! I came in to upgrade my line during my lunch break and I was very short on time. Thankfully Eric was very understanding and made sure I got out on time. I was able to enjoy my lunch and still purchase a new phone. I highly recommend this location.

An oasis in a desert of subpar wireless stores!My sister had referred me to this location but I was hesitant since my husband got his phone at costco which was a perfectly fine experience.But wow! I am sooo glad I took my sisters advice. When we arrived, Chris was helping another customer but he was sure to greet us and take a moment to find out what we needed. He didnt rush his first customer but he also made sure we were seen.Seriously, though, Chris had regulars coming in to say hi and pay their bill. He knew their names and upcoming plans. I felt like I was in a scene of Cheers.Verizon, if youre reading this post, know that this location has exponentially elevated your image and customer satisfaction meter.

Leo and Jim where very helpful! The gave me all my different options. They even showed me an app where I can change all of my photos, WiFi passwords, and even my messages to my new phone. Everything Transferred so Well! So its like I had all my information but had an upgrade in my phone look. They went way beyond in helping me! Not to mention every staff there was very friendly I wish I wouldve gotten there names as well. If you need a new phone and want to go over all your options without any confusion Leo and Jim are the people to go to!

The clerk was very nice and helped me get a discount on my current plan, even though I was just there for a new screen cover and info for travel.

I came in here wanting to get a new phone and they did proficiently answer all of my questions and helped me switch all the information from my old phone to my new phone. There was a young Latino fellow who was amazing. He gave exceptional service, took initiative, and even provided me with some perks. It was amazing that he has only been with Verizon for a month and is so knowledgeable! However, I was not impressed by his coworker, Rath. Rath appeared to have worked at the branch the longest (other than his manager), and he clearly seems burnt out and apathetic.When I got there, he must have taken 3-4 walks while his coworker helped everyone in the store, and his coworker seemed to do all of the side work. I thought he might have had a bad day but then I came back two more times. My phone had some issues and I got to speak to the manager. The manager is extremely pleasant and informative. He said I was within the 14 day period to replace my phone and to come back.I came back the day he told me the phone would arrive, and I spoke to Rath about exchanging my phone. Rath did not even check the back and said, No, we dont have any Pixel 2 XLs in stock. His African American coworker (whose name I cant recall) corrected him and said Yes, we do. We just got at least 4 in today. In that moment, Rath then went on his lunch (at 7PM) and told his fellow coworker to help me (mind you, he was with two customers at the time already). 20-30 minutes go by and Rath is still on his lunch while his coworker is helping other customers. I waited because I can only exchange my phone at this location since I bought my phone here (some kind of Verizon franchise protocol); otherwise, I would have left. Rath came out from the back and says he cannot help me without having the items and box that the phone came with. I told him it would be no problem for me to go home and retrieve the items, so thats what I did. When I came back, the other customers were gone so he had his coworker finish my phone exchange. His coworker was extremely pleasant. He seemed new because he didnt know how to wipe my memory on my phone; I showed him how, not Rath, since Rath was busy on his phone.In short, I would definitely say the store is 5 stars but Rath is a 0, so overall, my experience is 3 stars.

Sold me a package deal. I didnt even know I was buying. They did refund some charges over the 2 weeks I went back to complain. However got stuck with a Hum device. Finally paid off that contract. Now trying to sell. Worth nothing.

I have been here for 30 minutes. There was one customer mid transaction, and one after. And yet Im still here unattended since there is only one associate working. All I want is to pay for my case and go about my day.
