Saffron is a supermarket/restaurant with a great and very nice people. I have not tried their food yet, but I do all the Persian groceries here. Highly recommended.I have also had a tale out beef koobideh kabab which was great.

Saffron food mart is the best Persian/Iranian food mart you can find in South Bay. They have a variety of essential grocery items as well. But their food quality is absolutely great! Don’t think twice between this place and other restaurants around Torrance. Choose from their Kabobs or stews and you’ll not be disappointed.

I really enjoy the environment. It’s a very clean food mart and everyone is very nice and make sure you found what you are looking for.

If you want to eat good persian food dont hesitate to visit this place.

New place for 35 years of Persian food experience Chef. Very good tasty food at very reasonable prices . Eat in or take out. Catering is available . Grocery, meat shop, bakery, and restaurant all in one place . Abo Ali is the owner chef that greets you a big smile Knowing that after tasting his authentic recipes you will return as I did for more.

Great place to get any ingredients or spices you might need for your kitchen. We enjoy ordering from the hot prepared foods, like koobideh and barg.

Great selection of persian groceries. You can order food here too and it has very generous portions. The 45$ family meal fed 8 people. Very happy about the price and quantity.

This is the BEST person food in the South Bay. I know as I am Persian. The kabobs are flavorful and tender. The meat melts in your mouth. Everything is fresh and delicious. The rice is amazing and the sheerazi salad is fresh crispy and farm delicious. I love this place. The only place I will go when I want Persian food period. The owner is the chef and he is the real deal.

The best food very friendly staff I love it

This is a fabulous place for lunch and dinner especially if you love Persian food and old fashioned home made food at its best. Small clean restaurant/very polite/courteous manager/owner. You can eat in, order to go or get it delivered. Whatever way you choose to go will be fine. Their rice, grilled meats and the Yogurt/Dill/Cucumber sauce are all excellent.

Amazing place to eat at and to shop from. Yes, maybe some staff there are not very friendly or not smiling, since this is an inherent culture among many Persians. They take pride in their product and services and do not overshadow it with an artificial smile. The food and products are high quality.

This is a small Persian Market that is located in Torrance and I found the place to be quite nice and stocked with specialty food items. I would go there again. They also serve hot meals.

Hot and fresh kabobs, with other dishes available at times, like lamb stew. Better food than the other sit down restaurants in the area, just limited on the menu items from time to time.

I love this market, very good, products, fresh and good quality, they have a small restaurant, very delicious, reasonable princess, and bottom line very kind and polite worker. I really like and Im so happy to have this market near me.

I had the kabob kobedi and it was exceptionally good. They have a variety of middle eastern food items for sale like different kinds of persian ice cream, Persian breads and more.The customer service is excellent every time and that is why my family and I keep shopping here. Wonderful place. Very fresh and beyond delicious Persian food. You can buy some Mediterranean and Arabic food and items as well. Olivier salad is a must. Very good helpful friendly manager and cashiers.

This little shop has very good Persian food. They are generous with their servings. My fave is the gheyme. Meat and yellow split peas stewed in a tomato sauce base with dried lemon and topped with fries.

Best persian food in this area. Their “Ghorme Sabzi stew” and “Koobide Kabab“ and “Kashk Badenjan” are as perfect as best persian restaurants in iran!!Portion sizes are big, More than enough for one person.Totally surprised by quality and taste!

Authentic Persian food at great value. Nestled a block from Hawthorne blvd on PCH (next to KFC), parking the the back. Restaurant cum bakery cum mini grocery store. I went upon the recommedation of a friend and was glad I did. Picked up set dinner for four for under $40 with generous portion (and very tasty). Also has lunch specials at great value. Food tasted great. Very friendly staffs, with good selection of for a small grocery store & bakery. Glad to be able to find sangkat bread there. Will be coming back.
