This whole foods location obviously has a fantastic manager. Fully equipped store, better than pre pandemic. Fully stocked food bars with every imaginable foods. However, I realize that there is a labor shortage these days and the store hires some unqualified employees who are rude and are detrimental to the business 🤔. Hopefully time will pass and you will be able to hire a larger number of pleasant employees. I should name the bad ones, but best to speak directly to the manager.

When I have to return items for Amazon here, I met twice a staff named Megan, she was doing fast her job, however I felt somewhat annoyed and offensive from her attitudes, saying you can go now as soon as she scanned the items before finishing her job. I know the whole process is going through with QR codes which is easy and faster but when you come to the customer service, you don’t have to push customer away not giving enough time to process that is completed. What makes her such hurry and rude even though there was none behind me! I also want you to expect that they don’t accept the box from Amazon.

Great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.Their on the go food selections are great from sushi to sandwiches to pizza to chicken and more.Staff is usually friendly, some customers, however, can be rude, but hey, we all have a bad day sometimes.

I have to give this store 2 stars, just because there is only 1 bathroom and its an all gender bathroom.... seriously?! Women should have their own bathroom, it should be part of Whole Foods customer care.

I always enjoy coming here. The store is always clean, staff is helpful, and for the most part all items I usually look for are in stock. Check out is usually pretty quick too.

Good store with fresh selections and helpful staff.

As we all know each location offers different items, even the design of a store. Found most impressive to me, yes you have to wait in line 6 feet marked spaces this location had a CANOPY covering to block weather conditions LOVED this manager cares for their customers. Shopping here was pleasant and interesting all in-house food services were operating from pizza to bakery all locations have no self help buffet items example if you want a burger or slice pizza to sushi it can be ordered however no inside dining not allowed.

I visit that whole store in Rolling Hills a few days ago. I was very disappointed with the vegetables they was old. I purchase a head of Roman lettuce and cabbage in a bag. When I open bag to make salad it had a smell and bitter taste. Unfortunately I ate a little on a sandwich and got sick. My husband ask me what so good about this place. Did not see many people of color as well working their. I will not return. I spent a lot at whole food stores. I will not recommend this place. O Anderson

Great market. Not as complete a selection as some other Whole Foods. The best place for me to get vegan options although I wish they had more. Stock levels have been a little spotty lately although maybe Im shopping on the wrong days or times. I find the prices on many items to be competively priced with other grocers.

A good variety of foods. Fresh produce, seafood and meat counter. A deli, olive bar and a place to get ready made meals. Hot pizza, sandwiches and salads. Easy parking. There is seating to enjoy coffee, pastries and take out food dishes both inside and out.

This was my first visit to Whole Foods and I was impressed by the variety of food items that Ive never seen before. My daughter works at the local Renaissance faires and I found mead and other alcoholic beverages of yore that we just had to try!

Morgan at the Whole Foods smoothie counter made the most amazing smoothie for me to take to someone who is ill. She carefully listened to my very specific instructions and made a wonderful creation. Her patience and attention to detail should be commended by her manager. Thank you.

I appreciate the shopping hour for those of us 60+ weekdays from 7-8. Limited number of shoppers in the store and those who are there tend to be respectful of social distancing. Everyone is wearing masks. It makes for an atmosphere that feels safe. In addition, the produce, seafood, poultry and meats are great. Best selection of healthy organic products I know of. Be sure to use your Amazon Prime membership and credit card for great savings.

Clean and spacious place to shop. Free parking AND I can charge my electric car for up to two hours in front of the store. Charging an electric car is free as of april 2019.Vegetarian chilly soup is one of my favorites here. Watch out its spicy.Prime members get 10 percent of from products that are on sale. You need to have the app installed though.I also come here to buy fruit puree pouches for my daughter. Ella’s Kitchen is a good one. Sometimes it sells for 4 for $5.Thank you and cudos to the staff that work so tirelessly during the Covid19 pandemic.

This is a good size store with natural, organic & important to me grass-fed meat. The produce section was large & had a large variety. In addition, there was a good size hot & prepared food section, baked items & vitamins, herbs, employees to help find items.

The most random thing that I always tell people about whole foods is.... Their desserts are extremely delicious! I always come and order cakes from here. Theyre bursting with flavor, and always fresh!!! You can always order for any specific allergy you may have and you never feel guilty about eating a huge slice of cake 😜

They are usually very friendly and helpful. I didnt feel the friendliness as much this time. Also they need to resolve the fishy odor that hits you when you walk into their front door.

Cashier very helpful, saw me in line and assisted me right away since i was paying by card. Also she educated me on the possibilty of saving if I had Amazon. Juice bar is amazing. Total lunch crowd with tons of choices when I was there at 115pm today you can super amazing comfort food to super healthy plant based choices. They have a pretty good selection of wines. I picked up a bottle of a cab that I hadnt found elsewhere. Best selection of non wheat based type crackers that I enjoy. Their fresh fish choices were extensive. A bit expensive though.

This used to be my favorite Wholefoods. Not so much anymore. Now that it has become an Amazon/Wholefoods service center, everything, is picked over {especially the produce} and you have to fight through the aisles which are now swarming with the Amazon Pickers. It is super uncomfortable to go in to this location now. It feels dirty and they no longer wipe the handles of baskets. Theyre just quick spraying them. As a matter of fact they are barely even wiping down the conveyor belts at checkout. Fortunately a Gelsons and a Lazy Acres opened up in the beach cities and are now very much worth the drive!

Always good product...people are people it depends how they are feeling. Sometimes they are helpful others not so much..😳

After stopping by and calling I have gotten nothing but the run around when trying to speak to the manager Jennifer Ruth. When I stopped by I waited and after a while someone finally told me she was busy in a meeting. I called a few hours later to speak with her by phone and after asking for her again another employee got on the line and told me she was not even in the store today. I guess they need to get all their stories straight. Poor customer service.

I usually have a pritty good experience here but yesterday I showed up and asked if the pizza on the counter was vegan. The sign said vegan but there was a veggie pizza in its place. I got all the way home and it wasn’t vegan! I might have noticed in the store but I was distracted because she was hopping around kind of funny while she was boxing it. Don’t trust the girl named Jaz. She’s a lier! Good thing I didn’t eat it I’m allergic! . I thought maybe she was hopped up on caffeine or maybe she had to pee. something was going on. I’m not sure why she would lie, not like she makes commission on pizza. If you have any allergies don’t trust her!Careless!!

They have amazing food year. The barbecue is especially special. If you have a chance to go to this Whole Foods definitely try the barbecue bar. Besides that everything else is great its just super expensive

Good variety of products... if a little pricey

This place is terrible. We ordered a pre cooked turkey from Whole Foods to find out the turkey is not even a turkey cooked at Whole Foods. We then brought the turkey back home and Whole Foods mentioned to reheat the turkey for 2 hours at 350 Fahrenheit. 2 hours later, the turkey still looked pink and not cooked. All of this for $90... this place Whole Foods is getting worst and worst day by day. This place is overpriced. DO NOT ORDER YOUR TURKEY AT WHOLE FOODS!!

I go to Whole Foods for special ingredients for recipes I plan to make, but I’ve found that they can be out of stock on staples like bone in skin on chicken breasts! So call ahead if you don’t want to waste a trip. For instance, I went on a Monday for chicken breasts, zero. Called Tuesday and they said they are almost always wiped out of stock until Wednesday’s shipment. Good to know for meal planning! Sounds like there’s an inventory management issue, think how much more they could sell if they were in stock on Monday and Tuesday!

Amazon Flex experience:The lady at amazon now pick up station is not helpful at all, I mean her work supposedly is to help to people but it looks that it bothers to help us she should have a better attitude, to be honest I did not have a good picking up experience because of her, overall the store is great.

They now have $10-$12 meal options that are pretty good. So like you can get an entree portion of salmon, or lasagna and 2 sides(roasted pear, cranberry, feta cheese salad and roasted brussel sprouts). At Whole Foods, thats a good deal!

This place has almost everything you need and there prices are fair not bad. They have the best customer service here a the meat department and the check out stand, love coming here. If you like cakes and pies, then this is the place to stop by and check them out.And lets not forget that they have PIZZA as well.....mmmm and Its really, really good much better then some pizza places that I order from.Thank you Whole Foods being for in the wonderful City of Torrance.Harry Irvine

More attention needs on the salad bar. I patronize Whole Foods mainly for the salads. I had never been disappointed and confused until today. Their salad bar is not up to par, for instance, no dried cranberries and salad dressings were mislabled, not the dressing stated on the outside of the containers. Very poorly kept. I dont have that problem at no other Whole Foods. I especially enjoy my visits to Whole Foods on Lincoln Blvd, in Venice Beach. Particularly this spot is super for all your needs and a perfect salad bar!

A very large selection of high quality, healthy food and other goods. Everything is very well organized there is even an area where you can get food to eat right away. Salad bar and few other items available worth going there for lunch and get food to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. One thing for sure, prices are a bit higher than most other places.

Hard to find help here but if you know what you need, youre in luck.. one of the most well stocked and maintained Whole Foods I have ever been to. The layout is a little bit of a maze, but if you venture through it, they have a good selection of everything.

Best safest place to eat in Torrance. Good thing Jeff Bezoz bought it (at a bargain I might add, and prices are getting cheaper and they deliver groceries in 2hrs FREE anytime with Amazon Prime, yet ANOTHER value bomb from my membership. Its pricey if you dont pay attention especially but you get what you pay for! Love its super close:-)

Love their deli. They even have breakfast items there like a buffet style. Everything is like buffet style in their deli. Mmm and they have a great selection of natural beauty products

Very nice store and my favorite item is the naan bread with garlic but avoid the vegan carrot cake from bakery it is gross no flavor.

They have much quite a bit of multicultural food/ingredient selections. I came here for tempeh and sea kelp noodles, but they also had Natural coffee flavored gum which was an experience to say the least, Prices werent too steep either. Cashiers and staff had great personalities too.The layout itself does feel like a maze when you first go through the store. And simple items like tortillas will be in separate areas in the store which is annoyingDefinitely worth a visit if you need a One off or Special ingredient

When you want the good stuff. Folks act kind uppity, in side. Asians will run you over, if you even think about slowing down, in the isles. Lol

Despite Amazon taking over I enjoy shopping at Whole Foods, prices arent all that much better now. Overall pricing can be high, but not on everything if youre a smart shopper. They carry lots of tasty unique food items you cant get anywhere else, including beauty products, pet food and gifts. Hopefully corporate structure and greed wont kill their business.
