I went to Pro Vision Care and was seen by Dr. Davis. If I could give something lower than a 1 star I would! She was the worst doctor I have ever been seen by in my entire life. She was rude, insulating, and just down right mean. During the exam there were so many awkward moments where she would make a comment and I was so taken aback I couldnt even answer fast enough. She stated she couldnt believe I have not been to get my eyes checked for so many years. Which if she was have engaged like any other normal doctor for seeing someone for the first time and gotten a back store she would have understood. But after her insulting comments about my contact lens habits, I asked for my normal prescription I received at Walmart (who by the way, their doctors are far better than her) which was a 2 week lens. She said no, those are not what everyone gets now so I dont support them. Then while performing my eye exam, after finishing the right eye she literally said wow that is so bad what DOCTOR tells their patient that? Her assistant in the room was just as rude, I looked at her one time seeing if I was wrong in my feeling of being insulted and she just gave me a smug look as well. Even the receptionist was rude and couldnt answer my question for filling out a document. So when I filled out a line on a document she said you didnt need to do that when in fact that was what I literally had just asked her if I had to do and she said yes!This office is full of the rudest individuals I have ever had to deal with. I am so upset I wasted my yearly exam on this office and now am stuck with them for the year unless I want to pay full price at another office for another eye exam just to get my most recent scrip for contact lens and glasses. When even asking if I could have another doctor for a follow up visit for the contact lens I dont want to have, I was told no I had to be seen by Dr. Davis again. Im at a loss of how an office has gotten away with treating their patients like this!

We picked this place out of a hat essentially a few years back. But this place is awesome! Everyone is super friendly, I love Faith she is so down to earth and engaging! As long as we live here we will be using this awesome team, thanks for your great work everyone!

I dont understand how there are so many bad reviews on this place. I know everyone has there own experience but we have never had a bad one here. I have been to many eye doctors as Ive been wearing glasses over the years and I just absolutely loved how on top of things they were and how they treated my 6 year old who suddenly needed glasses. They worked with us on the payment and glasses came in faster than orignally said, so that was nice!!! They have gained is as a family!

I have taken my daughter here for two years and im just very pleased with this office! everyone is very nice and informative! the doctors shes seen have all been great with her and made her feel comfortable! They are not in network with my insurance but i still take her here verses somewhere in network just because of how great the place is!

The staff is nice but lack experience and training. I had their Dr check my eyes... and I had them try to make me a pair of prescription safety glasses. After 6 tries and 2 months(instead of offering me a refund so I can go on with my life...!) they still could not get my one pair of glasses right... After the 6th failed try... I then gave up and went back to my old glasses store... Just-4-Eyes in Centerville. They found that ProCare had my prescription wrong...! The staff never once considered that their doctor made a mistake...! 😡😵 I would never recommend this place to anyone...!

Went for prescription glasses, contacts, and sunglasses. Felt very rushed with the optometrist. Dont believe I received proper strength lenses due to this. $600 glasses came with the right lense loose in the frame. They sent it back only to receive it exactly as loose as it was received. Asked if they would recital lense and was told no, you have a year warranty if it falls out. The $260 sunglasses also were loose in the right arm. Was told to just keep tightening the screw. I will warn everyone I know on the area to stay away. Especially after throwing down almost $1k for the shoddy support and service. Front desk was nice. (adding update - to owner not using real name. If you want to talk directly always can email) And yes I really used your office and have the bank statements to prove it. Still wearing the glasses from your sorry service.

The professionals are really good, we’ve had minor issues but overall what I’ve been mostly happy about is how they keep the promise on the frames warranty, no questions asked, my boys have needed it every year and I’d its a small fix they will do it right there, if it needs ordered in they accommodate your needs, that’s what I’ve been mostly happy about Procare vision

Horrible experience from beginning to end. These people do not care about their clients. I could go on, but will spare details and just say that there are many other places to go that will treat you much better and show more care and pride in their practice.

The doctors dont really care about clients. And it will take them a decade just to get you your prescription. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Horrible experience from initial call. Was told one price on initial phone call and then given a different price upon arrival. Appointment was 25 minutes late. Then was sent a bill that was different than 2nd price given. I personally tried to clear up with insurance, to no avail. Was then sent to collections agency without the courtesy of a second bill or phone call. Very unprofessional in a very competitive marketplace. Would recommend seeing anyone but this practice for eye care needs.

I changed eye doctors about 3 years ago. ProCare Vision Center is way more in depth than my previous eye doctor. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Dr. Did not pick up I had Glaucoma during my eye exam. My pressure is 27 and I have some vision loss according to the specialist I just saw. Nothing was said about it at ProVision. Also I the prescription in my glasses was wrong for me. After 3 sets of lenses, I asked for my money back . My husband and I will not be back.

The first time my daughter got glasses, they told me it would be about 2 weeks for them to get in. Ok, no problem. I call 3 weeks later to check on them, still not in. Finally get them a month later. My daughter is being seen at another specialist for amblyopia. They sent her new prescription for her lenses that same day. I call to check on them a week and a half later. They dont have anything on file. So I asked the other place to re-send her prescription. They finally order her new lenses, I come in 2 weeks later and wait 30 min for them to tell me they ordered the wrong size. Another 2 weeks goes by, I go in again. This time I wait 50 min for them to tell me yet again. Her lenses are the wrong size. Ive never had issues like this with any place before and Ive been wearing glasses for over 20 years. This place has been terrible and lost me as a customer.

Best exam of any eye places we have ever tired. Highly recommend to everyone we know.

My first visit to this business was mostly awesome (there was a longer wait than I expected, apparently due to an emergency case squeezed in) and I found Dr. Salyer engaging, informative and quite personable. The technology they use is state-of-the-art and I was duly impressed with how much they could tell me about my eyesight! The woman who helped fit me for glasses (Schira King) was just as professional and helpful as Dr. Salyer, and I totally recommend them for anyone looking for vision care in our area.

Has taken 3 months to get a single pair of glasses and still not correct.

2 years and never got my prescription close.
