Had my first eye exam in 6 years at this location and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire staff was incredibly nice and helpful. There are much closer SVS locations by where I live but I will be going back to this one over those.

The doctor there really took his time to get me into the right contact lenses. I was impressed with the total care I received from all the employees including the doctor.

My first time experience was wonderful. I came in right on time for my appointment and was seen very quickly. The Dr. was thorough and polite. (Didnt catch his name.) But omg, Dan who helped me pick out my glasses was such a pleasure. He was very detailed with cashing me out with my insurance and other optical add-ons. But his demeanor was the best part. I had a great visit. & the whole staff is wonderful. Thanks for an awesome first visit. Ill definitely be back. :)

Upon our FIRST TIME EVER VISIT; once you get past the initial bothered-mood of the receptionist lady, everyone elses attitudes were warm and welcoming. Highly efficient and very thorough, my wife and I left feeling taken care of and satisfied with our overall visual needs.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Tried to make sure I received all discounts that would apply with my insurance. The doctor was very nice and took his time to explain everything to me. Will go back next year for my exam.

First time I came here I arrived right when they opened, it was freezing outside and the gentleman inside acknowledged me but did not let me in for several minutes. Both times the doc ran pretty late. I have a very high prescription and was unable to find any glasses that could accommodate this. I ended finding the perfect pair at House Of Optical. Overall nice people at SVS but could not accommodate a high prescription and wait times were too long.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful and truly know their stuff. I’ve been to plenty of eye glass places and none of them have shown interest or kindness like they do here. Especially Cynthia. She was super intelligent and honest with helping me find the perfect pair! The optometrist here was also super friendly and was apt to help me understand my vision. Another awesome perk for this location was the quickness of getting my glasses. Typically I’ve waited 10-14 business days but here I got them in one week! They have a pretty large selection to pick from and majority of the frames looked durable. Everything about my experience here was amazing and I would recommend this SVS to anyone and everyone, you will be in great hands!

Excellent service... Happy retirement to Linda. We will miss you! Connie has always been kind and helpful. Wendy totally got me and was extremely helpful. The doctor also has a sense of humor and made the exam fly by.

Good service and fast execution.Eye doctor is very friendly and definitely covers everything. At another SVS Vision I feel like my doctor didnt even cover half of what the doctor here did.Salesman Dan was very nice and informing.Also there are deals on Groupon for a free exam and money off frames/lenses.Wouldnt shop at SVS without Insurance though.

Very flexible with scheduling. I arrived 45 minutes early (appointment was for 6:30pm, but I stopped in after work) and they started my appointment right away and I was out by 6:30. The doctor was very nice. Very laid back. The ladies in the office are very kind and thorough. They used every available coupon to get me the best deal on contacts through my insurance.

I had a lovely experience with SVS Clawson on multiple occasions. Most recently I called to inquire about fixing my broken frames. Marian was cheerful and knowledgeable on the phone. When I visited the store that afternoon, she greeted me with a warm smile and ready to help.My glasses were repaired quickly and I’ll be picking them up shortly. Marian is just a gem - and true asset to the office experience. She made my visit stress free and we laughed too.

I had a great experience here. They had a large selection of frames and thanks to their website i already got to browse some of the options and had an idea of what i wanted to try on. The woman that helped me order my new frames was very patient with me while i tried on nearly every pair. When i asked about potentially upgrading my lenses to transitions or glare resistant, she went through all of the pricing options with me and helped me to find what was right for me and my budget. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the building was clean, and i was a very happy customer.

Fast friendly service. Was told my safety glasses would take 7-10 days. Received a call 3 days later and they were ready. I had transition lenses and they were perfect when i put them on. No adjustments necessary. Best experience buying glasses ever!

Nice group of people work there. The glasses selection is limited. Some frames were nice, but only came in smaller size. Would be nice to have different size available for each frames. Got my glasses in 6 days.

Everyone is so nice here. The doctor is compassionate and his staff were helpful and not pushy when it came to buying prescription glasses. Can see myself going back there again.

Nice folks there, very flexible with your schedule, and very personable. The optometrist was extremely patient with me and my questions, and the ladies in the front room are very pleasant (and have great senses of humor! Especially Cynthia!) Youll love working with these folks.

Very nice people. Doesnt have the high-end selection (e.g., expensive) of a large vision retailer, but I could care less. Solid frame selection, relatively inexpensive and nice people. You wont regret using them.

Very friendly customer service they were very prompt on timing also was in and out within one hour. EYE exam included also we were given 10% promotion discount.. Excellent location to go to.

The eye doctor was really good and professional. However, I really felt pressured to buy something. The optician I was working with( older lady with white hair) I told her that I was just going to pay for my exam. She asked why. I stated that I didnt like any of the selection, and I usually go somewhere else for my frames and lenses. She was very rude to me after that. Also, when I walked in there, each optician desk was full of patients orders and frames everywhere. It was a very messy place and I was really disappointed.

Excellent, friendly, no-nonsense service. Everyone here was polite and professional. They didnt try to upsell me at all, though they did make suggestions based on my lifestyle. Ill be going here for many years to come.

Do NOT USE THIS VISION CENTER !!! The receptionist and the manager are not knowledgable about policy and procedure. They take ten minutes to make an appointment and the check out is unbearable and painful. I asked for her supervisors number she refused to give it to me then gave me her other office line not thinking id call it when i did she was in the background ready to freak out. Very unprofessional and very rude. lost a six year customer bc they dont know how to talk to people.

In a word - crooked.my script did not change year over year, my lenses stayed the same, and i was charged $50 to ‘fit’ contact lenses that had already been fitted. This does not happen at other optometry centers, and I will not give this company another dollar of mine.
