Dr. V takes her time with you when going through the process and explains things very well. Maryan did an amazing job helping me with my choice of glasses, and helped me get the best deal! Both are very professional and dedicated women. 15/10 stars, would recommend in a heart beat!

Last year I previously went to another eye exam place and was disappointed with my results which left me unable to see clearly.Dr V made sure my lenses were correct impeccable customer serviceOptician Maryann went above and beyond to give me discounts and applied coupons to my frames and lenses purchase.I will definitely be back.

I just happened to be shopping for something else, when I decided to top by the LenCrafters store. I had an awesome experience. Marianne helped me. She made sure I got the best deals for my insurances and she was just a pleasure to deal with. She assisted me and guided me through the whole purchasing process of prescription glasses.The whole process is new and she guided me with really good recommendations as well. Very friendly, warm, welcoming and humble staff throughout the store and Gerri went above and beyond to guide me and help with selection process of glasses and provided me with quotations and the amount covered by my insurance.She told me about the promotions and the additional discounts I can get with purcashe of certain products amd made the transaction transparent and trust worthy. I went ahead and purchased the glasses with lens and also my contacts.Overall, I would rate my experience 100/100 and the whole process was hassle free, clear, transparent and trust worthy. Dr. Jayashree Vishwanath rendered excellent service. She explained the different tests in a manner I could understand. She also provided a long term analysis which was very helpful. Walked away very satisfied with the service and consultation.

This location has always been one of my favorites but I was really impressed with my most recent eye exam & all communications thereafter. I had Dr. David Adelsberg. He thoroughly went through the results of my exam and used those results to determine my prescription. Im used to it being based on my current script. He realized that the contacts Ive worn for YEARS were way too strong. I havent had headaches since switching and Im so grateful for Dr. Adelsbergs due diligence. The rest of the staff was great too!

Dr. Song was very nice and reassuring. I havent had an eye exam for a while so I was kind of anxious. But she was very nice and quick and answered any questions I had. All of the staff was very friendly as well.

We as a family are long term customers of LensCrafters but today Maryan at Somerset mall location gave us the best customer service possible. She was very professional and friendly. We went there just to fix my current glasses that was kind of bent, which she took care of it in a few minutes but her welcoming and friendly customer service pushed me to get a frame for my 8 months prescription that I could not find a suitable frame to fill it, also my son got his eye exam and purchased new glasses.I highly recommend to work with Maryan.

Maryan was such a great help in my experience at LensCrafters while I was looking for sunglasses. I wasn’t really sure which brand of glasses would fit my face very well. She took me around the store showed me the different types of sunglasses and the shape that would look great on my face. When I decided which one I wanted, she was very helpful in letting me know about the insurance that I could get for my glasses, and then placing my order. Its been a couple of years since my last eye exam and Ive been a little hesitant to pop back in, Ive always had a wonderful experience at this location but am always slightly uncomfortable in doctor settings and exams. I came in today to actually pass up on my annual and just purchase sunglasses in my old prescription for spring/summer. Megan helped me beginning to end in my experience, from updating all of my information and getting my health documents up to date and current but she also truthfully told me what styles she thought best suit me between two I picked. She was absolutely wonderful, easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable enough to want to go back with a doctor and get an exam. That experience was easy and great. Dr. V is professional thorough and is equipped to answer any and all things optical. She gave wonderful health recommendations to maintain healthy eyes and protection from elements. Whole heartedly I would like to say that today has been one of my most positive experiences. Beginning to end was smooth and easy. I left feeling great. Megan made my experience one of the very best. I hope she doesnt go anywhere anytime soon.

My experience was amazing. Taleah and Mariah was so helpful, professional, and overall just a pleasure to meet. I’m not sure of the woman doctor name that I had but she was also amazing I love how thorough she was and how she walk me through everything and just her overall personality. Great service, was able to get a complete eye exam on a Sunday, and they have a large selection of frames that you dont find in other places.

I went in to get glasses for the first time and I was helped by Angela. She was extremely kind and patient with me since I was a little picky about my style. The employees are very helpful and customer service oriented; however, as a company LensCrafters has policies that are lacking and they don’t partner with other Luxottica divisions to price match-in this case Sunglass Hut and Oakley. Oakley customer service referred me to their “sister company” LensCrafters for Rx lenses in Oakley sunglasses bought at “sister” company Sunglass Hut. LensCrafters charged DOUBLE what Oakley charges for Rx lenses online even though Oakley makes the lenses for them. Claim was their internal computer system wouldn’t allow them to match that price since frame bought from sister store Sunglass Hut (LensCrafters didn’t sell that one). Luxottica is truly messed up if they believe that a customer shouldn’t receive same service & pricing between their divisions. Returns made at both LensCrafters & Sunglass Hut and ordered online through Oakley. So much for trying to make a purchase at brick and mortar stores!
