Hope is very informative and I forgot the doctors name, she does the exam with great small details. Will update her name. I definitely recommend this place. Although it is my first time going for an eye exam outside school health center.

Dr. Capell was EXTREMELY thorough and gave me some great tips as well as eye exercises. I learned a great deal about my eyes and the doctor spent a great deal of time with me during the testing process. Hope, the manager, was also super friendly and helpful.

I used to go to the JCPenny Optical location in novi but it closed. I was transferred over to this location. I just needed a refill on my contacts prescription but the woman who answered the phone refused and said the doctor at Troy isn’t the same from Novi and can’t allow an extension.How is this my fault? Now I have to go get an eye exam because ny JCPenny location closed, costing me $60 +Unprofessional. This will close too and you will be on the look for a new optical center.
