WOW! Service is great me and my brother went there she seen how are glasses where not straight and made sure she fixed then for free! Sandy is great check her out!

First time going to this location; I usually go to the one in Birmingham. Let’s just say...I’m going back to Birmingham because service was way better there. I had the worst experience with the “Customer Service Representative”, Violet. She had the worst attitude, lacked manners, and proper customer service skills. I can’t believe they would allow such a poorly trained individual handle their customers. She seriously needs an entire attitude adjustment. In the meantime, back to Birmingham I go...I just didn’t want to deal with the parking but the parking is pretty much the same at both locations.

Absolutely love this place!!! Optometrist was very thorough even providing documentation for my ophthalmologist. The staff are fun, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. The frames I wanted were actually sunglasses. No problem!!! I now have 2 of the most beautiful and unusual glasses. I get compliments everywhere I go. I recommend them regularly and will be back.

The people at SEE are wonderful. They spent lots of time helping me find a great pair and when I needed adjustments they did it right away for me. Ive had the same pair for the past 3 years, so the frames are good if you take care of them. I plan to go back soon cause my prescription changed. Bottom line is, if you want glasses that look different from most out there, then their a good place to go to. Yeah, they are a bit pricey, but custom designs generally are.

I have been using them since I lost eye coverage a few years ago. I got a pair of glasses through a Groupon deal. Since then I’ve started at a new job with eye coverage. The mail order company I was forced to go through sent me the wrong contacts because they claimed they were not able to confirm my RX with SEE. I called SEE as soon as I was finished reaming Eyeconics Customer Service out. SEE got me some samples of my contacts and I just paid for a few boxes out of my own pocket. SEE Eyewear is a great company. I’d rather spend $100 with competent professionals than idiots at my insurance company.

Ive had a really tough time recently with my eye doctors Ive been going to for almost 10 years. SEE was there to help me with no extra charge, no questions asked. The people working there are absolutely outstanding in regards to customer service. I will be leaving my regular eye doctor to go with SEE because they are there to help and care about people. You just gained a loyal customer. Thank you for making my awful week so much better. THANK YOU!!!

The most eclectic group of glasses that I have ever seen. You have something for people who like one of a kind glasses and people who like more traditional frames. Favorite glasses place.

Not a great quality,,,, Expensive compared to others.they have limited number of eyeglasses,so if something happened to the pair you have, you may not be able to repair it or to buy the same frame.I paid around $500 for a pair of eyeglasses which got broken quickly...POOR QUALITY even though its platinum.You could find very similar eyeglasses with better quality and cheaper somewhere else,bad experience ....I will never go back there.
