I had a really positive experience as a walk in for some new frames. The prices were competitive with a number of different shops in the area, and the service was more friendly, too! There was a great selection for a new shop, and my new frames were ready much faster than i expected. I can’t wait to go back again!

They are very helpful and try their best to get you the best possible discount using your insurance or the offer they provide. They are also flexible to let you use your existing frames (at least for the second/spare one)

Broke my glasses on a Tuesday night, was able to book an appointment for Friday. Dr. Gibbs was extremely knowledgeable, he had great answers for all of my questions. The exam was quick, easy and painless. The selection of frames was great, and other staff were extremely helpful as well.

My family and I have been coming to this location for about 4 years. We are 4 people using prescription glasses. This passed Saturday I went to have a new prescription glasses, I gave my insurance information and what they asked me to pay seems high, so I asked them to explain me how they reach that number, the owner came and made the numbers in front of me and i noticed he was not applying my co-pay against the total. I told him that that was wrong; he started raising his voice so I asked him to give a copy of his numbers so I could double check with my insurance if that was correct. He denied my request and took the paper away from us. Long story short, i went to LensCrafters in 14 Mile (at the Oakland Mall) and they showed me how the numbers came up after my insurance and I was right; the owner in Pearl Vision Troy was charging me $50.00 extra. This guy does used the computer to give you the total after insurance, he made all the numbers by hand and he is being dishonest and taking advantage of people. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE.

This location has the highest rating for customer service which is why I came here. Insurance took some of the sting out of the price ($600+ ouch!) but the service was very good, and received my glasses in about 10 days. Recommend Pearle Vision if price is not a consideration.

I like when I was greeted when I arrived, then I was quickly serve by a friendly Pearle Vision assistant. I also liked the frame styles selection they have, so my eyes and face thank you for the beautiful frames.

My last name is Wyman and I went to this location because of how close it was to where I work. It was recommended that I get a certain type of lens. The optician didnt ask me if I wanted to go that route, but assumed I did and was going to charge me an extra $300. The actual lens that I did want I almost didnt get. Im not completely happy with my glasses and probably wont go there again. I will give them credit though for how quick I was able to get an appointment and how quickly my glasses came in.

Great customer service. I used to have problems with lens being not in focus because of messed up vortex distance. Staff there were able to take complete custom measurements for me. The result was amazing. The lens are in crystal clear and in focus. Also, Dr. Stevens is very knowledgeable in my eye exam. He pointed out that I have dry-eye and suggested remedy. If I need new lens in the future, I will come to this store again.

Just picked up my new glasses and they look and fit great. My eyes are pretty bad so my lenses are usually super thick. This pair are remarkably thin and light on my face. Plus they were ready for me in just 3 days!!!Sorry Im terrible with names but...Everyone from the moment I walked in was helpful and friendly. This office is observing face masks and barriers. They clean every frame you try on for the next customer! Doc was helpful and honest. Im getting a little older and she told me what to look out for and changes I may be noticing as my eyes grow older along with me.Sales and fitting crew didnt hard sell and they were ready with my insurance information when I arrived.I will definitely be back to this location. I just switched over to the Troy location& I must say they are fantastic! Lauren was friendly and informative, I felt like I was actually learning something about my eyes rather than just being another person being examined. They were able to see me quickly, got my new glasses to me quickly & have been really flexible with my schedule. The customer service is on point& Im really grateful to have a new eye place that I feel comfortable at.Thank you!

Staff is cordial and welcoming. The procedures in place due to COVID-19 make exams seem quicker and less intrusive. I’m glad I chose this location over other Pearl Visions in the area.

Dr. That did exam was nice professional. Taking to new scrip very well. Took 3 weeks to get glasses. Then called saying one of 2 pairs were in. Then called next day saying there was a problem. Have to wait longer. Got call both glasses were in. But had to remind about second pare... people make mistakes. That didn’t bother me.The reason for 1 Star is I Wanted transition point lower on glasses. Service lady argued with me. I work on electronics at lab desk. Yes I know what I want I wanted them lower. I’m not going to fight with someone who won’t listen. Run don’t walk away from here.

Great eye exam experience! Went in for an exam & ordered new glass! Did the exam on a Saturday and the new glasses were already in by Wednesday of the very next week! Look great and stay on my face even when sweating in this summer heat! Highly recommend!

I was able to schedule my appointment online for the next day at Pearle Vision which was so convenient. I went to my appointment and the staff was th but efficient, I got my exam, and picked out 2 new pairs of glasses (they have a great selection of designer frames - I couldn’t choose!) in a little over an hour. They helped me pick out various glasses to try on in the styles I was looking for. They gave me their honest opinions and were incredibly helpful. They put in my order and both pairs of my new glasses were ready in 3 business days!!! I picked them up and am so incredibly happy with them, they fit perfect and I can finally see clearly! They also gave me extra wipes and cleaner. Great experience. Definitely recommend!

My experience at Pearle Vision was fantastic!! Very pleased with my new glasses. The lens are ultra thin even with my bad eyesight. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had to stop in a few times for adjustments, and they knew me by name. Definitely would recommend!!

I had a amazing experience with this Pearle Vision recently. I used to get my glasses from Costco, however they stopped accepting VSP insurance. I found this new Pearle Vision showroom in the neighborhood and thought to give it a try. Easy appointment scheduling with late evening options available which was great considering busy office schedule, very large and good selection of frames with multiple brands, knowledgeable eye doctor and helpful staff, certainly made it a premium customer service feel . I definitely be visiting them again and also recommend this Pearle Vision in Troy for others who are looking for premium service at a reasonable price.
