Delicious in taste as usual and several options to choose. Portions are decent too.But service is very very slow and there is no protocol followed in terms of who came first, just picking at random people and serving.

Just an FYI, the prices have definitely gone up. I usually pay about $6.88 for a small dulce de leche shake from here. Today it cost $8.96 so this is the last time Ill buy a milkshake from them. Shake shake it is for me.

Total Ripoff and customer service is awful. If I could rate this store negative, I would do that. I ordered a dazzler for my 3 year old for $9 and the person making it put 2 scoops of ice cream instead of 3 and filled the cup with strawberry, blueberry, and whipped cream and then chuckling with his buddies in the back about what a great job he did cheating customer of there money by not even giving a portion that a customer was paying for. My son was running away in the mall so i simply paid the cashier to go grab my son and later realizing that i was completely ripped off when i started feeding my 3-year old the Sunday. The store has too many attendants but the quality of customer services is awful and looks like the the attendants are trained to serve a lower portion. It was a complete turnoff.

Its good but i got a chocolate malt. Pretty small size and i paid over 9 dollars for it. Insane

I took two cone ice creams with cones Mango and Chocolate . Mango taste was no were near to mango. Quality of ice cream is not at all good. My son had stomach upset and omitting. Also it is overpriced. For two ice cream I paid almost $20.

Omg I was just there got an ice cream banana sundae that cost 8.98 and I gave her a 20.00 and she give me back only 1.04 cents and I ask her how much was again and I told her I give u a 20.00 she like oh . I so not going buy from them again horrible business..... and got my 10.00 back not tips them for what happens sorry with business like that is a no.

Two manager which was curly hair chubby and it’s Star of David necklace and buy Africa. Kid with bleached hair were completely disrespectful. I had a credit card transaction at the place and I was told to come back and that they would remake the items for me. They were so disrespectful that they they threw their hands at my face and treated me like I’m a nobody. Thank you manager at for today.

The ice cream cone was greatly over priced! NO PRODUCT PRICES POSTED and the calorie counts are not posted. So, when I went to pay for my ice cream cone thats when I found out the cost. I had a new trainer who was not getting the support from the experienced staff.

Prompt and great service

Stole $5 from me, I gave a $10 bill for a large coke; She gave me $3 in change, claimed I gave her a $5 bill. They wouldn’t recount their register, they said no manager was on site. All the employees were rude and disrespectful treating me like I’m try to get a free $5s. Never going back. Keep my $5 out of pity you have been working there for ‘years’ and not knowing the difference between a $5 and $10 bill.
