This place is the best Baskin Robbins I have ever had - and given how often I travel, that’s saying something! She made my chocolate milkshake EXACTLY the way I wanted it and it was perfect! Thank you!

I went today to get me ice cream in shield I payed for it and then went to fridge to get 2 big ice cream container I went to pay I drop my shield ice cream and she didn’t bother to come and clean the floor I clean and cleared everything from the floor and she didn’t say nothing when she see me clean the floor and remove the ice cream from the floor she was waiting for me to finish what she supposed to do instead of me cleaning usually if you in store and accident happened they don’t let you do anything they will say don’t worry about it I will take care of it if you’re drop something on floor but this one she don’t care and she was wearing a. Mask Oakland University I didn’t notice her name I should but she was so rude and mean she didn’t even come to see the floor when was the whole ice cream on the floor if I know her name I will call she stay inside she didn’t bother to come and take a look about what happened she let clean all the ice cream she. Totally crazy about their chocolate fudge ice cream. Stopped twice this week, first time none in stock due to quality control issues, second they had it but found it did not taste right. Staff was great as always, let me try a taste to determine not the darker chocolate ice cream I wanted. Good service, good ice cream, but lost a star since fave not available.

Love their products. Ordered 2 cakes and paid for them online. One women was working alone, scooping big orders for 4 people. She was a hard worker but it took her some time. Two women walked in, acted like owners, and started wiping crumbs and cleaning sinks. I waited in line for over 25 minutes behind just 3 people.........one customer behind me left in disgust. The two women behind the counter spoke to the worker but never looked at or acknowledged the customers. When I asked for my cakes there was some misunderstanding, perhaps language barrier, and the worker disappeared for minutes to look for my cakes, one by one. The owners never looking up, could have gone in back for cakes to help out. $67 purchase and they let me and the worker struggle. I will never go back to that location and will contact the corporate office about their total disregard for customers.

Hanna is great. She took care of me as royal oak store told me to go to the web site to order a cake. I live on Vinsetta Blvd in royal oak and will tell everyone to avoid the royal oak store. Thank you Hanna

Call before going near closing as they were closed when i arrived at 35 min before their listed closing time. Employees saw me at the door but ignored me. Should post different closing time if not going to follow what sign posted on business or online list. Really craving icecream that night. But maybe better off...

My favorite Baskin Robbins by far! When shopping for birthday cakes Some locations have refused to write custom birthday messages on the cake, but not this one! The employees are friendly and respectful as well as skillfull cake decorators! 100% Customer satisfaction!😎👍

If I could give a zero, I would. Their hours are listed till 10 PM, and walking up to the store at 925, doors locked. Lady went to state that during winter hours they close, however I didnt want to hear the rudeness.If your hours change like that, dont be effing rude about it.

José was friendly & patient as I decided what 2 scoops of ice cream I wanted. The samples were so good I had a tough time deciding. No easy task w/ 31+ flavors!! The ice cream is so delicious!! And the establishment is very clean!! I will definitely come back. Thank you José for your patience!!

Came in bought my granddaughter (4yrs old) an ice cream (I was going to purchase few quarts after she ate hers) she needed to use the restroom I was told the do not have a public restroom.If you have seating for eating how do you not have a restroom? ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL CHILDREN!Needless to say. We left without spending more money.

Guy working night shift is a middle eastern man who comes off kind of mean but the ice cream was excellent! 24 hours so I can get ice cream at 2 am!
