I am so happy to have had my Roland RD-600 keyboard repaired by Logical Sound. I chose this place over Wizard (both are certified Roland Service Centers) after calling both places.Wizards prices were significantly higher (and subject to escalate quickly depending on what they found). There was also some concern that Wizard wouldnt even be able to look at my keyboard for a few weeks after dropoff. Al (who answered my call at Logical) was reassuring about both price and timeline.When I arrived at Logical Sound I saw what other reviewers listed as a negative (a small front office so overly cluttered with music equipment that it was difficult to enter). This didnt bother me. I perceived it as a place that loves music and is more passionate about repairing equipment than keeping up the front-of-the-house.Once I spoke with the keyboard repair person - I had confidence the job would be done well and with care. He worked with me to try to accommodate my timing-needs. The fix was a minor one - and I was able to go back a couple days later to pickup my perfectly-working keyboard.I recommend Logical Sound without reservation.

Give these guys 5 stars for customer service. Took a vintage Roland in to have checked out. They did not take advantage of me and I was very happy with their knowledge of my unit.

Count me as another Wizard refugee (13+ years of abysmal customer service, ineptitude, and non accountability...)Logical is the real deal and they get it. Honest, knowledgeable, talented, AND great customer service. Fairly priced. Most importantly they fix it right the FIRST time. I actually work within walking distance from Wizard and could easily use them- but I take my gear to Logical. I wish they were closer- but dont be put off by the location, its worth the trip.

Its not easy to find, and the hours are kind of terrible (no weekends, closes at 5 on Friday). Its nevertheless worth it. They saved me $1000 at least. Several professional musicians told me to just get a new keyboard, which would have run me at least $1200, new. They took one look at my keyboard and said oh yea, we can do that. It cost $226, $276 if I had put a rush on it. Thank you.

12 days with my guitar amplifier and could not diagnose, I decide to take it back and ask them to have it ready and when I show up to get it the shop was closed, it was 5:15 PM and they close at six (if they were going to close early at least a courtesy call would be great). if you do music for living and need need quick this is not the place
