Cool experience. I would recommend any one to come here if they need to store anything. the employees were helpful and I felt like I was being well treated.

The employees of this facility are either liars or idiots. Either way, they lack integrity. My moving day was planned based on being told the unit I needed would be there for me. I was told by the resident manager they dont take reservations which I was hesitant about. I called the day before my move and was told the unit would be available for me the next morning. I arrive early to rent and Im told by employee on duty they dont have the unit available, its reserved. WTF? They screwed up my weekend but I guess in the end Im glad I wont be giving them my money. If you rent here do so at your own risk.

The employees are very nice if you have any questions they will answer them they have good deals they have good prices.

My friends moving out of state, needed safe secure reasonably priced storage units, went to A-1 and found three, rented them no problem, theyre the best!!!

They are always so mean and unwelcoming... blonde receptionist is a total racist... save yourself the headache and don’t waste your time here

I put my stuff here for 1.5months. When I moved my stuff to my new apt, i started to get red bumps randomly on my body. When I went to a doc, she said it looks like something biting me. I thot I will do thorough checking on my mattress. Though everything was looking good on mattress, I found 3 bed bugs underneath my box spring. There you go - this is the incentive i got for storing here. It sucks - i endured this bug bites for more than a month without knowing what it is.

Beware***Gina is deceitful and not trustworthy. So long story short. I rented a Uhaul and she stated that your charges are xx.xx and the insurance is xx.xx as if the insurance wasnt optional. Ive rented a Uhaul plenty of times so I knew the process so I let her proceed with the transaction. Then I let her know that I knew that the insurance is optional but the way she said that insurance is xx.xx thats deceiving and not good customer service. So the managers stated thats how Uhaul teach you. Really? OkAlso, I rent a storage from A-1. Not cool at all.Its not about the fee its the principle. Some people dont know its optional. I now see why their are so many class action lawsuits.
