My whole experience was awesome! And Mr. Jimmy and Larry were amazing as well. They handled my belongings with care and made the out of town move a breeze!

The guys who moved us were wonderful! It was nice to see them joking and having fun even while moving some of our massive pieces of furniture. They were polite, personable and capable. Should we ever move again, we would use 2 Men and a Truck and certainly recommend this company to others!

The office staff was to the point and did a great job. Our moving team was EXCELLENT! They arrived right on time, they worked very hard, and they finished a little ahead of the estimated time. They were all diligent, hard working, and professional. The crew leader was exceptional. He handled all the paperwork effectively and efficiently. Most of all, they treated my 81 year old mother who they were moving with great respect. She even said, If I move again I would ask for the same people to do the job. I cannot say enough great things about this company. From the explanation of how things work, to confirming, working with us when the closing of our home got pushed back and accommodating us, to the movers, how efficiently they work and how hard they work. Jimmy, Calvin and Jerry were funny, they joked with us, laughed with us, and made the move such a painless process, those 3 men were such great people to have help us with our move. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

This was our 2nd move in 3 years and couldnt have been more pleased with Two Men and a Truck. The office staff was extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly. The moving team was early on the day of the move, hard working, and courteous. We will use these guys again without a doubt.

They took such care with our belongings, wrapping everything in quilts and not unwrapping until it was in place in the new house. The men were all very polite and a joy to work with on our move. Terrible... I am a business owner myself and would certainly issue a FULL refund if something happened at my firm like this... sales department was informed and it was very clear they were moving cubicles, when guys arrived they said we are not allowed to move cubicles, assured me I would not have to pay anything, I tipped the movers cash anyway since it was not their fault their company is the worst, then movers left. When I called Tucker Two Men & A Truck to talk to them about it they STILL charged me $250. Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

The two men that came with the truck were absolutely great, on-time, and highly responsive to our instructions! They packed and unpacked everything with great care and all of our items came through the process without a scratch. In addition, they even moved a couple of large pieces to another floor that were already present but in the wrong place. The office crew was great as well, as they kept us informed of timing, pricing and billing. Very highly recommend!!

Tennyson was super helpful in helping me get a quote and appointment that fit my schedule perfectly. I appreciate that everything can be done via card so you dont have to worry about having the right amount of cash on hand and that they are good about giving you a call (thank you, Ryanne!) 48 hours before your appt to confirm and ensure you approve your deposit bring charged.The movers (Mike, Roberto, and Devin) were amazing! These guys dont slack just to keep your clock running. Moving is so stressful and they made the actual moving bit of it so simple for me and I couldnt be more grateful.

To put in simple terms we moved and they did what was needed. Your “mover of the month for march” Tarico was inside my mothers room before she was and we suspect him of stealing three pieces of jewelry that is really important to her, as she was going to grab her jewelry holder she says that Tarico started talking as a way to distract her from noticing if anything was missing. PLEASE have a talk to him and everyone he worked with that day SO WE CAN GET OUT ITEMS BACK. We worked with them in April 27, 2021.I would also like to state that we have looked everywhere both in our new and old home and we have searched the grounds outside this is our last resort.

I had a great experience. The service department got me all booked on a short notice and gave me a great deal. The moving crew was friendly and made excellent time to my destination. They already had me moved in before I arrived. Thank you all to the crew for a job well done!!

My recent move 6-30-20 left me emotionally impaired after several valuable, new/like new, and sentimental items were damaged, lost/stolen. Ive already contacted and completed a damage/theft report with the Tucker GA location, been in contact with Ryanne Walker, and have not been satisfied with their conclusion [a damage check of $148.50 using the valuation system of which they could have just refunded the amount of the move. I know every company hopes their employees are honest but be mindful you do have those that are below the radar who do that are not detected until they are exposed and companies dont like to admit wrongful doing by employees. This experience has been devastating to think I believed in this companys values and hired workers. I wish Id never heard of this company.. You did nothing but take from me and now we are awaiting the police case conclusion which Im sure will be in the favor of the company since I dont have the funds to hire a private investigator to get to the bottom line and catch them in the act. Theyve covered their tracks very well. Over all, being that this company has been in business for a while, Im sure you have moves that go much smoother than mine but it doesnt discount the tragic event of damages and over $100,000 stolen items and most with price tags still on them. My daughter and I utilized Two Men and a Truck and they stayed in contact with us every step of the way, either by telephone or email. Each person was professional and friendly, kind and courteous. Ahshia and Ryanne organized the informational and office aspects while Ledrekus and Steve manned our move. These guys were hard workers and never complained when they had to make 3 different stops (storage, apartment, new home) to load and unload. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and they were amazing in their speed, skills, energy, and enthusiasm. I cannot say enough good things about them! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to move.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received therefore Two Men & A Truck really deserves zero stars as a review. I moved on 4/27, I have missing jewelry and no one has contact me further to discuss returning OR compensation of my missing necklace since 4/29 - 4/30. Which I believe is very rude and unprofessional. Heads up if you dont want your belonging stolen I would not advise using this company. As mentioned I havent spoke to anyone in office about compensation of the one necklace that hasnt yet been returned.

From my initial meeting for the estimate to the day of the move. The Two movers were extremely polite and accommodating. I even had some last minute changes and they were great. My move was 240 miles and they provided text updates along the way. Very happy with the service

If youre a senior citizen or have older family members, you would really want to use this company because everyone has patience and take the time to explain everything that you need to know so you can have a safe and easy move. We needed a VERY heavy and bulky reclining sofa moved from upstairs to downstairs. We hired Two Men and a Truck out of the Tucker office. Derek and George were just awesome! They knew what they were doing and were very professional. They got that piece of furniture moved in a flash. We would definitely use them again.

The guys we got were good for what was actually moved. They forgot a number of items to get from the place and we still cannot find the remote for the tv that was moved. They did help with the hooking up of the entertainment center which they were not obligated to do. I tried calling one office multiple times during office hours and left messages that where never responded so I had to call a different location upon initially setup for the guys and asking about the remote. Overall we got the bigger items moved so that was a success but the miscellaneous items were left behind causing me to take other trip to the condo to get those things. This is the reason for the 3 star review. Most likely will not go with them again even though my previous experiences were great this one was not so much.

Horrible horrible horrible! They damaged our wall during a move, and then the guy that was supposed to fix it kept making arrangements to come and wouldnt show up. When he did show up(he showed up with another guy), we didnt have or know what the paint color was for the wall, but we provided something close. He refused to paint the whole wall and wanted to paint just the damaged spot (which would have been a totally different color). Both guys were unbelievably rude, refused to give me their supervisors number (they told me they didnt have one). I have never been spoken to so poorly. I ended up having to ask them to leave. When i called to complain, there was never a follow up and our wall is still damaged. Btw, this was an $8,000 move. I dont have much hope that these people will make this right, it has been over a month dealing with them. I would suggest if you want to use Two Men and a Truck, that you use a different franchise. Maybe youll have better luck. They dont have bad reviews for no reason.

I recommend this business. I was not present on the day of the move. They moved a shipping barrel from one business to an other business in Atlanta. They followed instructions on labeling and delivering as I requested my stuff arrived safe. They made my life easy.

Two Men and a Truck are a franchise company. The S Royal Atlanta Dr franchise is HORRIBLE! I couldnt get them to return phone calls or emails for days. And when Nicole Davis finally got me a quote, she was rude and sassy. Not to mention WAY over priced. I got a much better deal and service with Mark the Movers.

I contacted Two Men and a Truck for a quote. Due to my pending offer including my relocation, a requirement was to have quotes for the move. I called the Tucker office, spoke with an African American woman who promised to call me back with the quote. Needless to say, she never called back. I would like to thank her for the horrible customer service. Thanks to her, I will be using another company. Good thing the customer service was poor she saved me from the headache of dealing with an unprofessional company.

WARNING, WARNING BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.This is by far the worst company I have ever hired to move and store our belongings. Weve moved five times into new homes and never experienced the trouble, disrespect, unprofessional, lies, and uncaring people that run this office in Tucker. Oddly enough one of them was part owner.When I first contacted the office, I explained that I was in the process of selling my house and temporarily moving to another location but I needed to put our belongings in storage until I receive a closing date on our new home which was under contract.The girl I spoke with said fine your moving from Atlanta your belongings will be stored in our Tucker facility until you move to Lilburn.She mailed me an estimate. I phoned back when I received it and I was told it was the estimate for the total move, to me meaning all three legs of the move.The moving day arrives. Everything is loaded into the truck and the movers are looking for a cash payment.First of all, who has $1300.00 in cash lying around their home. Secondly, why am I paying on an estimated bill? They have no idea how long this move is going to take until the job is completed. Was completely misinformed. I was not home but received this info. I contacted two men & a truck and was told that this is their policy which was never explained on any form. After going through more aggravation, they sent me a form to allow them to take payment from my credit card.The payment was taken out that day. Four days later, they took out another $200.00.When I inquired about the second withdrawal wondering wat it was for. they told me it was part of the payment. Four days later? Funny after the movers loaded the truck they asked for a tip. Was that it?The third leg of the move we were told it would cost us to move it. Well needless to say I was pissed! I contacted the office they told me I was not given a total estimate for all moves and that this had been explained to me. 😡I asked to speak to a supervisor (Donna)who told me that they pulled the conversion and I was wrong. I asked to speak to the Manager (Nicole, who is part owner) she called me back and agreed that I was wrong and would have Donna send me a copy of the tape and that she would be sure to listen to it herself.I couldnt believe what I just heard her say. How can she tell me Im wrong if she never listened to the tape?At this point Im furious. Nicole suggested that I find another moving company if I was so unhappy with their service. 😂😂😂Not once did I receive an apology, they were rude on the phone which led me to become rude back, which didnt help of course but whos paying the bill?They dont care about their customer relations at all. As far as I see its all about money. Why would they not try to work something out with me?THIS IS NOT A COMPANY THAT YOU WOULD WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY DO BUSINESS!! IF YOU DECIDE TO GO AHEAD AND DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK .

We used this Two Men and a Truck franchise for a local move within Tucker. They showed up on time, even though we didnt! They didnt charge us for the 30 minutes they were forced to sit around waiting for us to arrive. They then packed everything meticulously and moved it into storage. They recognized that we were only going to store it temporarily and (with the assurance wed use them again, of course!) let us keep the furniture wrappings rather than take the time unwrapping and re-wrapping it next time.We just booked our second move with them after we couldnt have been happier with the first one.

I recently had a local move. My TV was damaged in the process.- Not once have they followed up.- They missed an appointment to pick up the TV - didnt bother to notify me they were not coming- missed the 2nd time they were supposed to pick it up- finally picked it up. Ive been waiting for a week for a call back on the status - no calls.- Now the number that Im trying to reach says the mailbox is full.Considering this is a 5+ year old TV, it would have been easy to write a check for a $ 100-200 instead of going through this nonsense.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.This franchise was more than EIGHT HOURS LATE to our move. The short version is that they kept feeding me excuses and promises, then more excuses and promises. The area manager, Holly, offered me $22.45 as compensation for the inconvenience. She stood by that offer because in the end, we moved you that day.Darsell, the manager, would never return my calls. I called the corporate HQ after not having calls returned and even when it escalated up to supervisors, they told me the best they could do was note it in the franchises file and try to keep calling them.It wasnt until a month later, after dozens of calls and emails, working with the leadership of the corporate office, and a last-ditch effort before filing small claims court papers that they agreed to a partial refund that I found amicable.All of that said, the three men who ended up doing the labor were professional, friendly, and worked hard. I made sure to take care of them appropriately, but its disappointing that their management cant manage.

Moved my furniture quick with no issues

You guys are horrible. They broke my 1000.00 desk. Broke a hole in my wall. Broke 4 pictures and 2 statues. And only compensated me 300.00. They ruined one of the biggest days in my familys lives. And I will make sure that I spread my horror story threw out the community and let them know how unethical and unprofessional your company is.

DONT USE THEM!!! They dont deliver what they promise. 90 DAYS after our move we are STILL waiting on them to fix our damaged items (although they should replace them at this point). They lost an item then found it but it was damaged. They repaired it(so they say) but we are again STILL waiting for it to be delivered. HORRIBLE communication. Have been ignored and shuffled around to different people. They are MOVERS WHO DO NOT CARE!
