The woman here was extremely kind and helpful cannot recommend this location enough

Made a reservation through their online system and had email confirmation. Went there and my reservation was no where to be found. showed them the email and the clerk shrugged and showed me a smaller unit at double the price. it was dirty and damp. Thanks for making a stressful moving experience even worse. Ill stick to a more reputable chain.

Had a unit here for 2 years. Very reasonable and customer service was outstanding.
