I will not spend my money where I am not respected. The manager was professional upon renting the cube, however he has been extremely rude to me over the last 3 months that I have rented there. Whenever I have a question, he dismisses me as if I dont matter. Simple questions like, where are the carts kept, is there a bathroom I can use. Nothing difficult. I hate showing up at my own storage unit that I pay for because I know that if I run into this man Ill be treated less-than. Im moving my things out at the end of this pay cycle. He treats me and probably others that way because we allow it. This is why he asks for a good review upon signing the agreement. Thats when he is on his best and most professional behavior. Trust me, that wont last. Customer retention should be more important.

Senior at the Tucker Cube smart was literally the nicest person I’ve had the pleasure to deal with in a customer service role in a while. He was awesome. He clearly loves his job and made me love Cube Smart. As a small business owner I know he should be valued as an employee for sure. People like Senior are hard to fine. Give that man a raise!!! Give him a promotion, let him run his own store. What a treasure.

I highly recommend coming to CubeSmart for storage, every part of the process finding a unit that suited my needs was a breeze. when I came in to check my unit for the first time, Senior was just as exited as I was to show me around. He made sure i knew how to use my lock, showed me the entrance and how to use my pin to get in and out, as well as the loading dock. I left in a great mood and exited and confident to move my belongings somewhere climate controlled, safe, dry!

The online sign up process was easy. The contact-free entry into the facility is very convenient and safe. The key code access makes it very easy to get in and out and the 24/7 access is vertical convenient for me as I like to go in early or very late when there will be less traffic. The facility is VERY clean and the 5x3x8 space I rented was much larger than what I anticipated!!! They have carts and a dolly to help you move your stuff in and out but they’re limited, so if there’s someone else besides you, you may have a wait a little bit to use it. But I have no complaints thus far!!!

Senior and Noé were excellent at getting me to my unit quickly. I was given a tour and everything. The premises is very clean and also offers motion detected lights to guide your way. I definitely will recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for a unit!

Huge facility, looks pretty secure as long as someone doesnt have a ladder and white cutters. Tops of cubes are not sealed to provide plenty of light to see what you have in the unit. This place is huge provides carts and has okay parking. Only negative is the lip on the sidewalk can cause an issue rolling items to your vehicle If someone parks in the first spot by the bay door the handicap way or wheel way is blocked. You cant get you card out easily.

The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and willing to answer all of your questions. I was able to reserve it for a few weeks until I was able to sign the lease. I signed the lease online, received an email with the lease agreement and terms. Less than an hour later, I received an email stating the keys were in the unit waiting for me.Great customer service even for contactless.

I would NOT recommend. Or should I say, renter Beware. The gentleman that assisted me was great, but the way CUBESMART adds all of their fees is shameful. An admin fee to rent of 24.00. A fee for a lock = 17.90. Note, you must buy this from them and use their brand. I just saw another fee for 1.40 for the lock that they slid in. I think it was for showing me how the lock works? 2k dollars worth of insurance for 12.00. ( I pay less than that for my daughters apartment insurance and have way more coverage). And now, I pay early for next month and they charge me a 1.90 fee to use the app that they suggested I pay through. REALLY FOLKS.Suggestions: waive the set up fees and include your basic lock. ( Or give me an option to buy/bring my own )Offer more reasonable insurance prices and don’t slide in xtra little fees with out explanation. And don’t chargé me for the fact that I use your preferred method of payment that requires a credit card. (The app).What a shame! I was really impressed with your employee Denzel and was prepared to ignore the sneaky little fees at sign up. But you went one too many with the fee for using a credit card on an unmanned app during a pandemic.Don’t know if this is the industry standard but I am not renting from the industry. I am renting from you.Hopefully not for long. Your nickel and dimming has lost you this customer’s dollars and referrals.Very poor upper management decisions.

The property manager was very helpful over the phone as he walked me through the leasing process. I was able to move stuff into storage very quickly after all the paperwork was handled. The prices are upfront and the space is very clean and east to navigate/ move large items through. Highly recommend

The day I went in was great everything was smooth. The building was climate controlled and you could tell the difference between outside and inside. Buuuttt when I went the next day 07/09/19 my unit was the same temp outside as inside. Even my daughter ask if I was sure I had cotton a temp controlled unit. I am hoping maybe this was a fluke. I will be going back in a few days to see it it has gotten better.

As far as storage facilities go, this one is the best Ive seen. Not only is it immaculate, but Drew makes the difference. He is friendly, efficient, and helpful. I dont know where CubeSmart found him but they should thank their lucky stars.

I came here just to help someone move things in and even though I wasn’t renting there Ashley came and greeted us in a friendly matter. Whatever questions we had she answered them in a professional manner. She even brought us water. And then we went into the office and there was candy inside for the customers. The restrooms were awesome. Facility was spotless. I loved this place so much I referred my friend to come here and go see Ashley she’s the best.

Honestly the best service I’ve ever experienced in any market. Location is always clean inside & out. Bathroom is always clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Your belonging are in good hands at this location.

Again Ive made the best decision with renting space form CubeSmart. This location is walking distance from my house. I stopped in a few a week ago inquiring about space to park my tow trucks. The General manager Drew told me that it would be a few days,but stop by soon and check the progress. I did stop by again and when I walked in the young lady whos the manager Ashley said hello Kevin youre here for your parking spots. I said known my first name is already a good sign. She showed me my unit and also helped me get the insurance document I needed from my insurance company. it took some because the insurance company system was not working well. But she had so much paitence with me . and i REALLLYY appreciated that and im very grateful .
