Air conditioned and easy to move in. Get on the first floor if you can and be sure to bring your own lock unless you get one of the special unit w the special locks. Reasonably priced and move out process was just as easy as moving in! The attendant is very kind and courteous!

I originally reserved a space with another company but was highly disappointed when I went to see the space. I went by Extra Space and spoke with Jay. He did a really great job listening to my concerns, giving me expert advice and finding a space to fit my needs. He was very thorough in explaining all the security features they have in place and made me feel at ease about leaving my stuff there. This was my first experience and with such a positive first impression, I feel really good about my decision.

I rented a 10x10 for three months. I found the facility to be clean, secure and well lit. However, I was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Very helpful when I had questions

I love extra space storage. Outside of the one facility in Maryland, Extra space storage does take care of their customers and make everything awesome. Huge shout out to LaCarsha for always being on top of things and being patient and kind. Kindness goes a long way especially in the state of our world today. The facility is clean and well kept. Dont judge them on the main road though lol. You would love this area if you decide to snag a unit with them.

As you will read from others, the customer svc here is wonderful. It is a very clean facility. We downsized our storage size there recently and the people are just as nice and professional as I recall from 2 or so yrs ago.Hints: put your gate/door code in your phone, carts to transport your stuff are avail at upper and lower entrances. Be kind, return them there when your done.No restroom available ( or perhaps up at ofc? ) I suggest you go before arrival.Suggestion to owner: We don’t enjoy having to enter our gate code to exit. am sure it’s a security thing, but still a bit inconvenient. When you’re done loading or offloading we want to leave pronto without climbing out of the truck. That’s a minor thing though.That said, they have a first class operation.If owners would open an affordable indoor RV storage spot in a warehouse nearby, we’d A) be a customer and B) you could hire my wife to manage it!

I was helped right away when I went to open my account. The associate was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had my storage unit for 3.5 months. They have several rolling carts inside near the entrance and exit doors to help move your items, elevators and coded entry. The storage site is very clean and they play overhead music. My experience was great. Moving out was a breeze at the front desk. My only takeaway would be to make sure you call 2.5 weeks prior to moving out to close out your account if you want to have your monthly rate pro-rated to receive a refund.
