Dshaunda really helped me with my storage rental needs. She was very professional and she made sure I got the unit I needed. She took her time with me and went over everything I needed to do to get the unit. She was very polite and caring. Such an amazing person!!

I like the storage and stuff, the app is cool, the front desk is the best. But, last month my rent went from $74 to $150 something. Thats a little ridiculous... thats more than double what I was paying. Its obvious Public storage doesnt care if their customers are loyal.. Its a far drive from me anyway so Im most likely going to switch locations now

Price Creep! BEWARE!!!I first rented a unit in June 2020 for $59 per month. They increased it in December 2020 to $76 and now I received notice it is being increased in September 2021 to $88!That is almost 29% then 26% rise, and 50% over the initial price.Other than that, the staff and units are fine.A family member had a similar experience with them, as well, well before Covid, so it cant be blamed on that.I understand there are rising costs due to inflation, but nowhere near these percentages.Update after owners reply: thank you for wanting to improve. You can start by not raising my rent.

The staff is friendly. There are no elevators to upstairs units. There are no air condition in hallways. They do have rolling dollies which makes your trips with your personal belongings easier to get to your storage unit. The units are clean.

I had a really good experience today with Princess. I had a small issue with my online rental, but Princess was very informative and I no longer have any issues. Public Storage need more people like Princess.

Ive had a unit here since 2014 and Ive recieved nothing but helpful and kind service from the ladies that work here. The rates have gone up since I first got the unit, but its still pretty inexpensive compared to other facilities in the area.

This was the best public storage experience I have had!!! Jazmin was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped me get the right storage best for my needs. This place is extremely safe. Police officers patrol the area. It was a little tough getting used to the gate hours but for a women safety, cleanliness, and professionalism was a big plus for me. We were practicing my code on the gate and a guy came in and hadnt put in his number, they made sure to stop him and verify his identity. Wish it was like this everywhere.

Norma is awesome. I stopped by public storage because I got lost on my way to a party. i walked in and ask for directions. Norma helped me out. She was very patient and always had a smile on her face. Also, she has a great sense of humor. When I was almost out the door, I figured in asking her if she can quote me a unit for some items I needed store. She gave me a great deal. I appreciate at her for that. I will definitely return. When I walked in I instantly felt like the environment was cold and unwelcoming but to my surprise it was the complete opposite. Sparkle was very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond and I will truly return to this location if I ever need storage space again.

Rented in the past at this public storage location, because I always get service with a smile. I came back, and still receive service with a smile.. Thank you to Dshaunda and all the staff members that Ive encountered, you ladies are the best.

Has been a nightmare from day one. Multiple break ins, rude people at front desk. I had a light burned out in my unit for months before anyone would do anything. I had to complain to the area manager who finally helped me. I had an issue with my code on one occasion. It was about 20 til 6. The lady working wanted to go home and said she does not have to help me with the code issue. I need to come back a different day. I got upset and asked to speak to a manager. She would not let me. SHe threatened to call police unless I left now. I can go on and on. My rent started at $60 and now is at $140. They constantly raise it and you cannot do anything. I just saw on line I can go to another public storage closer to me for half the price.Also, Once you enter your unit, you have limited time to get out or the gate locks you in for the night. Be aware and make sure you know the exact time or you will be locked in. I am gone soon.
