Everytime I come in here they diagnose it and do the minor fixes for free. These guys have saved me from buying a new device now THREE times. I make sure to leave a tip, but besides that I havent spent any money here because these guys showed me that my problem was easily fixable. Had called a month before and was quoted a price for a screen repair— when I finally got around to getting it fixed, they told me the price was 10.00 more than what I was quoted. No big deal— when I advised the employee of what I was quoted she gladly met the price and also stated she would replace the battery for a way cheaper price then I expected. Phone is like brand new and I was more than pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service by knowledgeable staff at the Wilmot location. Had a battery replacement on iPad performed the same afternoon I brought it in. Would have taken much longer at Apple store or by sending into Apple. Previously I have used the Irvington store for a Motorola phone repair and was just as impressed with the staff there.

I destroyed the ribbon cable attaching my phone to my battery. These guys were able to get my phone up and running when nobody else could. They warranty their work and go above and beyond!

I went in because my phone had stopped being able to charge. Turns out the USB-C port had accumulated a huge amount of lint. All my questions were answered. No more charging problems! Easy, quick, professional and best of all free since there was no need for a repair. I would definity return.

I recently went on vacation and had some water damage to my iPhone 11 to the extent in which I though I needed a new phone. The screen started going black in one corner and then the rest of the screen followed. I could still use Siri and take calls in the car so that gave me enough hope to have my husband call and find out if they could even try to fix my phone. They gave him some prices and I sent him in. I expected him to have to leave the phone overnight but they got right to it and fixed it the same day. This is my second time at this establishment, the first to have a phone fixed and this time to purchase a phone for my daughter for Christmas. I initially reached out through Facebook and Brandon responded very promptly answering all of my questions as it related to the sale of the phone. He set me up with an appointment with the manager Kory for this past Saturday by letting him know that I would be coming in to purchase a phone. I brought my iPhone to the Quik Fix Phone Repair in East Tucson on Wilmot Rd in December 2020. Id gotten the phone wet, it would not boot up, and after putting the phone in rice to dry it out, rice had blocked the charger port and I could not get it out.Patrick resolved the issue in minutes. He removed the rice, opened the phone, identified and removed the damaged component (ear speaker+Face ID) and the phone restarted. He clearly explained my options for replacing the water-damaged module.Great service at a great price! Jeff

I never went to this store, but was helping some relatives with a lost receipt from a purchase. I called the store, and the team member I spoke to was excellent, he resolved my issue quickly and professionally.

Brought phone in to get viruses and malware wiped. I was absolutely specific what I needed and why I needed this done. When I returned to pick up the phone, I discovered that they had wiped ALL data from the phone. Her response to the error was sorry, I guess I misunderstood you.So they had my phone for 3 hrs and charged me $35 for something I could have done myself in 5 minutes by hitting one button if thats what I wanted done BUT I DIDNT!. Thanks to this blunder, I will now spend hours putting all of my information back into the phone.Dont bring your phone there unless you carve in stone and leave on the counter your specific instructions of what you want done. Thanks for nothing

Broken screen protector sealed to my wifes screen. Guys had it off and ready in minutes and no charge. Great customer service.

Pricing is way out of line. They quoted my wife a price of $300 to replace a Samsung cell phone screen. Not only is this price higher than even Samsung charges, it is more than FOUR times the price you can have it done for from a listing on eBay with over 9000 positive feedback. Given the price difference I will gladly give up my phone for a few extra days to send it out for repair.

The Battery on my Moto needed to be replaced and was at the central location. It was quick and brought my phone back to life! Unfortunately, a few days later, my buttons stopped working, so I brought it back to this location, they fixed my buttons at no extra charge!! Wow! What amazing customer service! My iPhone charger port wasnt working, so Dustin cleaned it FOR NO CHARGE! My phone works now, and I thought Id have to pay AT LEAST $100 to get it fixed. Incredible company, plus they demoed their nano glass protection, which is an invisible screen protector that can withstand multiple hammer blows.
