Jessica hung up on me when I tried calling to ask her a question. As a long term Verizon customer, I was beyond upset by this treatment. When I stopped by the store, she kindly told me the other store manager had lied to me and that they couldn’t help me. She then asked me to leave “her” store and promptly walked away from me before allowing me to speak with her further. Worst treatment I’ve received from a “customer service rep”.
We visited this store while in Tucson and Robert helped us with moving a couple of lines to Verizon. Robert is very knowledgeable about the promos and how to set-up the phones. He was extremely helpful and made sure he addressed all of our questions. His follow-up was also helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Robert the Manager there at the store took care of my every need. He saved me a ton of money by educating me on different phone plans, I got my favorite phone for a great price, and he even was able to show me promotions that Verizon was offering that I didn’t even know I was eligible for. I am so grateful for Robert, the young man that was so patient, and helpful in restoring my data on my new phone. It took a lot longer than usual, but he made me comfortable while i waited. Major issues. How do I get in touch with owner/manager of store. 3 months later neither my talking to district manager or to Corporate these last months have resulted in anything but lip service. It was a money loss for me and a lesson learned. I expect that the store manager was well intentioned in selling me a cheaper Verizon plan, but his insistence repeatedly that it was the same as what I had,only cheaper,was not true. I would advise,especially older customers like myself, to research before you go into this store, or choose another store .

We went in on Christmas Eve and Giovanni stayed extra late after closing time, to help us. He was very patient and we bought two phones. However, we didnt get a receipt--after discussing long receipts. We returned the next day as he was headed out to lunch and he turned around and got it printed for us. In that short time, three other customers came in and the girl working NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED anyone who came in the door. She couldnt even be bothered to greet them and let them know that she would be right with them. NO Customer service.On the other hand, Giovanni is a rock star!

I have to speak up for the team at this store. They are always willing to help, and though they get busy because they have a reputation for being the store you can turn to, they will always do their best to resolve your issue or get you a device youll be happy with. Below is a ridiculous review about how someone waited a whole ten minutes to get help with a call, and she wondered why the manager was busy. At a store of that size, there are often a few employees and a manager on the clock, and they can each get busy helping a customer who has come in to the store. This will always take precedence over those who are calling in, in any business. I know from personal experience they will follow through with any interaction and welcome anyone looking for the cellular experience they deserve! Would recommend this store to everyone who wants a carrier that works the best in Tucson.

The two guys manning the store on this Fourth of July morning, Marcus and Jiovanni, are customer service superstars!! They quickly fixed a problem that had rendered my Galaxy phone useless since yesterday evening--something neither Samsungs online chat nor Google tips could fix after hours of trying. I have no doubt the two young men have a sales quota--thats what keeps the store in business. However, their focus was solving my problem first and letting me know about replacement phones, should I want to go that direction, second. Thats good business and they are great representatives for Russell Cellular.

I bought something and left the store to the car. Before I left, In less than 4 mins, I realized I didnt get a receipt. When I asked the young lady about it she said The printer was down. I thought it was odd. She could of screen shotted it but no. This rep Sunday was a overall polite gal, but it seemed very shady. What if I had a problem with the merchandise? .... humm thoughts?
Excellent service, went in to have my account looked, and why my new phone I purchased at Walmart wasnt set up completely. Took care of it, also bought a new tablet, AWESOME. PLUS I was the only customer. 🤗

Terrible service. One person in store and no manager who has authority. Person helping with Apple Watch and phone was contradicting herself, for example: saying she Didn’t know why it would not ok the update, so I said to her then wouldn’t that mean There is something wrong with the phone and she said no because it is a brand new Apple Watch.Does this make sense to anyone.

Seems like the place is more focused on quotas versus customer service.Ask lots of questions, I ended up getting a service I did not want.I was able to cancel in the 14 day period at a $70 cost for a restock fee.Not too happy with the charge as I am a very long time Verizon customer

My phone started to act weird yesterday, so I stopped in to get some advice. They confirmed it was the phone and not me that was in bad shape! I took their advice and today when the new phone arrived via FedEx I went back to this store and they got the new phone set up and ready for me to use. This is what customer service is all about! I know where to go when the upgrade is due.

I have purchased 6 phones from this store over the years, but after today I will never go back. From the moment we walked in, I felt like he did not want us there, weird. I had the full intention of replacing my phone, even adding another line maybe, but he could barely look up from his paperwork to talk to me. When I asked him to look up my account so I could compare problems he was rude and told me that all the deals for I phones ended. I asked him about prices again, and he ROLLED HIS EYES at me before looking it up. I had to prompt questions to get any information, it was the worst customer service I have expierienced in years. He did mention that he had been there for 8 months, and told me I was wrong twice. The kicker was when my son asked to use the restroom, and he said they didnt have one. I tell him we have used the restroom nemerous times before, as I point to the door that says restroom on it, an he responds with yaaaaaa, well we dont let customers use it. Never have. Basically calling me a liar. HORRIBLE EXPIERIENCE. I will Never Ever go back.
This store is amazing I went in with a broken phone that didnt even turn on. Not only did they get all my data out they were polite, I didnt have to wait in a long line, they were repectful, and I walked out with a phone I loved and knowing I was taken care of the way I should be as a valued customer.

I’ve had two terrible experiences at this Russell Celluar store. However the first was by far the worst it literally made me second guess coming to this location at all. I tried calling for about 10 mins trying to get to a sales associate on the phone and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Hence why I was calling for about 10 mins! Then when I finally received an answer I was apologized to and told that they were occupied with customers. So I asked how many employees were there at the time and the response was 3, the associate said it was him another and the manager he also said he was currently with a customer as well as the other sales associate, so my question was where was the manager?? It really upset me that I had to call multiple times before even getting a response and then knowing a manager was there at the time and could not pick up the phone while her salesmen were busy it was beyond ridiculous!! I don’t plan on coming back to this location I simply don’t have the time to be waiting on a manager that can’t do her damn job. Period.
