I was assisted by Cesar, he was super nice and very patient with me and my boys and so knowledgeable with his products. He made me feel well taken care of. I cannot express the level of professionalism that was displayed!. You can tell he leads a great team. I so happy I went there and I recommend Eyeglass World to all my family and friends! Thank you Cesar for all of your help!

Huge shoutout to all the staff !From old to new in less than 48 hours for a heck of a deal. This place is awesome. Great service. Great prices and glasses. And even greater staff.Unfortunately they do not big insurance such as ahcccs etc(more info on their website) so be prepared for that if planning on using at allalbeit price were 120 for 2 pairs of glasses and examination out the doorI payed the extra 40 for glasses insurance so at 160 all together not too shabby at allExamination was under an hour and considering the other patients involved with the businessdefinitely got the job done at a pace and grace with my prescription is shot to heck, for not even waiting a week or two like other places this place is worth it to say the least! My overall experience was amazing staff are more than certified for the priceattached are 3 photos the first is of my old glasses roughly old prescription too.. and two other photos are of my new glasses two for one. You can clearly see the difference in the look of my face how much happier I am with my new glasses.Lastly a photo of the marquee and their display showing you where it is located.Once again thank you Eyeglass World for helping me out so much! I drove a little over an hour to get my eyes checked plus my first pair of glasses and it was definitely worth my time. From my eye exam to picking out my glasses the whole staff was very friendly and so professional. The doctor was condescending, rude and overall inappropriate. We paid $49 and it feels like a completely waste of time and money to be told to stay in at night or get another job.The front desk clerk was very friendly and we were helped out quickly. The wait to get called for the first part of the exam was not too bad and the lady was very efficient. However, the doctor who helped us, Dr. Eva Takashi, was extremely unprofessional. The consult was about 3 minutes all together with no folllow up questions about the reason for wanting the exam or symptoms or anything really. Went in to get a prescription since it has become difficult to see at night and blurry overall. The doctor said vision was 20/20, that Tucson was dark and to get a day job, worn glasses before so I know 20/20 vision is unlikely.

I was sadly disappointed with Eye Glass World. From the time I walked in they wanted to up sell me $15 for some kind of retinal eye exam said No. Picked my pair of glasses that I believed I was getting today No. My appointment was at 4pm was there at 345 like asked was not seen till 4:40 Dr. Jim was nice but also up selling my eye issues. Total for today was $130 thought eye exam was included with 2 pair for $79.00 I was wrong. Now Im having them mailed to me sometime next week. Waste of a trip, time and money!!! Do not recommend!!

Had a great experience at the Oracle facility, was assisted by a very knowledgeable and courteous person by the name of Michael. Dude knew his craft, was personable and made the experience pleasant and very easy. To be totally honest, if anything happens to this employee, I will not be coming back to this vendor. Keep GREAT employees like this, they make all the difference.

After reading reviews, I decided to take the longer drive to this location and I was not disappointed! Michael did a wonderful job including my 3 year old daughter in the process and made the experience of getting glasses fun for her. He had more patience than most when she kept interrupting him to tell him how pretty the pink ones were. The whole experience was much easier than I ever expected!

I went in the other day with my parents so we could get some new glasses. Melissa and Cesar did a great job explaining all that they offered and what they meant. Theyre very knowledgeable in their trade which made it easier for us to make better decisions on our frames and lenses.We all walked out very happy with our brand-new glasses definitely going to come back to them with my family when we need new glasses.

Dr Jim was the best! I won’t see anyone else . He corrected what the young dr did .. she prescribed the complete wrong contacts . Waste of my $. But Tho guy fixes it and got me back on track

I love buying glasses here, I never feel pressured and while they offer a lot of options if you say no they understand. You wear glasses for years and so youd better love them and this store helps you to find the right ones. Also the prices to me are much better than many other places. Highly recommend.

First impression, no one greeted me or asked me anything. I walked to the back and found the receptionist that was able to check me in. She asked me to go back to the entrance in order to check my temp. After 15 minutes of waiting the receptionist did some eye testing, then had to wait more. Dr. Called me in for my test, he was very knowledgeable but he was upset that I didn’t brought my eyeglasses in, not specified in the website! The whole thing took about an hour!

First time coming to eyeglass world and I was not disappointed. Exam was done by Dr. Jim. He was professional and knowledgeable. He even put on a pair of glasses with my prescription to make sure that I was able to see my computer with no issues. The staff was courteous and kind. Cesar was really helpful selecting framesThat fit me. I usually get my glasses online, but I will be coming to eyeglass world every year. Prices were great and I got my clear glasses the same day.

They gave me trial lenses that cost 65 and didnt even talk price. The second time I can m in waited at the counter for 20 minutesUpon walking in the doctor didnt even speak. Even though he was about 10 feet away bit had his nerve to speak and almost break his neck to speak to the 2 white men who came in after me

I had a real bad experience with the eye doctor at this location! They rush the eye exam to fast to even know if your prescription has changed or not and try to change your prescription to the wrong prescription and then won’t fix it and try to blame it on your eyes! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would! The eye doctor doesn’t work well with the customers at all which is very disappointing for the customers and the service that they get!

The service here was fantastic. Busy but made you feel safe and welcome even during the pandemic. Eye exams have always freaked me out a little but this was quick and painless and I got the prescription I needed and love my glasses. I get compliments on them all the time. Everyone here was so patient and helpful and the cost for exam and three pairs of glasses without insurance was less than places Id gone to in the past for only one pair.

This has always been a great place for glasses. I am very disappointed that I have been waiting 8 weeks to have warranty glasses replaced. My spare glasses are now taped together. I cannot see without glasses.UPDATE: Contacted store manager in person and was taken care of immediately. Had my glasses that afternoon. I guess the new employee was not reading my chart correctly.I am very satisfied again. So I have changed my rating from 2 star to 4 star.

Eyeglass World exceeded my expectations in friendly customer service at an extremely great value. I signed up for their 3 year club service for $99 and even get a percentage off my contacts! Oscar and Dr. Jim was incredibly friendly and informative.

Amazing service! The General Manager Cesar is the most attentive and in point individual that I have ever known. I didnt have an appointment and they still got me in for an eye exam. Pretty quickly at that. The doctor was amazing and thorough, making sure I was comfortable and all questions were answered. When paying for my glasses, I was given a discount so I could afford them. Not having insurance makes a huge difference. Everyone was amazing and took pride in serving my needs. The staff is super friendly! I will go back every time I need anything.

Went and got my eyes examined and got the 2 pair of glasses.9 months later, I decided to plunk down just under $550 for progressive lenses and prescription sunglasses with a year warranty for scratches.I went in 5 months later to get the lenses in both pairs replaced due to all the scratches. Woman said, “No problem, you have a year warranty on them. I’ll get the paperwork started.It was then Cesar, the manager ran over and told her to wait, he had to check something.Came back and told me they WOULD NOT make me new lenses, as my prescription was over a year old.I asked why he sold me a year warranty if, according to their policy the warranty was only valid for the months remaining on my year prescription. He had no answer.I then asked if I got the new eye exam, if he would honor the warranty and make new lenses. Again, no.So, in one year, I spent about $800, and I get no customer service in return.It’s all about sales with Cesar and Eyeglass World. Such a shame that keeping clients returning with customer care is not in their sales plan.UPDATE: Thanks for responding Nancy, but as of today(1/21/20), no one has reached out to me.UPDATE #2. After another 11 days, an attentive response falls short. No attempt to reach out to me still. I even called and no one had heard about, or was informed about my bad experience.I waited patiently. But, now down to 1 star.UPDATE 3: Eyeglass World has really stepped up to the plate and redeemed themselves and restored their customer service to a level befitting a national company.Regional manager, Patrick and location manager Cesar have remedied my situation extremely well! Easy to find and I went here on a recommendation because they have an onsite lens shop but their selection of protective sport frames was limited and they have to send these frames out so turn time was up to 3 weeks.

Great ServiceI walked in and no one acknowledged me or even asked if I had an appointment. I was wandering around for 15 minutes. As soon as another man walks in, he was addressed immediately and asked if he needed help.I felt slighted at first but they more than made up for it. They spent so much time going above and beyond helping me choose frames. Finding my insurance and just making me feel welcome the whole time.The optometrist was great too. She listened to me and took my past experiences into consideration. Would def recommend!

Optometrist and tech were great. 5 stars.Bad: Right after the exam, they tell me to take a seat. Im waiting with some other folks. People start asking how long it will be, and the manager starts getting really short with them in a loud voice (uncomfortable!). After about 20 min a different employee asks me what Im waiting for and tells me I need to pick out frames. 3 stars.Good: The employees who have adjusted my frames so far have done a good job. Very friendly too. Ive had to wait a bit but thats expected for a walk-in. (they accept walk-ins so thats great too).It seems like they have a bunch of really nice employees! I took off a star because of my negative experience.

Me & my husband went to Eyeglass World today & we had a great experience! Ceasar was very personable & knowledgeable! Marie also was really sweet & helpful. We are excited to get our new glasses & will definitely go back in the future.

Both men persisted in getting my prescription correct after a bad experience elsewhere. I highly recommend these 2 for their knowledge, caring, experience and wonderful job. I cannot thank them enough.

I had A great experience, outstanding prices. The employee that rang me up and took my info was great very informative. Great in store experience. The only part of service that I couldnt pass writing in this review is the 2 times Ive called I was put on hold, which is fine, but for 15 minutes both times I had to hang up. But because of the service in store you get 5 🌟 from me.

Wow. Eye doctor was 40 minutes late getting to work. This is a routine, I guess, because the tech was complaining that he is always late. Long story short, I purchased two pairs of glasses at around $330. I paid half on my debit and half cash. I cancelled my order within 30 minutes because my previous eyeglass retailer was going to make my prescription over and accurate this time, after I called to complain. I went in as instructed to get my refund from eyeglass world. My cash could not be refunded as cash- I would have to wait for a corporate check (7-10 business days) even though they still had my cash in the drawer that I just gave them, less than 40 minutes prior. I called corporate to complain. First, I was told that this is their hard line return policy (it is not displayed as a policy on my receipt or posted anywhere in the store - not even the website - but this is where she said it was probably displayed. The corporate supervisor I spoke to next said that they “are not in the return business”. Obviously not in the customer service business either. The doc was good once I saw him so I would have easily gone back here for annual exams. But being treated poorly (even more than I listed) I won’t be returning here or recommending this place to anyone. Where do I go? I paid through the nose for an inaccurate prescription at another retailer and this place gets your script right but treats you like dirt!

The staff is fantastic. They have some really nice choices for frames. The only mark against them is that any sales or deals are just to get you in the door. Plan on spending AT LEAST $150 per pair. That said, its worth the money.

Went for an eye exam and was told 2 different things. The tech that did my tests told me I was near-sighted, the Dr told me I was farsighted and offered no explanation when I asked why I had been told I was near-sighted previously. She simply repeated, Youre farsighted.She also spent very little time making sure I got the correct prescription, I felt rushed through and Im not sure it will be any better than the glasses I got from Fashion Eye Center 3 years ago. My experience at Fashion Eye was wonderful and very thorough, the Dr there even noticed a very small nodule I have on my right eye and sent me to a specialist to ensure everything was ok. Maybe my expectations were too high. I hear the Dr on Saturdays is excellent, maybe I should have waited until Saturday.The guys in the front, however, are excellent, very helpful as I was trying to pick out frames. My advice is to go elsewhere for your eye exam, and bring your prescription in to pick out glasses. They have some great deals and a variety of styles.

I signed in to get a quick replacement contact and there are 5 people working here other than the doctor and everyone is moving suuupppeeerrr slow and they dont seem to care that the only 3 customers are in this store right now and ALL OF US are waiting on somebody who works here who is not in front of any of us. I have always had a good experience with the doctors and they are wonderful. Once you finally get to see them. Appointments can run an hour late. These employees have abdolutely no character. None of them are smiling.

I was able to call in and get an appointment the same day. The staff and Dr were helpful and friendly. The prices were good especially if you dont have insurance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This was my first time having to get glasses. Although second time Ive been here. I was previously here for an eye exam before. The eye exam is very cheap. The doctor is amazing and really communicates with you and listens to help you out to get a good pair of glasses. This place is open 7 days a week and have very good store hours to accommodate everyone. Very cheap so if you dont have insurance this is the place for you if youre on a budget.

Ive been using these guys for 7 years. They arent perfect but very good and affordable.I am a difficult customer, in that I buy antique frame and then expect them to put lenses in frames more than 100 years old. They have managed to lens every pair but one that was kinda obviously not lensable.I would have like clearer communication on what is and is not included in the 2 for 1 since Id budgeted for a straight buy one get one thing. This is why I held back a star.

Omg I called yesterday spoke to a Michael said bring broken glasses in said I cant tell tomorrow he said wont be in but will let someone know I came in Viviana pulled me up and aylissa approved and bam my glasses will be ready today at 4 so talk about fast service and very these women were amazing and Michael you are the best thank u eyeglassWorld

Absolutely horrible business with terrible ethics. On the phone they assure you they take your insurance and as such an eye exam is free, great right? Get there and they promptly check your eyes and find your prescription. You sit down to talk out how much itll be and then the first lie. The free eye exam is now $30. They blame it on miscommunication and type away on the computer just putting gibberish into their computer. Okay, honest mistake. Then they tell you itll be xx.xx for the glasses. Good deal. One month later you get an invoice for over twice of what they told you there! You talk to them and they just blame it on miscommunication. And then it clicks that every time you had an issue they just shrugged it off and smiled saying it was an accident. When I went in to pick up my glasses several people had the exact same issue of being lied to. This business is a scam and has no ethics, or morals for that matter.

I have used eyeglass world on two occasions to have lenses replaced.The two techs that helped treated me like I was a friend of theirs rather than just a customer, both times I needed new lenses. I willcontinue you to take my business there. They also had a terrific selection of frames.

Stay Away from this business! They use Unfair business practices to lure prospective customers into their store under the guise of providing services and products for a very low price. In my situation, I explained that although I carried health insurance I was uncertain if they covered exam/glasses. I provided my health insurance information and they said they would contact the insurance company on my behalf to be certain. They later contacted me after they claimed they talked to my insurance company to confirm that they would cover the exam and glasses. We thought we were good to go and setup an appointment. After we went through the time of an exam they changed their story and said that the insurance would only cover about 50%. We had already invested our time and they provided service so we agreed to proceed with a 50% charge of the total cost. They did not provide any kind of invoice or receipt for the cost of the services provided or the glasses before or after the exam. Nor did they provide us the exam prescription when we came back to pick up the glasses a week later. They just indicated that we were ... in the system. Oddly, while we were there another customer was being told that their insurance wouldnt cover the cost of the exam or glasses either. She even said she was told otherwise before services rendered. Surprise. Surprise.A couple of months later I receive a bill for the remaining cost. There letter noted that our insurance would not cover any of the exam or glasses. This is clearly a scam that they are very good at as they had us completely fooled the whole way. We trusted them when they told us that they confirmed coverage with our health insurance and they flat out LIED.We contacted them and indicated that we are in Great disagreement with this follow-up bill and on how we were mislead. We asked for a refund. They simply replied .. its been over 30 days. So they conveniently send me a bill after the time has passed so they cannot honor their return policy if we contested. Such a bad experience all around. Be Warned! They will say anything to get your money

Went to get an exam for contacts and had a great experience. Everyone was really nice to me starting with Cesar that booked my appointment and ending with Dr. Takacs. She got my contacts spot on!

Terrible. Terrible customer service!!! Had to wait for my exam while the Dr. and the tech had to chat about not being happy that some certain person was going to probably be there all day. There were 5 employees and 2 whole customers, one of which was me. After picking out frames still had to wait while three of the workers chatted at length about computer screens and how big or far away they were. I allowed them to know that I was tired of waiting and the chat continued as though I didnt even exist. There was still only one other customer there in the store. I could understand If they were truly busy, but there was no business. The customer doesnt come first. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I would actually give negative stars.

Worst customer service.Do not pay to join their club it is not worth the hassle of dealing with their inept staff of unlicensed opticians.Promises about their club benefits such as free pairs of trial contact lenses proved to be misleading as they never had any said pairs available in my prescription, supposedly.Specific staff to avoid:Oscar, made mistakes on both my and my fathers orders and had my order shipped to the store not my home then had it shipped from the store to my home without calling to ask if I wanted to pick it up resulting in a further delay of several days to receive my lenses when they had no free trial pairs to provide as they had promised.Also calling the store is entirely pointless they will place you on an exceedingly long hold hoping you will hang up, if they do return to the line it will be to tell you they cannot help you.

Bought the same 2 pairs of glassrs I bought last year. Unfortunately only one pair was complete in 1 day. Second pair had to be ordered due to a damaged frame at eye glass world. Still waiting for second pair. Will look for another eye glass store.

Weve been faithful customers here for over 10 years and still going strong. They have good quality eyewear products from glasses to contacts for ALL occasions. Thier prices are wonderful for both insured and non-insured customers. They have online shopping available also, plus you can have your purchases shipped to your door. I lost my glasses yesterday and figured I might as well just buy contacts. I went in needing an eye exam and the lenses. The staff was very fast, professional, friendly, and got me an exam and lenses and out the door within 45 minutes. Fantastic service!

I set an appointment on Thursday for Friday at 4 PM. There was even an acknowledgement at the end of the conversation Well see you tomorrow. I arrived at the store at 3:45, gave my name to the tech and was handed the forms to fill out. I spent the next several minutes completing the form while other customers kept arriving. When I finished the forms (before 4) and handed them in, I was again asked for my name. When I provided it, the tech told me that I actually had an appointment for Saturday at 4:15. He also informed me that since I was there at the wrong time, he could try to squeeze me in but wasnt sure since everyone who had an actual appointment was already there. No apology for the miscommunication and no attempt to recognize that the error could (and was) your fault. Took my paperwork and left. Poor way to handle the issue.

Dog chewed up my daughters glasses the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. They were very helpful and got her new glasses that same day. Friendly staff every time we come in.

I have been a loyal customer for at least 7 + years here, best value in town, but after they brought Oscar on board(years ago thats when we became loyals),he is the reason we keep coming back, he was able to relate to my kids, n myself, he helped us find the best deal, and made sure we were 100% satisfied, Oscar is truly a delight and pleasure to meet with, thx for always making it a great experience!!!!

Stay away very unprofessional and the place looks and smells so bad. it seems that the guys that work there are good but the females have such an attitude. I will never buy there again!

This place was the worst.The receptionist were like little strippers, showing their cleavage. The doctors I dont even think were licensed . They made my eyes worst. They were the rudest most meanest people in the whole eyeglass industry. Go to hell eyeglass world.

Two of the ladys I had to work with made my experience a nightmare, they were just down right rude. If it werent for the actual doctor being so amazing with my husband and I we would of walked out and gone someplace and paid double just to be sure we wouldnt have to deal with them.
