I was very pleased with this place. I have a antique engagement ring that was unwearable to due damage, I looked all over town for a reputable company that could fix it. I had a hard time finding anyone in town had the ability to work on my ring. I finally found Trinity Diamonds, they were not only able to fix the damage, but they were also able to restore it! I found out about trinity diamonds at a bridal show. At the show they provided a $50.00 off card for a certain collection of wedding bands. About a month later I went to their store and they have been nothing short of awesome. They gave me the discount on that collection and they bend over backwards to make sure you get exactly what you want. The last two times I have gone to the store they were making custom jewelry for 2 of their clients. I would definitely recommend this place.

I honestly wouldnt recommend going here. Joanne always has new staff members working for her, and it clearly shows that she treats them poorly.. If she constantly has new people working for her. She has zero tolerance for nonsense. Does she find good diamonds for her costumers, absolutely. But the way she treats her staff is completely unacceptable and she needs a reality check on how to treat someone. She is also so caught up with her reviews and being a 5 out of 5 and her reputation when clearly that shouldnt be your top priority. Her newest staff member is not very nice either.

I had been researching local Jewelers around Tucson for a few weeks, and happened to stumble upon Trinity Diamonds webpage, after doing some online window shopping for a few more days I decided to call Trinity to see if they could work out a special time for me since their store hours coincided with my work hours. Joanne not only told me they could work around my hours, she also encouraged me to come that day to look at what they had in stock. I had a specific budget in mind, but had a little wiggle room, and when I got there they had different rings set out for me to view, some well below my budget, and others over my budget. The pressure to buy was non-existent, all Joanne wanted me to know is that the quality I was getting at Trinity could be compared to any other retailer in town, and would surpass any Mall retailer around. Joanne matched me with an engagement ring at the budget I had set, but the ring I received was well below the set retail value. I may have called her and come in to see them on the right day, as I honestly felt I got an excellent deal on a beautiful engagement ring. I would highly recommend Trinity to anyone in Tucson, if your looking for the special ring I suggest you give them a try first and not waste any time anywhere else.

Our experience could not have been better! This week my husband purchased a diamond enhancer for a 3 stone ring he gave me years ago. This is my 29th wedding anniversary present. Unfortunately, my item was lost by the Postal Service at the worst time...2 days before Mothers Day! Rather than dwelling on what could be we found a solution that worked and the new piece was sent as soon as possible. When things dont go right you want someone who will communicate with you rather than run from the situation and that is why we go back to Trinity Diamonds!

Next came the actual designing of the ring. She had her ring designers send us ring designs rendered on a computer that we were able to tweak and modify to our hearts content. We ended up with the perfect ring that is unique to us and we couldnt be happier.Regarding the price, it was surprising how much the big store mark up their inferior rings and diamonds. We literally got a diamond a few grades higher for less with Joanne, GIA certified and all.
