This guy overgrades on his stuff, and overcharges his prices. This coin is clearly not an AU, in fact its been cleaned upon closer inspection. I went to return it, as I also had some car repairs to take care of, and he tried lowballing me a whole one third of the original cost. He only begrudgingly said Fine! when I asked for more because there were two other customers in the store. Rick Snow does NOT treat his customers right, and acts shady, half-annoyed whenever I was inside. Also his son/employee does not know what hes doing and undervalued my coins before. Will never return. Buyer beware.

This dealer has reasonable prices compared to most other coin dealers. The premium for gold is way lower than most out there. He is the default coin dealer I call when going up to Tucson when looking for gold.

This guy will give would probably give $3 for a $100 coin and tell you its worth $4.|in my opinion i would never buy or sell to this place when you can find the same coins on facebook groups for substantially cheaper.you guys give local coin shops a bad name.

I had some silver pieces to sell and didnt know where to go. A google search brought up multiple possibilities. The name Eagle Eye caught my eye along with the many favorable reviews. I visited three stores and returned to Eagle Eye. My experience with Rick validated the reviews: friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with, fair. One thing that really impressed me -- when I returned to Eagle Eye with my box of silver, Rick didnt recheck that all the silver originally in the box was still there. That was truly trust which I appreciate. I recommend Eagle Eye without reservation.

Rick is highly educated in coinage and very friendly in explaining coin technicals. He has all the technical support needed to answer just about any question. Hes very easy, honest, and friendly to talk with and will do whatever he can, and take whatever time is necessary, to support your needs and questions. Karen is very welcoming and personable and is always an immediate friend and will do whatever she can to help. AWESOME experience! I stumbled upon this shop as my dad was searching for a place to sell some silver and gold coins. With a need for money, this shop has helped us a couple times in the last 2 months. The owner, Richard, was very professional, thorough, and patient while explaining how the items I was trying to sell were valued. I accepted what I considered to be a fair offer and was on my way in 15 minutes or less. I had never been to his shop before, but was so glad I stopped in that day. Stopped in the other day with a pint of foreign coins dating back to the 1930s, collected from my grandmothers travels. Wondered if there was any real monetary value besides geography lessons for the grandkids.I was greeted pleasantly and a gentlemen looked at my coins. He quickly sorted into a few piles: A few coins that are still in circulation today and valued at the current exchange. A few coins that are of silver or part silver, which have some small sales value (under $20 total for the two piles). And mostly coins that are just interesting to look at (and sell for $3/lb.)There was no Im RICH moment. Ill keep the coins as happy memories.This man knows his business, and was cordial and pleasant. He taught me a few things to look for during our brief interaction. I am 100% happy.Thank you for your time and expertise.

Visited Eagle Eyes booth at the Whitman Expo in Baltimore. A lot of great quality coins for sale (mostly Indian cents). I had some coins to sell that had some problems. The great thing about Rick is that he didnt disparage or talk down my coins; he just made me an offer. Yet he was willing to talk about the coins in detail if I wanted. If you cant get to Tuscon then visit him at a coin show in your area.

I had coins that my mother had collected over 50 years ago. I am not a coin collector. Rick took time to look at each coin and evaluate its worth. There was no pressure to sell the coins, but rather an honest conversation about next steps. I have other coin sets, and I will take them to Eagle Eye, also. I appreciate dealing with an expert who does not take advantage of a novice.

I have been into the shop a few times looking for various coins, silver and gold. Every time Richard is extremely standoffish and seems to be quite annoyed to help and bothered that anyone would dare come into his store that is not a coin expert and talks down to them in a condescending manner. This last visit he tried to scam me out of roughly $100 worth of silver. This was the last chance I gave him and will not be going back.

This place is a joke there were very rude when we arrived which was around 4.45 we started showing one of the workers what we had and he very rudely told us the coins were damaged and the bad thing is he just glanced at them fromantic about 2 feet so I told him I had more that wasnt so as he called damaged he tells me that he doesnt have time to look through them that there closed and I told him its only 4.45 he says that he had to go that he was with a customer so I dont know what the hell I was I thought I was a customer as well si I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I was very disappointed by my visit here. I had never been inside the shop before, and came to see what they offered and to meet the staff. I was treated rudely by the floor manager, who seemed uninterested in, and even resentful of, my presence. I will not be returning, and I will warn away any of my contacts from patronizing this place.
