Great place and service all the time! Roy helped me out today, he was fantastic, courteous, and fast. I come here for all my moving needs and have a couple storage units rented out. You have to supervise every detail and think about the things that are happening . U- haul will not give you the information you need. They just rent things. Their doors dont open like a motel when one uses a card. Its a night mare.

The experience of renting the truck and returning it was for the most part smooth. The part I found unacceptable was the fact that you cant do split paymemt since i didnt have the full amount on debit I needed to pay portion on debit and the rest in cash but they dont have a way of doing so instead they created a sort of lein against me .so now I owe more just because we they arent forward thinking enough in thier payment sydtem

Theyd be doing bunches better if they didnt turn away cash business closer to sunset. I stopped in for some packing supplies, and ended up at WalMart because this U-Haul doesnt take cash in the early evening (after 6:00, Im guessing).

Just needed a quick replacement of my storage unit key, and Johnny (I believe thats his name, I forget really easily) was very kind and efficient with helping me out. Thanks 😊

Called to make an appointment they said they could fix my electric trailer brakes sat for an hour than they said they didnt do trailer electric brakes what a waste off time dont want your time.

I needed to extend my time and it was quick, easy, and didnt cost me any more.

Jarrett is on point and really cares about his facility. His crew. And most of all the renters. He is the manager and it shows he knows his stuff. Hats off to Jarrett
