Angel went above and beyond helping my daughter and I get her car loaded and secured for our trip to Kentucky .It was blazing hot he didnt miss a beat .Very professional staff . I had a problem at another store in town and came here to pick up a new propane tank. The guy helping me, who I believe was Tyler, was awesome. Because of my problem at the other store, he gave me a great deal on the propane tank. He was smart enough to recognize an unhappy customer and went the extra mile to make me happy. I will be going to this store for any future purchases. Great experience!

I have worked with uhaul for several years but I simply wanted to call to verify my appointment today. Instead of speaking with someone at the location, I was immediately put into cue and waited for almost 30 minutes only to speak with someone from the national call center to verify my appointment time. I would give this single experience a 1 star but gave them a 3 star because past transactions have otherwise been positive

Second try, I believed I made a reservation 2 weeks ago. Now it seems i would have to drive to WILCOXTo pick up a truck. Movers scheduled. Now what. Worst business experience ever, was originally scheduledAt Grant Rd. U Haul.

They are super busy (don’t use online chat or messenger, call them) but I am happy with their service. I had a hitch installed that I thought couldn’t be done. They put a lot of effort/hard work into the installation and did a great job. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend for any hitch installation.

Service is OK, nothing more than just basic customer service. Have used them multiple times and no discount or offer has ever been offered. Trucks are decent quality if youre doing in-town moving.

I chose this place because they said I would have a free month if I use the U-Haul the owner a week later flat out said hes not honor it because They are getting full. Not a good business or trustworthy

The staff is so helpful we were helped by a young man named Levi and he is the best. I would recommend this location any day very time I have gone here the staff is always helpful and today Levi was a life safer for helping us getting out of town on our camping trip sooner rather than later. He is a very humble young man and we apperciate his help. Thank you!

Terrible service, terrible system. UHAUL was a company that my parents used, my siblings, friends used in previous years so I came to trust the name but Covid19 or not the service really leaves much to be desired.

We came in late, 10 minutes before closing and with a big motor home. Tight squeeze all the way around but these guys moved trailers watch for the overhang and still helped us out for a $36 sale. Great to see such great customer service. Thanks so much.

This store is a great store to work with! They have everything you’d need. And the staff are excellent. I went in to rent a car trailer to pull my track car up to Phoenix. Fo some reason my light connection wasn’t working. So they pulled one of there technicians out there to take a look at it for me, free of charge. He hooked up a multimeter and started poking around the fuse box to source my issue. He check d it out for about 15 mind until he found the issue. And should I mention, STILL FREE OF CHARGE! I appreciate them for helping me out. So for that, this store is my go-to store here in town.

My roommate rented a Uhaul and we filled it completely. Well on Saturday Mother Nature decides to take over and rain. Come Sunday upon looking into the trailer we find all of are furniture, clothes, electronics and other household goods completely soaked from the rain. Fast Forward to today the employee of uhaul stated our trucks are not water proof they are water resistant! Seriously? So FYI everyone before renting a truck. They are unsafe and will not hold up in rainy conditions. and you should not expect for there trucks to keep your personal belongings and household items as they where loaded. On top of the the truck was in park sitting in the driveway as we are unloading it. A friend of my of whom was helping unload my soggy furniture walked in front of the truck that happened to slip out of gear with no one in the driver seat or no one in the truck at all! Hit him and almost ran him over. He is blessed to be alive tonight. And at 7:00 o’clock tonight we return the truck and explain all this in detail with witnesses. And the 2 employees that where working could do absolutely nothing. So only option is to hire a attorney and go from there. I hope this review makes you ask questions that will help. I know all situations are different but the fact that there was ZERO customer service is the part where I would rate this location at a “1” and speak my mind! Thank everyone.

Customer service is good. Was helped with what I needed and explained very well. Although when we got on hwy we were flashed that we had no lights on trailer. So we couldnt travel at night and where we were there was no road side assistance. So prolonged out trip to 3 days travel.

Went for propane and was given a BS excuse about lightning in the area. Checked multiple lightning trackers. Nothing close. Do your job and dont make excuses because youre busy.

Tyler and Levi were awesome in helping us get storage units and a trailer for our move to Portland abd at great prices. They have great customer service and we would highly recommend going to the Golf Links and Wilmot location for any services needed for moving. All associates were very helpful and friendly.

Put a tow package on my truck with a class 3 hitch. Great customer service. Tech was done in under 45 minutes. Parking lot is tight tho

Way over charged me for a fuel charge. Not to mention roadside assistance was a nightmare to get ahold of via phone and when I did get ahold of them referred me to make a roadside assistance claim via there online website. When I was stuck in the middle of nowhere in 110° heat with no service. And a completely destroyed tire. Very very unhappy with my experience and with everyone involved.

The staff at U-haul on Golflinks & Wilmot were very knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating for my move. Ive never felt such little stress moving in my life! You dont even feel like youre being treated like a customer more as a friend theyve known forever. It feels good to find a group of young men devoted to make you happy. Id say they earn my money and they definitely have earned the paycheck! Keep it up uhaul on Golflinks and Wilmot. Ive got your back!

If youre renting a truck the staff is nice too very helpful and theyre flexible. You can buy any size boxes here and you can even get free boxes if you dont mind reusing reusing other peoples boxes.

U-Hauls defective truck almost killed my pregnant wife and I.I rented a 15 truck with a tow dolly from this U-Haul location. I was moving myself and my wife to California.Before leaving, the engine light came on. I told the U-Haul employees, and one of them ran a diagnostic test on it. He told me it was a sensor error, manually cleared the engine light, and sent us on our way.Over the 8-hour drive, the truck became dangerously undriveable while we were on the freeway. The transmission was making loud grinding noises, and struggling to change gears. It was also consuming gas at an alarming rate, causing me to stop and purchase gas many times.After entering the freeway one time, the trucks engine completey quit and turned off, indicating low oil. Cars and huge tractor trailers honked and swerved to avoid us, as we came to a near stop in the middle of the freeway. My wife was panicking and crying. Vehicles were flying past us at 80mph. Traffic was heavy at this time, and moving to the right lane took much caution, and prayer.I managed to restart the engine, and crawl the truck at less than 30mph to our exit. Once off the freeway, the engine died again. We came to a complete stop on the off-ramp. I restarted the engine again, and barely--within mere feet--drove the truck at 10mph to a gas station across the street. I looked around, and noticed we were in a bad neighborhood. Rap music was playing loudly, and a vagrant was licking his lips as he looked at my truck and vehicle on the tow dolly.The truck was completely dead at this point. I called roadside assistance, and was told a vendor would come help us within an hour. At this point, its 1am and my wife is crying, and she is feeling sharp pains in her stomach from the stress, and lack of sleep. I walked her down the street with some shopping bags full of clothes and toiletries, and checked her into a hotel. I went back to the disabled truck, where all of my household goods were sitting in an unlocked truck.By the time the vendor came and moved the truck to an empty lot to spend the night, I retired to the hotel and fell asleep at 2:30am.We had completely missed our move-in scheduled for that day. I lost my deposit for the movers when I had to re-schedule.I spoke to Tyler, the manager of the U-Haul location in Tucson (Golf Links & Wilmot) where I rented the truck from.As of now, he is offering to pay me what is equivalent, in his words, to a 25% discount on the rental. And a $25 gift card.I asked for a full refund, which Tyler has refused. I am preparing a formal dispute to go to U-Hauls arbitration department over this.As it stands now, U-Haul has forever lost me as a customer. I would warn anyone from renting a truck from U-Haul, ESPECIALLY from this location.

Id give them 0 stars if I could, these guys will make up a reason to charge you extra, they just charged me for some cigarette ashes that they said they found on the floorboard I used the truck to take a two mile trip no-one even smoked in the truck, with the surprise nsf fees from my bank it cost me $128 To acquire a 10box truck fill it once and take it 2 miles and return it
