I recently had a large door ding repaired in my Porsche 911 Turbo S by Ray and his amazing crew at Sterling Collision and was duly impressed by the quality of the work but also the entire process. The ding was deep but they were able to work their magic on it and the door looks perfect and required no paint. Not a blemish. Even more impressive was when I went to pick up my car it was not only washed but detailed inside and out. Spotless....not even a footprint in the carpet. The charge was lower than expected and more than fair. Ray really cares about his customers and their cars. I am truly impressed and thankful for the incredible experience at Sterling Collison. Thanks to the entire staff too!
Excellent customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable Bryan Mercado kept me updated throughout the entire process. Paula is friendly, honest and efficient. They go above and beyond. They did a great job on my cars repairs and the paint job looks fantastic. You cant even tell that my car was in an accident. Im very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

Bryan Mercado was my Client Advisor and was 100% on the ball and took care of me and my car from start to finish, I had consistent updates keeping me in the loop. Having someone like Bryan to advocate for you with the insurance companies removes all the guess work. The damage to my car was not major but Sterling Collision Center paid attention to every last detail.
Posting from 3 prior experiences over the the last 10 years and one recent referral. Back in 2012 I had worked with Bobby Krips, who now works with Sterling for the Ferrari Maserati division. His attention to detail and persistence to getting the car and job done properly is unrivaled. The facility is phenomenal, very clean, extremely organized and highly professional. This is not some Mickey Mouse, off the street collision center. You get what you pay for, however I feel that Im getting more than that due to the human service and detailed nature of the technicians.ill put it this way. Sterling has found things wrong even after a prior shop, (who my insurance recommend for a new BMW) had said they fixed the car. Even whe I could feel something was still wrong with the car. Sterling found the frame was bent and so was a control arm. The first shop just replaced parts which they could visually see damage. Where Sterling proved there was structural damage by having high sophisticated equipment (which I bargain the first shop did not have, or could afford).**** NOTE***: Just because this shop isnt on your insurances recommend list does not mean you cant use them. Simply just tell your insurance you have a shop which you prefy and you are good to go.******
In December we got in a hit and run accident. Wanting high quality work on our vehicle, AAA approved us to take it to Sterling Collision Center for the repairs. They did an excellent job on our vehicle. They have very high attention to detail and did the repairs to bring the car back to the way the manufacture made it. As this is a AAA preferred repair center, they follow very high standards. They made sure everything was perfect before returning the car back. They also made the rental car arrangements very easy for us.Our advisor Tiffany did her best to give us the estimated timeline of the repairs and let us know when and if anything would change. The entire team here did a great job to bring the best customer experience. Had Katelyn and Robert work on my Audi and they were awesome. Was in a fender bender and needed my car turned over quickly. Not only did they work their magic on my car but handed over keys before they said they would. Katelyn was extremely professional and handled everything smoothly. The quality of their work is impeccable. I felt like my car looked better than when I first bought it. You wont find a better auto body shop. Would recommend this place to anyone regardless what you drive.
My brand new Porsche Cayman was struck by someone and I had to get a door shell replaced. I was able to drop off my vehicle the same day I called, they got me connected with a local Enterprise branch for a rental, had an initial estimate prepared by my insurance company the next day, and they began the teardown immediately. After having to get a supplement due to additional damages, Robert Anaya was timely with communicating updates via email per my preference.As an insurance adjuster with auto claims experience, Sterling kept to the same schedule I would expect from any body shop. This will be crucial for me to recover my full rental costs, and was appreciated to ensure I got my car back as quickly as I could. They also offered to return my rental vehicle for me, which was also appreciated.Not to mention, they returned my vehicle to me in absolutely pristine condition.The front office staff was very friendly and helpful, Robert was incredibly professional throughout the process, and I will absolutely return if I ever need any future body work (I hope not.)

I took my A6 to Sterling for a rear bumper repair. They completed the repairs fine but when they reassembled the rear sensors they installed them crooked and at varying angels so they look terrible. They also chipped my front hood and refused to repair it. They have treated me with disrespect and seem to just be trying to avoid the issue.Bottom line is they have poor service, and dont seem very honest. I cant even get a call back from the manager.
You want it done right or better they can do it. My Audi R8 came out as good or better than factory.
Really satisfied with their work. I got rear-ended and they replaced the bumper in 3 days with OEM parts. They called me to schedule the drop-off. Called the rental company for me and handle the rental drop-off. Very convenient and fast service.
Sterling did an amazing job repainting the entire front end (windshield forward) on my 2004 A4 under warranty (a factory defect). Its not easy to match a factory paint job, and they did. I guess thats why theyre factory certified. Now, some a***hole hit my 2012 Q5 in a parking lot. Guess where Im taking it to be repaired? Theyre also a Farmers-preferred repair shop, so I work directly with them to get everything fixed.
Theres so many negative things I could say about my experience at Srerling but I cant give this anymore energy. I just felt like I had to warn the general public. My door frame needed to be replaced. It took them 3 months to finish. Just got the car back today with scratches and poor workmenship. If you pay attention to detail when it comes to your BMW like I do. Then please tell others about my experience and never bring your car in for repair here. I love you all. Goodnight
This place is for you if:1) Time is not an issue for you and you can leave without your car for at least a month for a (simple repair)2) You are not a person of principle meaning you dont have a problem with(you or insurance company) paying at least seven times the actual cost, and3) You are in the habit if saying yes to everything that they say because your insurance is paying for it and because they have Lambos parked outside so they know what they are doing!If you said yes to all of the above head down there, otherwise, there are a few local places that they do the same job with a fraction of the (bloated)cost and a lot faster. You are not going to have a personal advisor but you can actually talk to a painter and cut the middle-woman!

Sterling had horrible customer service, missed 5 deadlines, and took over 3 months to fix my car which only had been a fender bender!!!!! Would never ever reccomend them!!!!!! Mike X and everyone down there have horrible customer service skills.
