This location is awesome! Very nice guys that work there. All of them. Super quick oil change service and you can get coupons from the jiffy lube website too. I came in last minute couple hours closing and it was no problem to take me in. They will let you sit in your car if you want to while they do the oil change. The shop is not showing from street view, so when you see Jack in the Box, turn in there and its right behind it. Thank you!

Daniel was SO helpful in explaining the process and meaning behind certain things regarding my brakes! The price was great and the guys are all so professional. I am so pleased with the service I received by these guys!! The mechanic/technician that finished up paperwork and payment with me was so nice, I wish I had gotten his name too.

Pricing comparable to most other other facilities. Dont forget to use their discount coupons found on the Jiffy Lube website for additional savings.

Supervisor was not honest person. I never use here. I am going to use Main Street Jeff’s shop.Be carefully that shop. All of them not kind either.

I went to Jiffy Lube because I had a coupon that I believed was valid through July 5th, but the attendant said it was expired. It says “Expires 07/05/2021”, which means that it should still be valid through the end of 07/05/21. The attendant was adamant that it could not be used. I was disappointed because it could be interpreted both ways and as the customer I at least wanted to be given the benefit of the doubt.

Caesar needs to get promoted. I got an oil change there 2 months ago, they over tightened the oil filter housing so it cracked. I had to buy a new one so I called jiffylube if I could get reimbursed, the manager said he needs all the information written and receipt so I sent everything to him in email. He said he has told corporate and I should get a check in 2 weeks which I never did. So I emailed back, no reply. I called looking for the manager, he picked up and I explained this happened and he said he will take a look in his inbox and will reply, I waited 2 days, no reply.I called again, manager wasn’t there, Caesar helped me, he said he will contact corporate and they will send me a check in a week, which didn’t happen; then he called me to follow up asking if I received a check. I told him I didn’t so he told me he has asked district manager for permission to refund me in store, so he had me go in to pick it up after I’ve waited for almost 2 months!Caesar provided the best customer service a local jiffy lube could ever have. The next time I go I would ask him to service my car but not the manager. Caesar is very kind, patient and responsible. He needs to get promoted like right now!Thanks a lot!

Aside from oil change, I also asked the technician to perform some system cleanup by adding (BG Products) EPR pre oil-change and MOA post oil change. The technician performed well above and beyond! I will definitely use them in the future and also bring my 2 other cars.

This place was a random find for me. I went here yesterday and was very pleased with the service in all respects. he so much quicker all work very fast and safe my time.

It says online they close at 7pm. i got here at 610pm and they are definitely closed. i called and no one answers. gates and closed. no one is inside.i understand that places are changing hours due to covid-19, but i’m what i don’t understand is why their website is updated to include all their new covid-19 info and says they close at 7pm. if you’re going to take the time to update your website, update alllll of it. especially the hours so people don’t waste their time.

DO NOT GO FOR BRAKE REPAIR SERVICE - THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT IT. GOOD FOR OIL CHANGE Only-Some Staff gave unprofessional responses: no punctuality.Brake Pads replacement service took 3.5 hours after being told it will be done in 1.5 hours. When asked for an update after 2.5 hours, the Technician was rude and unprofessional and said it has not been 1.5 hours yet. I wish I knew his name.It seems like they DO NOT HAVE EXPERTISE in Brake Repair Service. But one or two unprofessional associates is all it takes to spoil the group who have been great for the last few years in my experience.They are Good at Oil change. No doubts about that

Fraud! Dont go.I went to get an oil change. They push you to accept the most expensive synthetic motor oil. Their setup makes it very difficult to see if they are actually draining the old motor oil out of the engine or not. Their delivery oil pump device is directly placed into the engine, and so one cannot tell if new motor oil is being pumped into the engine or not. When I check the new motor oil from the engine dip stick, it was still looked dark and dirty. Be careful.

Ive been here a few times for just the standard oil change. When I had some other issues going on they took a look, let me know what the issue was and didnt charge me for it. In this day and age I really appreciate going the extra mile for customer service.

I was told that oil change is $44.99. I said I had my oil and oil filter, the reply was $42.99.

Convenient with E-Z access. Pretty quick service. Like all service places, know your vehicle before you arrive. Ive personally had occasion to where they recommended services that were not necessarily warranted at that time. That said, they arent nearly as aggressive as some service places.

This location changes oil and STEALS your valuables. My $300 BEATS headphones were stolen from the center console of my car. I noticed it as I pulled away. Went back, everyone denied seeing them. Manager refused to give me the owners contact information and was utterly unconcerned. The owner is Drew Fanticola. The police came out but apparently this is a perfect crime because unless you record the theft with your camera they cannot do anything. So if you still insist on going here, be sure to remove all valuables. You’ve been warned.

Be careful taking your vehicle here. I was told I needed a new alternator and they could do it for approximately $600. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion, and was told my alternator was just fine.

Pros: Next door to lunch at Subway or Jack-in-the-Box, Short wait times.Cons: Prices always seemed to go up by $5 each time I went, more importantly, stripping of your oil pan plug screws which cause you to get a new oil pan $$$$.I was a regular customer there, until they stripped the screw threads of my oil pan and put in their generic aka temporary oil plug. Little did I know that 3 months later the oil plug would fall out draining my engine of oil and causing major repairs. I have found a better place that understands this critical piece of my car and hand tightens the plug, not air machine ratcheting it in place.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN THE MOST INHUMANE WAY!!!!I would rate it a 0 rating if it was available. I went in today to top up or oil change after work. The manager told me it is already over 5000 miles and is due for oil change. I then agreed to have it done esp after he said I will get $15:00 off (coupon online). So I waited while my car being done.After it was done, I got up to pay only to realize that I forgot my wallet in the office. I panicked!! Then I was relieved when I found a check book in my purse. I proceeded to pay with it but was told I cant because I need my drivers license. I explained to the man and told him I forgot my purse in the office. He then said let me ask and called JULIUS BRINKS. .I then explained to this man that I just found out that I left my wallet in the office but I have a check book, can I pay using it?. He told me that he cant accept a check payment without a CA state drivers license. I told him I know but there is no way I can get my wallet but I have my work ID for now. He just said NO!!! He then goes to give me a lecture that I cannot drive a car without a drivers license. I told him I always do!!! He told me to go to an ATM thats near to get money. I told him I cant because I dont have my wallet!! He told me he will not release my car. I pleaded with him and told him I dont have anyone to call and have a child in high school. I have changed my oil and done other services at Jiffy Lube and told him that I always paid for the service. I said I will provide my license # immediately I get it tomorrow. He refused. I asked for a manager and he told me that he already left and now he is the one making all the decisions!! This man did not even give a damn!! I was almost in tears. For $81.00, my car was not going to be released to me and I had a check to pay.I have never been treated like this. He treated me like I did not purposely want to pay for the oil change!!This man is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and INHUMANE person I have ever met. This kind of person should never work in an establishment that provides services to people.I will never go to Jiffy Lube ever again!!!!

I went to this Jiffy Lube recently and they were in such a hurry that they over tightened my oil pan cap. It broke in two! They didnt tell me about it until an hour an a half into it. They had sent one of their guys to find a new cap for my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherrokee Laredo, when she could haev gone to the local Tustin Jeep delaer, not more than 5 minutes away, and bought one for $21.95. They wanted to go cheap. I then forever took my Jeep to the dealer for an oil change... upon my first oil change at the dealer I found new problems. The Jiffy lube people ha been using a mechanical device to pry off my cap. They stripped the screws to the cap! I had to replace my entire oil pan. $900 out the door. Be warned! I would say do it at the dealer, or do it yourself but dont do Jiffy Lube.FYI. Jiffy Lube is independantly owned and operated and does not respond to small claims court, nor do they pay their judgements from the court.

Very annoying, I just went to check my car and they left the engine oil cap out, and my car threw a lot of oil around the engine and I lost the windshield wiper cap, please check your cars after a change of oil.
