I was in there to get off my moms plan and open my own account. The guy said she had to physically be there. He seemed like he didnt want to help me and moved on to the next person. I didnt feel like I was taken seriously. Not sure if its because I look young but that guy needs to be trained better or fired. Another guy, Cliff, was more helpful and I was able to get done what I needed to. He was patient and I really appreciated that. Thank you Cliff. Way better than the tall, younger guy.

As usual the store is busy. To buy a product in the store,,, like a charger, charger cord, Otter Phone case, etc,,,,, your also put on a wait list. Than you get to wait and watch people buying new phones, taught how to use them, their contract rules, etc.Not one employee tried to help myself and another customer just buy one of their products. That was about a 30 minute wait. The employees watched as we waited,,,, not great Customer Service.Dontrail was an amazing associate, once it was my turn. Very polite young man.

We’ve been going to this store for all of our AT&T needs and everyone is always helpful. The other day we upgrade our phones and the person helping us was really helpful, I think his name was Clifford. He was able to answer all of our questions and I felt like he took care of us as quickly as the phone updates would allow. He deserves some employee of the month type accolades!
I want to thank Sean who went way out of his way to help me with a problem I had with my WiFi security. . I called AT&T support with absolutely no help whatsoever. I was passed off from one department to another 8 in fact with no solution. It was wonderful to talk to someone who could see the problem, and resolve it.
Ask for Alexia, she went above and beyond to get my non tech savvy wife setup with a new ohine and seamlessly transferred all ger data and info..

Switched to AT&T from T mobile and for starters the service is 1000% better. Places around town where I had 1 bar intermittently I now have 5g. In the mountains camping where I used to have no signal I had 4g. Lorenz helped my wife and I with the switch and was very friendly and extremely patient with us as we attempted to call around finding out pin codes from tmobile to do the transfers. He was with us for a few hours despite mentioning that he might need to go on break soon. When I returned a couple weeks later to trade in my wifes phone Lorenz again helped me as soon as I got in the door and made the process easy and quick! We are very happy with both our phone service and in person service with AT&T vacaville!.

I went in to get the glass protector put on my new phone and Lorenz went above and beyond for me. He took time to make sure it was absolutely perfect while teaching me how to do it myself. He saw me struggling with my clear phone case afterwards and helped me put that on making sure that everything was perfect once again. Made the entire experience quick and painless.

I usually get anxiety every time I need to call ATT.. I went into the vacaville AT&T store to get my phone screen fixed and purchase a new phone. I have a brain injury which slows me down a bit.. Matt from Asurion was able to make me an appt and fix my phone in no time. Oscar ordered me new phones and Jared helped me get my phones working. Although my brain is s l o w.. they were all very respectful and helpful. Most importantly.. no one treated me like I was disabled.. no one talked down to me.. or treated me like I didnt understand...(which is usually the case when Im in public). Thank you AT&T and Asurion for helping me out.. resolving my problems and going above and beyond! The manager (Ken?) super nice/helpful as well... THANKS FOR LEADING SUCH A GREAT TEAM!
Understaffed, but the staff that was there was friendly and attentive. Once we finally got our turn staff were friendly and quick to fix our problem.

Lorenz was polite and helpful today when I came into the store. I got what I needed and left happy.I had the opposite experience a couple days ago with one of the female salespeople when I came in to purchase a new phone. I won’t mention her name but I was very put off by her aggressive sales approach. It felt like an interrogation and I really didn’t appreciate being asked “why?” every time I told her I wasn’t interested (in the multiple products she tried to talk me into.) I’d much rather do business again with Lorenz.
Lorenz was great! He took so much time to make sure my screen protector was FLAWLESS with no streaks or lint. I know this may not be a huge to some, but people with slight OCD like me appreciate when people go above and beyond for the “little things” that actually matter. Thank you, Lorenz!
Came into store to upgrade phone, Lorenzo helped me he was short with answers, no eye contact didnt even asked for my phone number so I left. Next day my friend told me to go to Elliott he was so sweet and helpful. Thats who Id recommend for anybody who wants to get this done
I have HAD IT WITH At&T!!! I had issues with them 13 years ago when I first moved into my house so I never signed up with them. I clearly have a NO SOLICITING sign on my door and my dogs go crazy when someone knocks on my door. What do they do today? Thats right, they knocked on my door when I CLEARLY have a no soliciting sign on my door! If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

Oscar was fantastic! He went above and beyond and provided excellent service when it seemed like our issue was a lost cause. He spend over 4 hours with us dealing with the issue. While it never got resolved the way it should have been, it was not his fault and he did everything he could to help. He was professional, kind and provided excellent customer service.
Patty was awesome and definitely played a huge part in my decision to switch my wireless service provider to AT&T. I came into the store I decided but after the customer service Patty provided, it was an easy decision to switch. She was very knowledgeable of the products, listened to what I needed and recommended the perfect plan and phone for me. We came in a little late right before closing but didn’t feel rushed which we greatly appreciated.

Husband and I went in to get new phones and switch over to their plan. There was one other customer in there and then me and him. They said only one of us was allowed inside 😂 and the place is pretty big. So I just literally stood outside of the door. Their policy makes no sense. Just a forewarning for anyone coming here with another person. It says the store capacity is 22 people and Im counting 5 people. I asked if I could stand in the corner far away and wait and they said no lol dont waste your time with people whos policy makes zero sense.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful with my mother. She got a new SE iPhone but some how couldn’t get into her Apple ID. He was able reset her phone and started her from scratch. Now she very happy and hopes Daniel continues to work at the store for her future questions.
Employees know next to nothing on this day. Zero enthusiasm about their job, the visit to update our account plan and order 2 new watches took 2 1/2 hours! And one of the watches they ordered wrong. They never asked us to confirm the purchases in the store. Took another hour hour on the phone this morning to fix the problem. The poor guy helping us was struggling with system issues and the other employees were too busy talking about politics and basketball to help him unless he asked. That’s a great manager who doesn’t step in to see what the delays are!
I appreciate being able to make an appointment online, as waiting in lines is not on my to do list. Having a friendly and knowledgeable rep help me (This visit, it was Christopher - Thanks, man) is also a thumbs up.

I wouldn’t go to this store. We added a new line and were told we couldn’t trade in or upgrade a paid off phone. It met AT&T upgrade eligibility through the website. They said we couldn’t upgrade due to them thinking we were committing fraud.The store reps don’t know their own company. Immediately after, I called customer service. Customer service told me since it’s a new line, you can upgrade after 14 days. I feel bad for the manager of this store, because if you took Business 101 in college, you learn that business is essentially about making profit. The fact that he didn’t want to upgrade us, he loss out on a huge chance to make more revenue for their store.My Dad, who’s been a financial manager for 40+ years, knows way more than this manager. If a customer wants a product, you sell it. It’s that easy. I pray for this manager because with his rules, this store will easily be closed in the future. Good luck bud, hopefully AT&T pays for you to take business 101.To the Manager: Per company policy, you’re wrong. It’s two weeks to get a new phone from adding a new line. I have email traffic proving it.On the better note, I can’t wait to see you in two weeks to get our phones. 😊

This is a great location. I had an issue with my account and the salesperson was helpful in helping me resolve my issue even though I wasn’t buying anything. It’s tough because everyone is usually trying to sell you something but I appreciate the empathy. Kudos to the staff at this AT&T
