Zach was great got me started on my insurance claim when I had no phone or computer to use. Tyler went above and beyond helping me with pens and paper, and contacting my family to get my pin number. He knew I needed my phone replace before flying home. We got my pin after lots of calls. He even used his personal phone to help out! Lol my mom called him back haha. Truly a 5 star experience with these two gentlemen. Especially since there was another rude customer at the time. They kept their cool.
We purchased two phones from the Vacaville Verizon store. We did it during a trade-in promotion. Cassidy helped us by printing out the labels and giving us the boxes to return our old phones. Of which we did promptly to their Fort Worth facility. We took pictures and I kept the UPS receipt. We never received credit for one of our phones. After going to the store and researching we found out that they printed two of the same labels instead of two separate labels which is what should’ve occurred. They told me they could not fix my bill and I needed to call the Verizon help line and speak to a manager . Let me understand this you are the storefront that sold me the phones and now you cannot fix my bill? That day I called Verizon and was on the phone in excess of two hours and spoke with Frederick . They told me my bill would be corrected. It was never corrected even though it was their error. When we traded in the phones, the phones then became their responsibility, just like when you trade in the car. So the human error of printing out the same label twice should be on them not on us . What is completely upsetting is we are seniors on a pension and we feel like they have taken advantage of the situation because of who we are. So my $98 a month portion of our phone bill is now a $244 portion of our phone bill. The total phone bill is $389 for 4 phone lines ! I have scheduled another appointment next week to go in and try to resolve this issue AGAIN ! If not I will be filing a complaint with the FCC, the California State Attorney General, California Public Utility Commission, the BBB, the California Consumer Affairs, Solano County small claims court, and somehow need to simply address the age discrimination factor . These agencies are here to help in so I will utilize them . What I am extremely upset about is when we purchased the phone Cassidy she told us our phone line would go at $12.30 and here we are with a phone bill that has doubled. At the time I gave Cassidy a wonderful review because she was so helpful and understanding that we are seniors, but when you make a mistake and it cost someone money then you need to correct your mistake and Verizon can do that but simply refuses to. So my warning is this, in my opinion do not fall for any Verizon promotion where are you trade in your phone because it is likely you will never get credit for the phones you trade in. And in my opinion if you are a senior shopping at the Vacaville store please be cautious.

Walked in they told me the phone I wanted was on backorder from the manufacturer, and that no one had it. I called Dixon Verizon and they had it. Poor customer service. Didnt want to help me.
Made an appointment online only to show up at my scheduled appointment time for the guy at the door to be rude and say there was no appointment and that they had too many call outs to help me. He then told me just to drive an extra 20 min to a different Verizon store. May consider switching as the customer service experience was terrible

Got in line to only be turned down at the door. I understand that the person was only doing their job, but his demeanor was less than admirable. With a snarty and smug attitude, I was told that they only allow appointments only and with a condenscending tone, told me that, they are booked for Three weeksI would recommend going to the Best Buy across the street, for any phones or accessories.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

First time I went into the store it went OK, but there was an issue with my account. I called The 1-800 number for customer service 7-8 times and was either passed to a different person or disconnected every time. I decided to make an appointment with this store, but they told me not to come in because they couldn’t resolve the issue and suggested I call the 1-800 number. After explaining that hasn’t worked, the representative just told me to not show up for my appointment. Disappointed in Verizon’s customer service.
Ive been a Verizon customer for 25 years and have always been pleased with their service until this visit. I wanted to add my son (who is legally blind) to my service and buy him a new phone. They refused to allow me to accompany him into the store even tho he was unable to see and chose without assistance. Even when I questioned if they were ADA compliant their response was they could only service disabled persons over the phone.We left and visited the booth inside Costco where they were completely happy to assist us. Very disappointed with this Verizon store.
The staff was very helpful and Tyler did a great job helping us and answering questions. They got us in and out with a great deal of respect to covid and Ill definitely be back to get my Pixel 5 in a couple months!!
Cant be Trusted, I already had a Note 10 4G and wanted the VERRY FAST Note 20 5G, they assured me it was gonna be Way Faster. After having it for a week I noticed that it really wasnt that Fast. I called Verizon and asked on why the speeds werent WAY FASTER, and they replied that I needed to download and Upgrade. After installing the upgrade it still wasnt faster, and After taking to them again they finally mentioned that therea NO BROADBAND 5G in my area. This note 20 is exactly the same speed as my NOTE 10. THEIR LYERS AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE.
Verizon has the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. I waited on hold for 45 mins to have a bot come on and tell me that they were closed. This is the fourth day I have had to call them. Yesterday the women on the phone changed something in my account which created an error that made my account locked for 24 hours. That was after I was on hold for 2 hours. For the third day that week.
Terrible customer service. I always try to avoid going to the store as I used to work for Verizon and I know how they can be. The manager Jake was rushing me through my transaction and not answering my questions. He told me to go to Best Buy if I wasnt ready. I was prepared to get accessories etc for my phone but the employee (Daniel) that he passed me off to was even worse. Their transactions are robotic at best. They literally lied to my face about my account features and charges. They were rude and cold. Thank goodness Im just visiting
Bought a new phone with this location, had previously used Fairfield. When I went to pick up the phone I asked the gentleman who helped me if I needed a new sim or any extra set up, his words to me were “wait 30-40 minutes and just turn it on” I did so and did not realize how difficult setting up a new phone can be. The Apple iCloud side was easy, straightforward and simple. The version side of transferring an already existing line to a new device is painstakingly difficult, frustrating and I’m without a phone now because they didn’t want to help me after asking TWICE if that was all I needed to do to set up the line. He even stated the SIM card in the phone was good to go which was deceiving as it’s functional but my phone is not on the line

I went to Verizon 4 months ago and couldnt even get inside the store, I was told if it was an emergency than I would be allowed inside, I need a NEW phone and dont know how to do this by myself, I love Verizon and I have been a loyal customer for years now but after reading all these reviews and since my last experience I am not so sure I will stay with Verizon much longerIm gonna go to Costco to see if they can help me, ( last chance) if I cant get the help I need Im dropping Verizon ASAP!!!!
They replaced my sim card because I locked my other card by playing with sim security pin code, setup and three chances to open. Friendly and smart young women helped me get new sim set up and in phone in 5min maybe,about 2weeks ago wish I knew her name to say thanks, she had to watch me trying to find delete google account on their tablet then went to ask, as she walked up the page appeared, nice of her, I need a new phone hope she can help me too
STAY AWAY!!! GO TO COSTCO !!!I went on line on Tuesday the 19th and made an appointment for Wednesday the 20th and received a text confirmation.I read the information on the website and they indicated I would need a mask and it would be 1 on 1 customer service. I was purposely going to receive customer care and to see the product I was going to purchase.I showed up at noon with a mask and gloves on and was not permitted in the store but was given instructions to go on line on my mobile and order the product and then pick up there.This was a total waste of my time and drive.I went to COSTCO and received excellent customer service, was able to view the various products made my purchase and will receive a 100. certificate.
I’ve had Verizon for 7 years now and they are turning out to be awful!! I went into the store to get help and the lady said she would change my information on my devices and started helping other customers like we were done and she would get to it. I checked to see if the information was changed trusting she would have changed it and she didn’t. Poor customer service and the amount you pay for service is ridiculous when your connection isn’t even working. I’m supposed to get $10 off each line for having set up auto pay and I never receive it. I’ve really liked using Verizon but now I will be looking to switch to another carrier.

Customer service is at an all-time low here. I thought it might just be the employee helping me so I asked to speak to a supervisor and it turned out that employee I was speaking to was the supervisor. Very unhelpful and very disappointing experience.
This Verizon store is horrible the manager is not helpful.
Ive been with them for 15 years. In the past year they have begun providing no service, and staff have been rude. I have 4 lines with them and yet, I feel treated like Im bothering them whenever I go to the store for something. It seems theyre trying to move all customer service out of the store and referring people to call online for any help. Will likely terminate with them soon.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Our old iphone 5 was out of storage and kept giving error messages. We had received multiple offers for online deals from Verizon, but we know that setting up and transferring data has always been a challenge. Using a new phone, where to click, which way to swipe or tap is not intuitive to us. So we figured paying the higher price to purchase in store would be worth the help we would get in person. Not so!We selected the new iphone 11, and as soon as the clerk rang up the sale, that was the end of any service. No help with putting the defender cover on the device, showing screen touch features, explaining sounds or cameras. Other than a leaflet, no help with activating phone or transferring contacts and other information. No, no, no we don’t do that. The clerk gave us the advice to go across the street and see if Best Buy would help us with the transfer. She also claimed they were worried about the security of instore data transfers, which would have been better received if she had mentioned it before ringing up the sale and telling us to go to Best Buy for help. There were barely one or two other customers in the store during our visit, so it wasn’t like they were trying to get by us to other customers who were waiting.We had always had excellent service with Verizon stores before, and I believe their online & phone service are still easy to reach and very helpful. But the Vacaville Verizon store is no longer a customer service oriented store.
The store itself is nice and all but I generally dont have a good service experience. Everything is overpriced, they dont do much in the way of deals anymore and if they do they wont offer them, try really hard to sell you extra things you dont need or want, and sometimes the employees are downright rude. I think Ill be buying my phones and accessories at Best Buy from now on.
EXCELLANT SERVICE-ABOVE & BEYOND ANY OTHER COMPANY STORE.My dad talked me into trying Verizon and Ive never been so happy with a phone company. There is always someone right there who can help me. There is plenty of seating and everything under the sun for your phone or tablet. There is absolutely no cost to get your phone replaced in 24 hours or less. Every employee seems knowledgeable but also willing to ask for help if they need it. They never make me feel stupid for not understanding something-T-Mobile couldnt be bothered to quit watching football long enough to help me and them treated my like an imbecile, not someone who had just purchased 2 phones from them. There is one employee who has repeatedly gone out if his way even, to help us. Hes patient and he never lets me leave until I tell him I understand.-ask for Tony. He will give you excellent service. Great store and great people!
This is a clean, well-stocked store that has Pleasant and helpful employees. I am not a customer of the store yet but will be on the weekend. Looking forward to some really improved cell phone service! They also have some great rates!
I went to this Verizon store on Tuesday, Nov 12’th, to get my new iPhone activated. My wife had gone on Sunday, the 10’th to buy us two new iPhones, but I was out of town so they just activated hers. She had a great experience! Her old iPhone 6 wouldn’t even turn on anymore and Tyler made sure she was all set up and running before she left. He even told her, ‘I’m gonna make sure we get all of your old information transferred over, and that this new phone is working like you want before you leave. I don’t want you driving home without a phone that works, in case of an emergency’.He even told her that I could come back and have mine activated with no problem.My wife told me that the whole experience was really great!Cut to two days later...I bring in my new iphoneXR to get activated, I am greeted, and I tell the female at the door why I’m there, and the story behind it. I even have the whole bag of merch my wife received with receipt, minus her new phone.No brainer, right?So, that same female at the door (never got her name), actually ended up ‘helping me’. HA!I was told that she couldn’t activate and transfer because she didn’t have WiFi, and I wouldn’t get any of my old information transferred onto my new phone. She said it would be better for me to go home where I have WiFi, and she would have a tech support employee call me and set it all up.Well, that never happened...I DID get a robotic text from them with a link...but, no call.I don’t get it...if you can’t go to a cell phone store to get a new cell phone activated, from the same store it was purchased, then, what good is the store?!?!That’s the store’s whole purpose!!!I basically, now own an expensive paper weight!Now, I get I could call tech, or do it online, but that really doesn’t guarantee that all my old information will transfer over to the new phone...and then, I’m screwed.In the mean time, as windy as it has been...this new phone will serve a purpose holding down papers.

The customer service is horrible! We waited forever for someone to wait on us. It was about 30 minutes. Employees kept walking around disappearing to the back. I will never be a Verizon customer! The only reason I came to the store is because my mother needed to come into the store to ask a question because she has an account there and has been a customer for over 20 plus years. If I could give negative stars, I would.
I wanted to thank Anthony Fraticelli solution specialist for his great service by solving my problems with my new phone that I had purchased from another Verizon store in Chicago who did nothing but hand me the new phone and some off the wall instructions on how to transfer data from my old Phone to the new one. Their technical expert could not even connect my old phone to WIFI at their store.Anthony took care of everything in 10 minutes with a great smile. I as a business owner love to see employees like him who take ownership of their job and deliver good old fashion service and great attitude.

The workers are rude ! Just waking right in front of you without saying excuse me. They have a waiting list for no reason . No way !!! you should be waiting 20 min for a mistake they made themselves . Don’t waste your time here .

Horrible customer service. Went in and had issues with my phone battery and without even pulling up my account, told me they would not be able to help. The sent me to the Apple store in Sacramento and I was going to be charged for a battery replacement. Thankfully my husband called Verizon and asked why my phone wasnt under warranty. He found out that if the store had taken the 5 seconds needed to pull up my account, that they could have taken care of things. Very disappointed with the lack of customer care. Will be making a phone call to the manager to iron things out. Its the only corporate store in Vacaville, so if you have to go, good luck.

I traded in my iPhone 6 during a promotion where you were promised $600 for trading in for a new iPhone 7/7+. The 7+ was on backorder so I decided to wait since it was a great deal. I had the employee inspect my phone to make sure it would qualify (I didnt get her name), and she told me it would be fine. After my 7+ arrived, I waited to bring in the 6 because they said I had 3 months to turn in the old device. When I restored my phone and brought it in for trade they told me it had water damage and was worth $0, and I had no options other than to buy a used iPhone 6 online that the little white sticker inside hadnt changed color. I have never dropped the phone in water, and everything still functions properly and is in fantastic shape. After speaking to customer service over the phone (they told me the same thing, Im screwed basically) they said that steam can cause the sticker to change color and indicate water damage. So basically because I must have kept my phone too close to the shower at least one time, now my $600 trade in is worth $0, and because they gave me 3 months to bring the trade, but only 14 days to return the new phone now there is nothing anyone can do to help me. I would have never purchased a $969 iPhone 7+ if I had know this was possible, as my iPhone 6 still works perfectly and other than the screen and camera, the phones are not that much different. Thanks for nothing Verizon.

Bought a new phone after wandering the store for fifteen minutes waiting on attention while salespeople just chatted amongst themselves. Then rushed out of the door with no operable phone - my existing one or new purchase - and locked out and not helped because they all wanted to go home on a Friday night.
I do like my general service from Verizon but trying to access your website is a nightmare of an event.Every time I try to get to the Verizon Wireless website, when I go directly to the site, it fails to open on my computer. Sometimes I am able to search for it through Google then click on Verizon to get to your site. Today, I have no success getting onto your website through any direction of the internet. Why is your website so hard to access?

Went in 5 times today, and I was told to go to Starbucks for WiFi and handed a piece of paper on how to “fix” the phone. Went over to AT and T and in 5 minutes they had it working. Horrible customer service at Verizon. Been a customer for almost 20 years until today when I finally had enough and walked away.

I had a very negative experience here. No one could figure out how to sync my e-mail to my phone, despite the fact that it had been done on many of my other phones. I spent two hours there before they just told me to call tech support. When I got home I was messing around with my phone and figured out how to sync the phone in about two minutes.
