First problem is you can never talk with a customer service agent without going through the robot system. Second, we you are able to speak with a live agent, all you get is a runaround. Third, because of problems with Xfinity Comcast a few months ago and being on the phone for two hours we were promised a $100.00 Visa Gift Card in the mail, and because my husband is a US RETIRED NAVY VETERAN we were also promised a $25.00 monthly discount on our Xfinity Comcast bill. That was (4) months ago, we only saw the discount one time. Now when I log into Google search for Xfinity Comcast, it shows a gift for a $109.00 Visa Gift Card, yet now Im told as of last night that its not relevant anymore. So as I finish, Dont trust the Xfinity Comcast agent when they promise you something over the phone, get it in writing. Xfinity Comcast are liars and they dont keep their promises.I was suppose to get a call but I guess as a Xfinity Comcast customer were not important.
Very disappointed in how the staff treats older customers so rudely even encouraging them to go elsewhere for cable or mobile service as it takes a little more patience and understanding
Incredibly surprised. Comcast is known for bad customer service, right? But I walked in with a broken modem cable that our new puppy bit through, thinking I would have to fight to get a new one and pay out the wazoo, but they took my old cable right inside the door, no questions asked, and brought me a new one within the minute. Amazing, thank you!
Good location, with an very clean, high-tech interior. The store manager greeted me, and we discussed my needs. He told me there were two customers ahead of me. And warned me it could take a few minutes before an agent could help me. After 10 mins he updated me on my status, and another 5 mins and I talked with an agent who moved my cell service from Verizon to Xfinity. It was a great experience.
I was really frustrated with Xfinity making a new email for everyone. I hated it. I came to the store to get a new email that I could understand and read properly. The lady that waited on me was awesome she needs a raise. She was very patient with me and she could tell that I was not happy with the new email that came on Comcast. She fixed it so I have an email equivalent to the one that I used to have and I cant thank her enough. She went out of her way to make me happy. Excellent employee

If you like trips to the DMV then this is the place for you! Long wait with employees taking their sweet time not caring that their store is full of waiting customers. Oh and although masks arent mandatory, they will make you wear one, vaccinated or not. Terrible customer service, cant wait until sonic internet makes its way out here😤
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I cant stress this enough. Otherwise be prepared to waste a half of your day waiting. Even with an appointment you may have to wait a little bit, but much better than the usual 1 to 1 1/2 hours .
Customer service was so good. Its refreshing to know you will be treated well in these times when people are just so stressed out. You cant help but catch the joy in that store.

Its less a problem of the store and more just an overall problem of Comcast in general. Although they started requiring masks for everyone even though the county doesnt. The guy helping me was near silent the whole time. I left out of anger before I could get the service I needed.

Waste of time. Had to wait in line to check in with the first employee just to wait in line again even though I told them all I needed to do was drop off a broken wifi router. 20 minutes and 3 employees later, finally get someone to scan the router and print a receipt.If the first guy could have scanned the thing you wouldnt have a room full of angry former customers.
There is bad service then there’s Xfinity.Stay away from this company. Horrible mobile service.The phone connection is horrible, I regret switching from a different company to save $20 a month.

Today I went to exchange my old internet box to a more updated box. I checked in at the door and the nice lady told me there were 16 people in front of me. They would text me when Im closer to the top. An hour and 30 minutes later they called me. An exchange of equipment took all of 5 minutes. They need a new system because that was ridiculous. The customer service was great is the long wait that was frustrating.
Long wait for what seemed no reason - OPEN your doors for the customers and allow customers to social distance like adults!! Prices way too high!! At least the person whi assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable!!
Not busy but had to wait almost an hour just to drop off their modem. No queues because I even got in before the guy who was waiting there for an hour and I felt bad.
Went by to drop off my cable box because I canceled my cable service. I walked up to the door and was greater by a younger guy, instead of saying a hello or how are you, he greets me with do you have an appointment? I reply no and then he proceeds to ask me my number and name....real high quality customer service at this place I can already tell...I already cancelled the service online but was told by the xfinity staff here that I had to wait in the que to return my box and that it was going to be a while. I asked even to return a box? And the guy at door said yea you need to sign some things irritated with this place I decided to drive to Davis where I was greeted with friendly staff and proceeded to give my Cable box back and get a receipt WITH NO SIGNATURE needed and go on with my cable free day. Something that took less than two minutes and that could have been done at the xfinity door.Customer service at this place has really gone down. They really need to work on their system at this store, having lines of people waiting outside their store is not safe and is poor customer service. Maybe thats why they decided to have a store thats next to a giant parking lot?I highly recommend getting rid of cable, Im saving $750 a year by using Sling TV. There are other streaming options out there that are also cheaper such as hulu and YouTube tv. Xfinity keeps raising their prices but not improving their services. I highly recommend going to Davis xfinity if you really have to go to a xfinity store. Otherwise be prepared to wait a while
It took me two hours to return a modem and my service was already canceled. There was no attempt by the employees to speed the process or triage the customers. Once I complained the second time I was done with my transaction within 3 minutes. I’m glad to be done with this company.
I went to this xfinity location to return a cable box and modem - should be simple right - not even close LaShone greeted me at the door and told me there were two people ahead of me - i glanced inside the store and saw one xfinity employee helping a customer and the other browsing the internet - when i checked back in with Lashone - i was suddenly 5th in line - she had zero explanation for this - she literally did only one thing - hold an ipad and check people in - I asked her why she couldnt also take returns of equipment and she claimed she wasnt trained for this task - Painful to hear and painful to see her complete lack of understanding - AVOID THIS LOCATION and these poorly trained employees

But i went back to the lady at the door I think her name was Kae, sweetest thing ever, she took time out to assist me and i didnt have to install another app. the guy who originally helped me didnt care if I was there or not, i was a bit stressed, he said I dont have to install this app if I dont want to!! not helpful at all!!! But thanks to the lady at the door this evening I wanna say Kae not sure though you rock thank you so much. You and you alone are the only reason Im giving 5 stars. No one knows what is going on. The customer service people say one thing then give you something completely different on the contract. My bill went up without any notice and they cant tell me why I wasnt notified before hand. If you like spending a couple hours trying to resolve a simple issue then this is the place for you.

This place is like the Comcast store to end all stores! It has all the devices available for you to look at and find out information. The people are quick to help and nice as well. Its not a run down whole in the wall or a dank dark office building, you almost want a reason to go back. If youve ever had trouble with Comcast on the phone this is the antithesis of that experience!

THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER, so getting parts, service etc. requires a physical trip into the store! Xfinity Wireless may be cheap, but apparently thats because they know what their product is worth. Couldnt recommend to anyone!!!

Customer service sucks!!! Waiting 20 minutes or more to swap out a cable box is under acceptable. You pay an arm and a leg for cable and waiting to drop off equipment or exchange equipment is like paying again. There should be different lines for the various services, especially on a Saturday!!

Excelent customer service. Wait time was a lot shorter than thought to be. And everyhtning was laid out for us to see so when it came time for questions, we had very few.

I love it here because this is my first time paying a bill in the store and I walked in and both people were with a customer so I thought I was going to have to wait hecka long and she stopped what she was doing and was like Excuse Me Miss you could just go over there and pay your bill and I was like awesome I was in and out I just had to go to one ittle kiosk pay my bill and I was out i didnt have to deal with anybody to do anything it was just as fast as paying with my card but you actually have to get out of your car and go in but I thought it was pretty cool and easy
People are nice, they try to be helpful. But it is Comcast. This store is better than most.
Every time I have to go to this place, there is always a wait. Their seems to be plenty of staff, but they all lack some sense of urgency, so interactions take forever. There is no streamlined system for triaging clients. Most of the time I just need to swap equipment out which takes all of 3 minutes, but wait 45 minutes just to get to that point. Just call and fix your stuff on the phone and take these lazy unmotivated peoples paychecks away.

Waited for more than 20 minutes just to turn in extra equipment. Six people ahead of me and all customer service Representatives were having a personal conversation with her customer and another rep was doing something on his computer when he should have been helping someone. I finally had to leave. I drove 12 miles to get there. Worse trip to Comcast that I ever had. Sorry you get a bad review this time
The store is nice however it seems to be inefficient when It comes to helping customers. One person to check you in and 2people to help the guest is not the best strategy when its a busy Saturday afternoon.

Services Techs stood us up twice in a row! The tech scheduled for today blatantly LIED saying that he called and showed up! Neither of which happened. Their call center is in TX, we are in CA, making them useless to ensure that a tech actually shows up to the appointment!

We went here because our ATT bill was going up almost $50! Ends up, Comcast gouges new/existing customers just the same. So we went back to ATT with our daughter and she explained to them our situation. Elder, retired, one paycheck, etc. ATT actually listened and got us under $100 and we now receive more stations than before.
They closed the office in my home town and opened this new one and to cover the extra experience of new store they raise the price and took away the channels I watch regularly very disappointed with this service. Getting ready to go to alternative source for tv. Might even switch internet soon as well

They were charging my wife $120 for LOCAL channels and an extra 30 for a foriegn language channel!A technician diconnected my internet because my neighbor wanted Comcast, but the poor lad had no idea which cable went to what house. So, he disconnected mine.knocking out my internet.And off he wentWhen i called tech support, I was directed to tech support in the Philippines. After expressing my displeasure, i clearly heard one of the tech support experts to just hang it up or let me talk then hang up- in Tagalog.Unfortunately for them, I understood the conversation.I asked to be transferred to an American, which they did.When I again expressed my displeasure, the lass told me that there is always a Library ir Starbucks where I can go to surf the web!You lost a customer NBC. Never again COMCAST. I would rather watch a dog take a sh!t before I sign up for any COMCAST/NBC product.
