Horrible! He will tell you anything to get your money but its all talk! For a new business in a competitive market, he should stand behind the guarantee. Dont waste your money! Run to any other carriers. He needs a lesson on customer service. He wanted 100. For insurance claim. I called the corporate office and to file a claim was 20. HE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. If i had to call the corporate office to resolve this, guess what he will do to someone who doesnt call the corporate office. Hold on tight to your $$$
