From manicures to color, I have had nearly all the services they offer and enjoyed each experience. I wouldnt trust my hair,skin or nails to anyone else.

Friendly and courteous great products. I had very nice hair cuts hair treatments that have restored luster to my dried up hair. They have knowledge of how to deal with thinning hair. I do wish they had internet. They also listen to the customer and they dont imply or push.

So today I called to make an appointment for a cut and wash. I was trying to see if a stylist was available for 130pm. Unfortunately not. Asked if I can push for a 1pm. I said sure! I arrive at 1245pm. Susan was busy with a customer. 10 minutes later she checked me in and alerted the stylist that I was here. 2 stylist doing absolutely nothing and its 20 minutes past my appointment. Bad customer service! I walked out. I dont understand how a 130pm appointment wasnt available when I waited till 120pm. Absolutely horrible!

Super hard to navigate around. No price checkers except at register so you have to do wait in huge lines just to get a price. Associates are rude, and not knowledgeable. Prices are high even on clearance. Coupon exclusions are so thick, you literally cant find anything to use them on. Will not return

Said they closed at 7 on their website. Got there at 6:05 to see they had went home. Guy at JCP said they leave at random hours. Couldn’t believe someone would run a business like that.

Receptionist was rude!
