Waste of time going, for my Uncle. He was having trouble. They said his phone basically was a paper weight. He only had it 2 months. Came back to my house and my husband fixed it in afew house. People these days. Come on really.

I started with a phone call to this location, asked about the Iphone SE, and was told it comes with a charger wire, and a headset. I get to the location, I like the phone, black, good price, Cristina the manager (?) rings it up, all good, except there is no headset, I told her, I was promised a headset and her response is, ( this one) doesnt have one in the box, I explained to her what i was told over the phone and her response is, would you like to return it? Of course less the $25 upgrade fee. She was indifferent to my complaint, offered no solution, and was unbothered that I was lied to. My rating would be a 5 if I received what I was promised over the phone, to the positive the phone is great from the price, the customer service is a zero, it seemed like a standard bait and switch.Beware you all, make sure you get whats promised BEFORE YOU run the charge. Today 1/6/21, more surprises from this store, my monthly bill went from $35 to $46, for 2 reasons, first the manager Christina added insurance to my bill, which I never requested or wanted, then refused to remove it claiming the first month is free, yet I was charged $4.03, also she didnt give me credit for auto pay -$5 monthly, my experience with this manager was an example of how NOT to provide customer service, I will never go back to this store, and I will not search for a new phone service, no one with this company has offered to make this right, buyer beware.

The girl working assured me the new phone I bought had the features I was looking for and when I called to ask for help she couldnt tell me how to find the feature. NFC. I called another cricket store and they told me none of the phones are equipped with this. I wouldnt have spent the $300+ dollars if I had known.... Not happy.

They didnt take much time setting up the phone I bought, but I know a lot about phones and other electronics, most likely more than they do. I bought a great phone so I will let em off easy.

Jimmy & Abraham couldnt have been more helpful. They managed to get my contacts, and other info, transferred from my I iPhone to my new android, which I certainly couldnt do myself. They spent quite a lot of time explaining how the phones work. I would recommend them to everyone.

My phone quit charging I took it down there to him and they said I needed a new phone so I purchase a new phone then they said they couldnt finish transferring the data because the battery is too low so I took my phone to a repair shop they said the charger works fine the phone was $300 and they did not have a case for the phone I purchased the screensaver they said it was guaranteed the day or so later I dropped the phone and it cracked and I called them and they said you had to register it online which they did not tell me when I bought it so then I went back to have them transfer the data the sales person had an attitude about it he told me I had to call customer service I called customer service and once I finally got a person he just put me on hold and they could not do that but they had told me they would do it when I spent $300 buying the phone so do not buy anything from the store the customer service is terrible and as soon as they get your money they are going to be done with you

They are always out of inventory. And this is the only one in Vero beach. Sale ppl are nice but store sucks on having what you need.

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS I WOULD HAVE!! This Cricket location is a RIPOFF! They buy $5 accessories off Amazon and try to upsell them for $25-$30. Then they turn around and say Ill give you a deal, and sell it to you for $20. Theyll sign you up for stuff you didnt agree too. **BEWARE OF AUTOPAY.** And if you try to get a free phone on the $30 plan theyll try to talk you out of it. Their all about trying to get their numbers. YOUR BETTER OFF ORDERING YOUR STUFF OFF THE CRICKET WEBSITE. BOTTOM LINE THIS CRICKET LOCATION IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!**And Half the reviews that are on here come from employees or previous employees.**

Ive been with cricket for a while now and every time Ive used this location the staff was very helpful and friendly. The store itself is very clean and Ive never felt uncomfortable or out of place there.

Have had cricket for three years with no problem

I switched to Cricket about a month ago. When the big guy set my phone up, Jimmie is his name I believe, he asked if I wanted to enroll in AutoPay? I replied No. So three days before my first bill was actually due, I received a text saying my autopay would be processed the next day!! I was confused because I know for sure I told him no! I logged into my account, and low and behold a Mastercard ending in 7767 is registered to my account! I have no idea who this Mastercard belongs to, but its definitely not mine!! Im baffled and terribly upset. I wont be going back there anytime soon. If their handing out false card number, I could only imagine what else is going on under cover there!! CROOKED CRICKET...
