Dont let the FEW high reviews persuade you go to here. The manager, Patrick, does not quite know how to run a business. Very poor customer service skills, and even lied directly to me. How can we trust you to work on our vehicles when you lie? Clearly doesnt care about the customer. Very disappointed. Made dealer service centers look golden. Look elsewhere before you settle.

I went to this goodyear Monday after work because my car battery was sitting on top of the stick to check my transmission fluid and i couldnt check it myself I offered to pay the worker for his services, within two minutes he said he had checked my transmission fluid which i knew was impossible. I took my car to express and they checked my car and there was absolutely no transmission fluid in my car. All he had to say is he didnt want to do it instead of lying to me Id never take my car to this place to get serviced!

My car began to over heat on the way to the doctors. Lucky enough I was right next to this good so I could pull in. I was frantic and upset because I already wasnt feeling well. They told me that their mechanic couldnt look at it until he got back from lunch, which was fine. I just didnt want to be stranded there. Someone came out and looked at my car and comfort me. I was able to get a ride to the doctors and they took care of my car! Really great experience. Will definitely do more business with them.

My tire went flat this morning on the way to my children’s school. I stopped in here with my infant in tow, hoping they could square it away in the 3 hours before I had to pick my children back up. They repaired it and had me back on the road quickly and were so kind, personable and professional. Truly turned a crummy morning around. They are wonderful!

Wonderful store. I always have an easy experience here. When I thought certain maintenance was due sooner the guys there reminded me I havent gotten the mileage yet. When they found something they couldnt fix they referred me a great auto shop. I always go to these guys for my oil changes.

This Goodyear location is excellent in both customer service and customer relations. The Manager, Rick, is always professional and honest with giving advice and recommendations. He is conscientious and concerned that the customer is given the best quality service and attention. All three of our family vehicles have gotten tires and repair work that is of the highest quality. After 4+ years of service, I highly recommend this Goodyear location to ANYONE looking for trustworthy care and dependable service.

Quality work! After having my tires balanced at a Goodyear in Atlanta three times over 3 weeks, I realized on my way to Birmingham that they still werent balanced. As soon as I got to town I stopped at the Vestavia Goodyear and they balanced them for free AND successfully. I had a smooth drive back to Atlanta.

We have taken our cars to this Goodyear for 20+ years. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and fast. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent store. Rick is very professional and the store is very honest. I did my tire change two years ago. It turned out that their tires are of high quality. After more then 2 years, the tire only have a little bit worn out. My wife and I have our tires fixed because of road hazard free! And they gave my wife free air pump because she was not handy enough to help herself.

The guys up front were very friendly but wanted to charge me $70 to replace one headlight. I’m sure it wasn’t them, Goodyear is just a huge chain and that’s par for the course. So I went somewhere locally owned and they did it all for $30. Save your money!

While driving alone with my dog to Atlanta my tire light came on to indicate low pressure & I was afraid I had a nail or something in my tire. I called my husband & he directed me to this Goodyear Tire store in Birmingham. He called them to tell them the situation & they were expecting me. When I arrived I had the pleasure of meeting Ben. He was so kind & professional & came right out to inspect my tire & access the problem. Thankfully, it only needed air & Ben took care of that & reset my indicator light. He even walked me to find a grassy spot for my dog! There was no charge & I was safely on my way! I was so thankful for the great service & care I received at this Goodyear Tire store!

Told them to replace the front tires. DID NOT INSTRUCT THEM TO MOVE THE REAR ONES TO FRONT. Afterwards I discovered they placed BRAND new tires on rear. (The better tread should be on the front) was told policy to put BRAND new tires on rear. That is bogus dribble. Now I have to go else where to put correct tires in correct position Wasted time and energy

I needed air in one of my tires and they put air in all of them without asking for payment. Would definitely recommend

This is a great service center and Im very thankful for their superb work. I was able to get my car Lyft certified after this place was honest and fair with me on getting my Prius vehicle safety inspection. Their prices were were very fair and lowest in town. I had trouble at other service centers, but not here. They did the work very quickly and efficiently.The place is very clean and well ran. Thanks to Danny and his excellent customer service I was able to get back on the road with full confidence. I highly recommend this tire shop.

They fixed my flat for free. I didnt expect it so it was a nice surprise. The guy working at the front will not answer any of your direct questions though. Its almost like hes trained to avoid a stright answer.

It was okay as I was quoted a discounted price with $5. off for ladies day then after taxes it was just as high as any other place I called original quote. Just be straight with me.

Took the time to really look at my brakes to figure out what was wrong (warped caliper pins). They have my business from now on. Great business, great guys.
