Manager Johnny went Above and Beyond to make sure I got the right deal. I had T-Mobile and their service was... ahem... really bad. I tried two times to get ported over to Verizon (online and in-store). Third time, Johnny worked it through. Very dedicated to the customer. Kudos!!

Great staff. Shannon made upgrading to a iPhone 13 pro a very pleasant experience. Her manager was excellent too and lead well by example.

Excellent customer service! Johnny was the only representative in the store and I was impressed with how well he could multi task amongst various customers (there was a total of three customers including myself when I arrived and we all came arrived around the same time). I was on the phone for over a half hour waiting for sprint to answer so I can get my account number to do a port in, so I was able to see Johnny work with even more customers. Johnny was consistently friendly and personable with every customer he encountered, even those who were a bit more difficult (I witness him work with an elderly man who didn’t understand the difference between a sales rep and technical support). Johnny sincerely goes over and beyond for all of his customers.

The host was great. He also had an assortment of supplies (tissues & hand sanitizer) in support of containing the spread of this pandemic. He also encouraged a minimum 6 working distance and the consistent wearing of face masks. All my problems were resolved as well as providing contact information for an anticipated need. Great service from start to finish. Also dealt well with having multiple customers.

Pretty great experience overall. Johnny gives it to you straight, no hidden fees or any shady maneuvers. Real nice guy and quite knowledgeable with any tech questions you may have as well. Store was clean, friendly staff, and the whole process was fast considering they had to order my model first!

Don’t waste your time here, I’ve been to this store a couple times now and every time I leave in disappointment. Today I call and ask for a certain area code and they say no problem so I make the journey down there only to find out they’re happy to sell you a phone the you need to deal with Verizon and pay their fees to change your number the the desired area code! Why not just tell me before hand.....Every time I’ve been there it’s always something......

This was one of the best verizon stores we been to most of the phones on display are in store and some most be ordered. They give you your option of what phones you can buy with a small 2-3 paper booklet. Im going back every time I need help.
