Wow these guys are great! When I had questions they took me in the garage and showed and explained everything to me! Thanks so much for helping me understand my vehicle better! They did my oil change, the undercoating as well as an inspection. It was very detailed and told me what I had to do to get it ready to inspect as well as gave me options and quotes on several different tires. Not to mention the car wash with the undercarriage spray is killer for praying off the salt from the winter roads. Thanks so much guys!

Kennebec Auto Service was able to get me in last minute for an inspection. When my car failed, Shane took the time to explain to me and show me what was wrong with the car. He then called to make sure all parts could be shipped next day and the team was able to service my car over the weekend. They provided great customer service and follow up. If you go in for an oil change theyll find about 12 different things wrong with your car and then you take it to the dealer and the dealer is like theres nothing wrong but the car wash is awesome I have kind of a long story that goes with my review to make a long story short went in for an oil change they said the serpentine belt was bad then they messed up a bunch of stuff had my car about 3 days thats just my experience

When their was a misunderstanding with a charge at the washthey got right back to me

He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and privy to the trucks progress. I have never trusted a shop more than this one. They offer exceptional service, very fair pricing, and are always warm and welcoming when I stop in. I have had terrible experiences with other shops in the past and I am so glad to have found these guys. They are not condescending and they take the time to really explain everything as needed. I really appreciate that they always call and talk to me if they find an issue before they go ahead and do something about it. 5 stars for sure.

Remarkably affordable and excellent service for my exotic automobile. Chet and his team do the service and repairs on my Aston Martin and also on my wifes Porsche when most other shops wont even consider working on them. The work is always done correctly, timely and at reasonable prices.

I usually can use my debit card in the car wash. But, it was layered in a thin coat of ice. Still got a good wash for little money.

A great experience every time. If you lose any money in their machines they will refund it to you, just stop by when the garage is open.

After calling 20 rival places, this shop was the first to fit me in on a short notice, and I had a short wait during my visit. I was treated with respect, and will likely return in the future.
