Bought my car a few weeks ago from Auto House and my air conditioner was not working, I went to see Tom and he ordered the part and got it fixed the Next day! Auto house is very professional with great service. Very happy with my purchase.
I purchased a 2008 Subaru outback and a day later felt @ heard some clunking. Called Auto House and they were quick to address the issue and ended up replacing the entire transmission! My 1st thought when I noticed the issue was that I was going to be stuck with a very large bill, but they stepped up to the plate and addressed the problem face on and really impressed me with their promptness. I will DEFINITELY use Auto House in the future.
Dont make a special trip to come look at any vehicles at this dealership!! I have been looking at the Celica they had. Called a couple of times about it. Today my wife and I decided to make the 2 1/2 hour ride (on my motorcycle) to go look at it. We called and they said they had it. I explained that I was coming from a distance away and I would be there in 2 1/2 hours. He said he would hold it for me. About 2 1/2 hours later I arrived to find that someone else was in the office purchasing that same vehicle! The employee (owner?) told me that he forgot I was coming (even though I had spoken with him less that 3 hours earlier!! ). He did give me his sincere apology, however, like the other person who gave a 1 star review, it was a complete waste of time!! I understand you are going to sell first come, first serve, however, when a person is traveling for 5 hours round trip, you at least owe them the common courtesy of honoring your word!
I feel bad that Charlie made a 2 1/2 hour trip to purchase the Celica and then had to drive home 2 1/2 hours. Charlie, sometimes things happen for a reason… I am the woman that purchased the Celica. Fabulous car… But now has an issue...and not a small one. It’s a $5000 car… They can have issues. My experience with Auto House was great. I would recommend Auto House to anybody. Just be realistic about what you’re buying.

I purchased a 2012 E-250 cargo van from Auto House this past week for my business. The price was reasonable and it came with a drop down ladder rack, Weather Guard shelving units, and a trailer hitch. Tom was very easy to work with and the whole buying process was very efficient. I would buy from Tom again.

These guys are solid went and got a truck, left the parking lot extremely happy and later that night i heard a noise... 😒 So doing like anyone would I took it back and they looked at it fixed my problem for free and now she runs like brand new!!! So i give them a 10 out of 10

Bought a 2012 chrysler 200 here about a month ago....these guys told us that the only thing it may need is breaks....well we took it to the shop, and AFTER $1700 LATER--master cylinder, breaks, rotars, calipers, ball joints-- i now have to replace the alternator!! GIVE ME A BREAK!! A car that cost me $4700 will now cost me much more. They sold me an unreliable car that honestly would have fallen apart at any moment, if we had not taken it in when we did.If they would have been honest from the start,i would have given this a much different review.... save yourself the time, and money...Shop else where
I personally had a great experience. After negotiating, we came to a price that was right in the middle of the KGB suggested value of the car I bought. Now I have a reliable car, and I must say that I left very satisfied.
I stopped in to look at a 2010 Toyota Corolla S. I was told that the car was immaculate and it was definitely not. It looked like the car was in a front-end Collision of some sort. Both front and back bumpers were repeated terribly! And there was overspray all over the place. They were firm on their selling price.

My fiancee went in look and test drove a vehicle got the finace for it only to have them sell it right from under him all this happend in a matter of two days. There was no communication whats so ever. If I could give this no stars I would if your traveling far to see one of there cars be careful its not worth the trip for these people to sell cars and not communicate that they did so. Complete waste of our time and the time off of work for both of us.
Had my friend go check out a car for me and he said it was in good shape so we went the following day to look at it together with my girlfriend. Ended up buying the vehicle at a decent price too. My girlfriend is happy with her purchase.
They are not friendly at all. The owner lied to us several times. We didnt say nothing but He said that he is in great standing with better business Bureau. That was a complete lie because the Better Business Bureau called us and told us that it was a lie. There many complaints about this place. We bought our car but wont recommend this place at all

Purchased a truck from them. Truck in great shape for the age and priced pretty well. Had a small issue after purchased, so I called and they promised they’d fix it for me. Took it back and it took couple tries to nail the issue down, but they fixed it for me free of charge. Honest guys and they seemed to really care about me having a good experience with the purchase. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I bought a 2003 jeep liberty for my daughter. They were very pleasant to work with and the transaction went very smoothly. After having the car for a week, and only driving it once, it began to leak fluid. I called Auto House, and they were able to look at the car the next day. They replaced the radiator without any charges. They were fantastic. Dont believe the negative reviews! Auto House was very responsive and helpful.
Rented a U-Haul trailer here and experience was wonderful. They were prompt, courteous, and very efficient at getting me in and out. I would recommend that anyone needing a U-Haul consult Autohouse Waukesha.

Not sure how this place has any 5 star ratings. Must be the Uhaul part because their customer service to my Daughter was terrible!! She purchased a vehicle there and has been shunned since the problems started with it. Definitely would not recommend this place!!
I was looking for a dependable, affordable vehicle for my 16 year old son. I visited many car dealers and no one was as helpful and upfront as Tom at the Auto House in Waukesha. I was referred by a co-worker who said that they were very pleased with their purchase and felt they paid a fair price. When we purchased the vehicle, Tom was adamant that if we had any problems or concerns with the Jeep to call him. A month later we did just that when we had an issue and they got us in immediately and fixed the problem free of charge. And again when we left, Tom kindly reminded us to call again with any concerns. What GREAT customer service!!! The BBB gives the Auto House an A+ for a reason. Go check them out and you will see why!

This was the second time in a year that I needed to buy a car. Throughout these two purchases, I went to close to 10 different dealerships and talked to as many sales people. The experience at Auto House was very relaxed and hands off. Tom will let you know that he has 20+ years of experience selling cars but he is a fair individual in the negotiation for the vehicle.When I made the decision to buy my Subaru from here, I asked them to align the wheels as the car was pulling to the right quite a bit. They performed this alignment without asking any questions and at no cost to me. When I drove the car off the lot and for the next week or so, I noticed that there was still a pull in the cars steering but this time to the left. I called Auto House, told them this, and they asked me to bring the car in.After inspecting it, they found that there were a couple of weak stabilizers which cause the cars alignment to not hold very well. I think that other used car salesmen wouldve said You bought a used car. Thats the risk you run. Too bad, so sad. Auto House did not. They took the time to order the parts to replace the stabilizers so that I got what I was expecting. When the parts came in, they replaced them and ran an alignment again at no additional cost. They stood next to their product when they didnt necessarily have to.UPDATE June 2018:Ive had issues with this car out the wazoo. I had to get all brake pads and rotors replaced as well as 1 caliper about a month after writing this post. Now, about 4 months after writing this post, Im finding out from my mechanic that the timing belt needs to be replaced (he said shouldnt have been an issue) and all 4 of my tires have dry rot and need to be replaced. All in, since Ive written the original review 4 months ago, Im looking at $2000+ in repairs. My original opinion of charm from Tom has degraded to disdain at the least.They claim that they put every car they get through a very thorough review to know what they have. Well, they had a lemon in my case and, if they inspect every car as well as they say they do, they knew it was a lemon.
I dont know how they are with car repair or was selling used cars. I went there to rent a U-Haul truck and I have to say it was a good experience. But thats all I can say
I have no idea how this place can get so many 5 Star ratings.We bought a truck from them a month ago and its been nothing but issues since we paid for it. Within 10 days of buying the truck the check engine light came on, the a/c went out, the wiring doesnt work for trailer hook ups and the alignment is off. We tried to work with Tom and his sidekick salesman and got no where. We decided to pay a reputable company to fix their problems as we didnt have the time deal with the constant roadblocks they put up.The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and not helpful, Tom ignores you except when hes getting a check and the other salesman stands around with his hands in his pocket telling us to talk to Tom.Take my advice, avoid the trouble and look elsewhere.

We were really grateful that they were available despite it being a holiday weekend, and will definitely rent from here again in the future.

No one came to help us even when we were the only ones in the lot until we asked for him to come help us. I bought a 2001 Impala from Auto House in July of 2012. The car had brand new tires, brand new brakes, and appeared to run very well on the test drive. One month later the catalityc converted clogged shut leaving the car undrivable, as well as the ABS becoming non-functional. Not long after this the waterpump failed as well, along with many other components in the years since. I love the car, but seek another dealership to buy from.
Gentleman that works there set up financing and sent out it to get approved, we came back the next day and the truck was sold. Kind of terrible to have a hard hit on your credit for a vehicle you cant even buy. Sold it out from underneath us

My 18 year old son a Ford F150 back in January 2013. This truck has cost him about $5000.00 since he bought it, new brakes, new transmission and now the rear end is going out on it and he still owes about $3000.00. We will never shop through you again nor will we recommend you to anyone!!! The kid is just starting out and was totally screwed on his first vehicle purchase!!! Your dealership should be ashamed to sell such vehicles..... After reading other reviews its obvious that you lie, the one person you told you dont do carfax reports? When my husband asked for the carfax report you told him that the computer was down. We just tried to get rid of the piece and found out that there was an airbag deploy on it - nobody will give him anything for it!!!!!
If you go in for just a oil change they (as in a group of men together) will very aggressively try to get you to buy other services as well. You car needs a new oil filter, it has to get its tires rotated, and blah blah blah.They get you in by trying to sell common services for cheap like a oil change for $15/$16 on their signs but in fact will try to sell you for quite a bit more & wont get off your back till you buy in.Theyre quite slow in service as normally theyve almost always only got one guy in the back doing the work.This place isnt worth any service by any stretch of the imagination.

Just picked up the car from the dealership and had trouble but they where very quick and helpful taking care of the problem.
