The gentleman was very knowledgeable & explained everything they could & could not do to fix my phone. It took longer than expected but they communicated that & why. Considering my phone is still not great these guys were excellent at what they do AND customer service. I plan on bringing in my older laptop to get it updated & cleaned up. Would definitely recommend.

My iPad screen cracked and I search the nearest repair shop near me. I am glad CPR was the one that showed up because I got a quote online and after they repaired my iPad for me there were no hidden charges or extra charges everything is priced before the repair and thats what you pay. Fast and easy process. Will be taking future repairs to them again.

Im up in Rhinelander and the difference in service is immense. Ive dealt with three different computer services and all people were middle-aged smokers whose attitude was, yeah, Ill do it but youll have you wait.. CPR employees never talked down, explained concepts and hardware.

My cell phone needed to be replaced as quickly as possible so, I figured I would check out CPR. I have never done business with these folks before, but have passed by the downtown Wausau store location about a hundred times. I was very impressed! What a great staff! Steve was extremely patient as I hemmed and hawed about my new cell phone purchase and the various accessories to go along with the cell. Ian actually drove down to the store in Stevens Point to get the cell phone that I preferred. And, Ian was back to the Wausau store super fast! Stopped in to have my screen replaced. I selected this business because of all the positive ratings it had. I was not disappointed! The store manager, Steve did everything he could do to get my phone repaired that day. I was almost 2 hours from home. This was my first time at CPR. I needed the protective shield on my cell replaced. They didnt have the same one I had on my phone, but showed me a custom cut shield that should work equally well. They did a nice job of removing the old one and putting on the new one. Definitely will return.

My phone almost lost all Its pictures due to a Cracked screen that blacked out the LED panel. The staff here ordered a new screen that came within 2 days and had my pictures restored to my replacement phone within 2 hours. Very helpful given the stressful situation!

I recently got my iPhone 8 repaired here. For $130 I thought it was a steal. The quality of the screen isn’t the greatest And the color just isn’t very good. Also, my 3D Touch features are not great either. I hope I can get a better screen or else a refund, but other than that I recommend going to a certified Apple service shop such as (Geek Squad) to get your screen fixed.

Needed to replace a screen on an iPhone 6. A Google search found this place in Wausau. We spend most of our summer months in up north Wisconsin. Screens were in stock. Although I called before driving 1.75 hours, I could walk in and phone was ready in an hour. Courteous and professional attitude. Would definitely return.

Told by service representative they could fix my screen after I bought a aftermarket screen and explained it was only the screen and not the LCD backing that normally goes with it. Was told it was harder but that I should come in and they will let me know if they can do it. After I came in they acted like they would not ever touch or try and repair a phone without both components together as its too hard to fix. So 30 minute wasted drive for an answer i should of received over the phone as i stated exactly what they saw when i brought the phone in. Then on next breath they try to offer to buy the phone.I have a feeling thats why they falsely lured me into the store as i mentioned on the phone i had other phones and trying to fix the screens to sell them.Shady business practice. Be aware what your told if you have a longer drive to go in there.

Today I went here with my phone thinking there was no hope for it after a tea incident. A bit over an hour later left with it fixed at a reasonable price and it needed a new screen and connector. I was also shown other options just in case it wasnt fixable yet no way did I want to replace mine as am comfortable with it and normally careful. Originally I gave one star, but then the owner, Ian, reached out to me. He asked me to come back and he would personally take a look at my iPad to see if there was anything he could do. Two days later he had fixed my iPad completely. The screen got fixed, Ill give them that. However, I lost my Touch ID. I made my peace with that, but then I brought my iPad home and the battery wouldnt charge. Brought it back to CPR then had to wait almost a week for them to tell me that there is nothing they can do. I brought them an iPad with a broken screen and paid them $130 dollars for them to fix it, and I got back a paper weight that looks like an iPad. If I could give zero stars I would, but the least I can give is one star, which is more than they deserve.
