Every time I come into the store, I get the WORST service. I had the store manager (older white gentleman) as a sales rep for me once, and as soon as I bought the charm, I wanted to get out of there ASAP.. He didnt even want to show us the charms and he kept turning back and talking to other people. His personality along with his some of his staff make the whole experience the worst and it takes away from the sentiment of the jewelry pieces.

Cara, was very rude. I went in the store there was no line or anyone else at the store, when I walked in with my sister nobody greeted us. Instead, Cara told us next time when coming in the store to wait at the line to be called in, I then apologize as I acknowledge the store rules.I then asked her if she can clean my earrings and she seem bothered. She began to clean them in a forcefully, then when I got the earrings back there where not fully clean, I asked her if it was possible for her to re-clean them, she said; Due to covid-19 she is unable to clean them the way they would normally do it. I when on to continue to asked her “how they clean them”, every time I asked her a questions she seem bothered by my presences. I am a very respectful person, and I find it rude that Pandora would hired people that seems bothered by doing their job, this not only made me feel very uncomfortable but also made me not want to purchase anything or look around the store. I was with my sister and she even mention that she felt the rudeness. With the pandemic we are still going through people in sales should be a little more respectful and thankful for any customer that walks in there store to purchase. Overall, I still end up buying the cleaning kit, that she also forcefully did not want to show me or even pull the tablet to show me wants inside. That is not a way to sale a product the customer should not have to asked for a picture or to show them the product they are wanting to purchasing. Before all of this she I can’t open the kit it is just a brush and the liquid. When someone purchase something, they want to see what exactly they are purchasing.Will not be interested, in having Cara take care of me at this location again.
My partner and I went in late to look at rings, and it was an unpleasant experience. All the workers seemed like they were annoyed, bad humor, and sassy tones whenever we would ask a question. Our worst experience was with one of the ladies named Lynn. I would rather shop online than see these ladies again!
I bought my gf a necklace an some charms from pandora. Her necklace had broke an i can say the policy they have is amazing. She got a replacement necklace for free....BUT....it was the wrong one that was origanlly purchased. Pretty upset about that. Other than that its amazing fun jewelry for all ages!
My fiance and I went here to buy some Christmas gifts, and we were very impressed by their health safety measures and their quality of service. Keep up the good work.
This is the worst Pandora I’ve ever been to. The employees are extremely rude, talk down to you and don’t take accountability for the things they sell to you that go faulty. I came twice and had a terrible experience both times. Please hire new employees.
I now come monthly to get gifts for my girlfriend evert Pandora location has treated me right!

Im beginning to think if you are not white then your money doesnt count in this store. (MAYFAIR MALL)I watched the clerk tend to 3 white women that were together. As soon as they walked away my daughter, granddaughter and myself walked up to the counter the clerk walked off and she did not return, so after several minutes we left.I refuse to spend my hard earned money in this store or any Pandora for that matter. I dont even want any more Pandora and I am going tell everyone I know not to shop there because in this day and time that is ridiculous. Her job is to sell the merchandise and whether Im shopping or just looking it should not matter. We had planned on purchasing several items but guess what not anymore!
Went to the Mayfair Pandora Store twice this month because I was in the area and wanted to see new collections. I have over 500 charms and I am used to buying what I like. Bad service. They were checking out people on the showcases and no one could see the product. Also both times they we talking to personal friends and not even saying hi to anyone else.I had also taken a family member with me so we each could buy a couple new charms. Just let with nothing yesterday. So sad. I love Pandora jewelry.

I dont know what store these poeple were at? But the staff took there time we me and were very helpful. Everyone has questions before they buy, so if there in a hurry maybe come back when you get more time. Sarah is the the best. Ask for her she really helped me.
The lady who assisted me had no idea how to balance my bracelet. She said it was up to me how I wanted it. I thought the sales team was more knowledgeable in the past. What happened. Oh and one had on wrinkled clothes. Super tacky.

Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I came in just to get my rings and bracelet cleaned and I was told to come back later because they are too busy. I made a special trip to the mall just to get my jewelery cleaned and was turned away. I had to tell them I need to cleaned today for them to say to be to add myself to their wait list. Following that they skipped me several times and helped other customers. Finally they decided to help me and the woman who helped had an attitude problem and was the furthest thing from friendly. I wont be going back and I dont recommend anyone going there. They dont deserve good business until they decide to clean up their store associates attitude and poor customer service problem.
I think people who have a bad experience tend to jump right on and write a bad review. Well I just went there expecting the worst and it was just fine. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and helped me find what I needed right away among the hundreds and hundreds of tiny charms that they sell.
The people are friendly and helpful with a great selection of pandora charms, accessories and other items. Prices are fair and there are books you can look through to help you choose. I just dont like how white and bright the store itself is. It can be difficult to read engravings and the like with so much light glare.
My sister and I stopped in to look at rings. Not once did anyone say a single word to us. We were pretty excited to make a purchase, but we didn’t receive any service. All the employees just stood behind the counter talking to each other and ignoring us. It was very disappointing.

Tried to order and PAY for a Pandora Charm ONLY this store stocks because it is Disney. the Sales person was talking to me on what sounded like a speaker phone in the loud concourse and kept saying that I was breaking up. I yelled and said their was too much background noise and he said there was no background noise in his store. I will forgo this purchase as this customer service SUCKS

Very unfriendly staff. There was only one other customer who was being helped by three of the four staff members. No one would ask us if we needed assistance. When we finally asked, they were very rude.
They never answer their phone, I called non stop for about an hour just hoping someone would pick up but nope. Not one answer. I cant even get an answer about products, I will keep giving all my business to Bayshore and the outlet. Just ridiculous.
Me and my family have been in the store four different times and each time we have received terrible service. Often just being ignored and when we did receive service it was plan terrible. We will never be going into this store again.
