They took me in exactly when I was scheduled & teamed up to get my 4 tires & alignment knocked out efficiently as a single unit. That as well included a newly hired technician that was being trained. So no complaints from this satisfied customer.

Friendly helpful staff. I purchased Firestone Weather Grip tires just days before hurricane Ida and and gave the tires the ultimate wet weather test. I drove home during the peak of the storm when it was raining over 1.5 per hour and I never hydro planed during the 1.5 hour drive. They are excellent tires and have amazing grip.

Please take your car anywhere BUT the West Chester location. Not only did they put the wrong size tires on my car, they did work to my car without authorization that more than likely caused more damage than good. I drove my car to the shop and they called me THREE DAYS LATER asking to get it towed...I am now waiting for my vehicle to get assessed for the work that they did. Please save your time and energy. Poor leadership, poor excuses, poor job all around. Waiting to hear back from Corporate about the claim I filed..

I asked to have an oil change and a tire rotation. They called me back saying that the oil was changed and that they inspected the tires and they did not need to be rotated. I really appreciate the honesty because they could have easily charged me without actually rotating them or rotating them anyway regardless of their condition. They also inspected my brakes without me asking and said they looked fine. I sincerely appreciate the honesty, theyve earned my trust!

The staff at Firestone were friendly, professional and helpful! Mike in particular was very responsive as we worked through some unexpected issues with my vehicle. He made sure I understood the repairs that I needed and even though I eventually had to take it to the dealership, I would 100% come back here and reccomend it to others!

Just drove home after getting my first alignment from their lifetime alignment program, and my truck is driving better than it ever has since I got it 6 months ago. Good customer service, was able to schedule same day and didnt have to wait around for too long while it got aligned. They also had coffee at the store which is a huge plus for me. I highly recommend this shop, at least for alignments.

Just had my daughters car inspected and they gave me a quote of $2900 to fix it. Took it to another local shop and they charged me $800 for the same job. They used to be great years ago but all the staff has changed and not as good. Sad.

The Firestone in West Chester is the best! The team is always informative and honest. They show you the problem and offer the best solution. Love how they always offer coupons! I have been taking all my cars here since the 1990s. The staff may change but the customer service and dedication always remains the same.

I called and David listened to my concerns and he allowed me to be fit in immediately. Jake was helpful at the desk and made the transaction very easy. Being away from home it was great to see the service transcends state borders and I will use them again.

Best communication and service

Got an oil change and state inspection, was informed that all four tires will not make it to the winter, but I just paid $1000 in the beginning of November for them at Firestone. All they could say is that there was uneven wear on each if them, which was strange since the mileage between Nov and may/June was so low and wanted to sell me an alignment and balancing.

Service team went above and beyond, including their integrity about the potential battery problem. Another company diagnosed that a battery replacement was needed. I decided to get a second opinion at Firestone. Glad that I did - battery charge is fine! They also checked my alternator charge and checked tire air pressure - all OK. All done with friendly, courteous service and a pleasant, warm wait.

Great place to get your car worked on. Personable and honest sales guys. And highly skilled techs in the shop. Go with confidence, recommend appointments they dont rush through the work it gets done rite.

My loyalty is not considered anymore. New management and new front desk employees.Ive been coming to this location for over 11 years, I used ( in the past, not anymore) to get a real complete courtesy check during the 3-months-window period prior my inspection stickers expires everytime I come for any scheduled maintenance. It used to be a win/win for both me and the store, the employee would do an unofficial complete inspection during an oil change and would tell me the estimate, if the car needed nothing I would know the charge prior to ordering the inspection. But now they dont want to to even look unless I ask for inspection which I have to pay for (pass or fail).

Had a tire patched here. Was told over the phone and then in writing that the front brake pads were critically in need of replacement. Later took it to my own trusted dealer and asked them to investigate. They reported the front pads were fine, possibly less than a year old. I didnt want to believe the misinformation was intentional, but upon comparing the two written reports from each business, I had to conclude it was. No one appreciates dishonest scare tactics. Patch was good and well priced as expected, but my business goes elsewhere.

Please do not trust this location. They tried telling me I needed $2500 work on my car and I got a second opinion and they saw nothing that deemed $2500 work. Also, the person to update me on my car was the tires sales manager. He also told me if my turbo fails, it can leave me stranded on the side of the road. Lynne Wood (Woody), Dan, and Mike are not trustful management whatsoever.

My dad reccomended them to me. Only complaint is I made an appointment to get 4 new tires and a state inspection a couple days ahead of time. I took my car in as soon as they opened and they assured me I would have my car back by 1pm that day. A couple hours after that I have not heard from them so I call and they tell me oh yeah, we only had three of those tires so we had to get one from the warehouse your car should be done in a couple hours. I think they do good work but to not even have the courtesy to call and say the messed up on inventory and its gonna take a little longer kind of makes me frustrated.

I’ll not recommend them at all. The manager have no clue of what he was talking about, he actually said that to me after he was saying my car failed safety inspection because “I have a spacer on my cats converter” This is the most stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. I asked for more details about that he said he have no clue he’s not a mechanic. This is the most unprofessional I’ve ever heard. Very unhelpful. Waste of time. Take ur car to someone who knows cars.

They refuse to diagnose a car properly. Went here twice and both times couldnt find out what the problem was just throw parts at the car until it works. Prices are fair but if its still broken who cares?

Only every have one state inspector given their location and size this is rediculous. Cant ever get my car inspected because of the queue that builds up as a result of this. I will take my business elsewhere.

Made online appointment. Got email confirmation. Showed up on time. They state that they cant honor appointment due to systems not taking to each other. Okay...wonderful process. They tell me they can get it in, but it will take a little longer. Beyond time promised, and car is still not in. Come on Firestone...fix your system and if you cant do that then at least be honest with customers. This is unacceptable!

NEVER EVER take your car here. i took my car to get an inspection and the person who worked on my car there told me that they didnt touch my engine after i had bought the car back to them a few minutes after taking it out on the road. my car started to misfire and the guy who worked on my car brushed me off. then i took it back a week later and had an appt and the guy treated me like i was some walk-in without an appt. he told me that he would get to my car when he can, when i had a freaking appt! now my car doesnt run because a few days after that the engine blew out and now it has these transmission problems which will cost $14k to fix. i NEVER had these issues before taking my car to firestone. this was my first time taking this car there.

Had to get two tires for my Scion TC had no problems toke 30 minutes at the most; will return for summer tires.

We called the West Chester Firestone shop to see if they fix tires as weve had a slow leak. They said yes and that we could come right up. When we got there the technician put the car on a lift and informed us that the tire has a nail in it. He then said he couldnt repair it because its against company policy to put a plug in a tire He told us we would have to buy a new tire! We felt like wed been deliberately conned. Needless to say we didnt buy a tire and left with no intention of ever returning. Ironically, we were looking at the tires and thinking of coming back to buy a set of tires in a few months. We will never give them our business after this experience. And Ill be sure to tell our friends.

I have been visiting Firestone for a few years now and have always been satisfied with their service and honesty.

They are going through a management change and the new management is obnoxious as hell. I feel bad for the good employees that have to put up with that nonsense.

I would never take a complex diagnosis problem to Firestone or any repair facility that works on multiple brands of cars. Yes you can get free ODDII engine diagnosis at Autozone or Advance Auto but they will start throwing parts at your problem. You can get the code read and call the dealer, they will tell you what the 3 most common causes are and what it will cost. The dealer has usually worked on so many of these cars they are actually CHEAPER since it takes them way less time to repair them.This shop has always been fair with me and I take all my cars there but use coupons and get routine maintenance done ( tire rotations, oil changes, alignments and if they find something major wrong, back it goes to the Honda dealer ( or I fix it myself)

Ive now been going to these guys for about 5 years. At first I just took in my 65 Austin Healey (as its pretty old and breaks down if it has to go more than a few miles), and they were great with it. Then, I convinced my wife to abandon the local Dodge dealer - where every oil change seemed to end up costing a $1000, and now we take our Subaru (except for warrantee work) and ML350 there as well.They are really great, really honest. Ask for Deep - hes veryy knowledgeable and helpful - but they are all good.

Yesterday was my first time going to this location. This will be my last time going there as well. I went there to get my winter tires installed on my Lexus RX350. They damaged one of my wheel lugnut/ stud and tried to charge me $225 to replace and not to mention they never called me and told me that they were having trouble getting it off instead they decided to stripped it. And then after the damage was done they decided to call me and blame that my dealership had done that when they rotate my tire last time.
