I can’t recommend this place enough. Every time I’ve needed something done with my tires it’s been a last minute situation and Tires Plus has helped me immediately every single time. The people are always so kind and helpful. I will definitely continue to take my car here.

I love the guys & gals at tires plus. They are thorough with their work, have integrity and do what they say they will do. They fix issues on the first try 99% of the time and the ones they don’t, they follow thru until the issue is resolved. They take good care of my college aged daughter as well. I have never had an issue with this branch of tires plus in West Chester!

Very nice people here, worker at the desk applied a coupon to my service. Wait time was not bad. I had a simple oil & filter change. A lot nicer than employees at Pepboys.

It was a chilly and cloudy Friday afternoon. The sky looked gloomy as me and my wife decided to venture into the bleak evening with the anticipation of having a date night. As we walked to the car the sky looked ominous maybe an omen to our impending peril. We drove to our destination and as my wife was using her impeccable skill in parking a wild curb jumped out bit her tire and ran away. The car was wounded,my wife was scared thinking that the perilous night would consume any hopes of a date night. We limped together to Tires Ect. lo and behold they were closed. The vehicle cried even more screaming dont drive me anymore you crazy people We limped her some more and came across a shining beacon TIRES PLUS which was OPEN. They rolled the limping vehicle into and gave her 2 new tires!I highly recommend.

I am from out of town and was here on business when my brakes started grinding. Called these folks at 3:45pm, and spoke with the cheerful and freindly Tatiana. She told me she would call around for parts and get back to me. Within 10 minutes,she called me back and told me she had found the parts.It is now 5:35pm and I am back on the road again. While I was waiting I checked with my dealer, and they quoted me a price that was $248 more tan Tires Plus...so yeah I highly recommendthem!

I had a check engine with code P0304. This means cylinder 4 has a misfire which I learnt before visiting them. TiresPlus charged 89.99 to run their advanced computer diagnostics and tell me the same. Their estimate and Parts cost is 10 times higher.Also their 9.99 car care package is a lie. Caught them as they didnt rotate my tires. Please Avoid.

They were very helpful. Teenage daughter hit a curb and spare was flat. Took the tire over on a Saturday morning and they took care of it right away. No waiting and fair price for an odd size tire.

Friendly and helpful. Also when you buy tires from there they do free tire rotations at any of their locations - doesn’t have to be at same store of original purchase.

Terrible experience. I got into the shop as the doors opened. I stated that I needed a tire balance, and asked if my car could go in now for it, as I needed to get to work. He said he would bring it right in to get started. Happy with this, I walk out and go sit down and have breakfast at a local place. 40 minutes later, I look down the road and see that my car is still outside. I walk in and am told “we will probably be bringing it in shortly.” I took my keys back and left. I couldn’t believe that they would not only waste my time with it, but lie to my face. I went to pep boys and got it done more quickly and 15$ cheaper.

Spoke to Rob or Ron. He was excellent, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Just had some tires mounted on my car, asked them to perform an alignment because i could feel something off. the car now tracks straight, there is no more shudder, and they a good job mounting the new tires (some places rush this giving you that slow leak over time).plus they were $50 cheaper than expected.Awesome service, seems to be good work (cant vouch for everything), and a fair price. What more could you want from a mechanic?

Really annoyed. Fixed my flat tire and got an oil change.Added Fee for “labor” because of dextros oil. I guess those bottles are harder to open. Ok I can live with this fake up charge but then charge me 30 bucks for a “Total Car Inspection”. As annoying as that is Because you didnt discus this with me I can even live with it. Yet after I leave the shop my steering wheel is facing 11:00 when I drive straight. Also my tire light was on because all my tires needed air. I guess that checking tires pressure was not in the inspection?No way a inspection was done on my car with the way the alignment was. It was -10 degrees out! if you called and told me I would have just had you do the alignment there.

Dave and his team went above and beyond to meet my very last minute request. They were courteous, honest, and not looking to upsell. 12/10 would come again!

The staff here try to go above and beyond. I had a flat tire and could not drive my car, and someone drove to my apartment complex up the street to help me.I recommend leaving your car with them for service, or spending the time walking around west chester because the service can take awhile on a busy day.

Completely incompetent. Bring your car anywhere but here for service.I called the twice to explain and confirm the work to be done. I explained it again when I arrived. Then then screwed the job up so bad that I had to come and get my car, order the tire myself that they confrimed 3 times that they had, and then reschedule another appointment at a different garage.Complete waste of my time!

I was down the street and got an estimate for $105 because apparently my tire was no good after the valve stem got torn but I took it to Tires Plus and Joe took one look at it had it fixed in a snap and I was on my way definitely going here from now on thank you Joe you are the man

I came in 30 minutes before closing, and I needed a new tire (that I bought previously) put on. They brought my car in immediately, and fixed it no charge. I will definitely be coming back here for any tire needs.

Ran over a pothole and my tire popped. Gave me options as to what tire I could receive and what was most like the ones on my car currently. Decently priced tires but the labor cost was a little high for just 1 tire. Overall they were very nice and accommodating and would return here for future services.

Great job on short notice. I needed RunFlats for a Mercedes and they did it same day, with alignment, for a reasonable price.

They charge tons of money to get repairs done. They are very good in making sure that you get out of there after being charge a hefty amount of money. I AVOID THIS PLACE for anything!!!!

Decent guys but the work is mediocre at best. Always have to return after service for issues. (Three times to be exact) still have a problem to this day.

This shop cost me over $400 in repairs to my Toyota. Took the rotors in to be turned because they had a little flat spot in them. Charged me $80, and when I put them on the truck, it was un-drivable. The truck shuttered to a stop. Thinking I messed up the brake job, I limped to my local Toyota dealer who said my rotors looked like a warped record and whoever performed the job didnt set up the machines properly. When I addressed this to the manager, he just gave me a blank stare like I was stupid. Dont give these people your business, especially when it comes to your or your familys safety!!!Update 7/11:Id like to thank the manager John who made this issue right. He refunded the complete job that Toyota performed without issue. In hindsight, new rotors dont cost much more than turning them so if you have issues, just replace them.

Long story short: check engine light comes on. Tires Plus charged me a ton of money, did not fix my car. I brought it back, they claimed it was fixed for real this time. Tried to charge me another $700 but backed off once I argued it was their mistake. A month passes, my check engine light is on again and I took it to Meineke. Meineke informs me that the problem is the same problem tires plus claimed they fixed.Never had such a horrible experience anywhere in my life.

Made an appointment to get tires changed. When I went to drop off the car, I was informed that they were out of the tires and tried to get me to spend more for more expensive tires.
