I was lucky to find that place so close to home. I had an interstate battery in my car for at least 6 or 7 years and I still didnt have any problems with it. Before the winter is coming I wanted to be prepared with a fresh new battery. I am very thankful that they even helped me and exchanged the batteries, its not their work to do so, they just sell the batteries. Above and beyond deserves 5 stars.

Interstate Batteries of West Chester was a very good shopping experience. This location is where the batteries come from that go to various auto mechanic shops where you can buy Interstate Batteries. Flying here at this location, is like buying at a Wholesale Distributor. The price you get is about $30 less per battery than if you were to get one at an automotive repair shop. They have three grades of batteries, the low grade, the mid-grade, and the top of the line model. I got the top of the line model for $128 and a comprable battery anywhere else would have been about $160 elsewhere. I highly recommend this location if you need a new battery, and they will install it for you for free if you are unable to do it for yourself.

Needed to change 2 batteries for my vehicle. I could not find the specific battery for my car at auto parts store. Did you know that you can just walk into this location with an old battery and walk out with a new battery? Call ahead to see if they have the exact battery. If not, they can order it for you and the best part is that they will not up charge as this place is a distribution center.

Had 2 dead cells in a 2017 battery. The man in Newark De REFUSED to honor the 30 month warranty. I called amd spoke to a woman and she said it was due to a lack of a receipt. Raise your hand if you keep the receipt for your battery for 30 months. All the info they need is ON THE BATTERY. Off I went to the only other Interstate anywhere near me, (an hour away!!! When Newark is just up the street) and West Chester Interstate Battery gave me zero problems and said I have 2 dead cells. So...job well done West Chester...and Newark...you stink.

Theyve got so many cars parked out here that it makes it really difficult for trucks bringing 53 trailers in here to back into the dock.
